Only You (Can Prevent Forest Fires)- Marie Lipscomb
Lost in the woods in the middle of a storm, Vanessa seeks refuge in a fire lookout tower, but finds much more than shelter. Simon is gruff, burly, and distractingly handsome-if the Smokey Bear aesthetic is your thing (and it totally is.).
Adelita- Natalie Andrews
Leah Abreggo hopped in her car on a moment's notice and drove to her past---and possibly also her future. Raphael Segovia, the romantic painter who once loved her, embodied both. Could he love her again after she broke his heart? While she wondered if the answer lived in a portrait of her he painted long ago, she never expected to search for her answer in the middle of the night with only one bed.
Is This Love- Lory Wendy
Ricardo Nolan's goal was to catch flights, not feelings, when he planned a trip to the One Love Music Festival on the island of Isle été Tropicale. But that's exactly what happens when he runs into quick-witted Shawna Max who, in a matter of days, shows him what love is and what it's like to take a leap of faith.
Artistic Crisis- Faye Black
Jiao is about to live the day of her dreams as a webcomic artist with the girl of her dreams- the author of her comic who she's been crushing on for years. It starts off with finding out the hotel messed up their bed arrangement and goes downhill from there. If she can make it through the experience without embarassing herself in front of her crush, or her sister disowning her, she'll call it a success.
Drawing Conclusions- Alicai Martin
Jen has crushed on Elís since high school. Fifteen years later, they run into each other when a storm grounds their flights. Now hotels are filling up, and Jen has to take her shot or let her anxiety win again.
The Wedding Night- Inga Gardner
It's awkward going to your former step-daughter's wedding, especially when an old crush-specifically, your former brother in law- is going to be there as well. But it's one weekend, and surely that massive, inappropriate crush, will have faded by now. Nicholas was looking forward to his niece's wedding, until he learns one of his brother's exes, the one he always wished he'd met first, is going to be there. All would have been fine if not for a mix up with the reservations...
A Ghostly Getaway- Adrienne Black
Sean was a fan of anything that could put a chill down his spine; horror movies, rollar coasters, bungee jumping, etc. And at his side during slasher film marathons or when jumping off bridges was always his best friend, Amara. When they have a chance to spend the weekend at a notoriously haunted hotel they aren't going to turn it down just because there is only one bed.
Where I Dream- Leandra Vane
Lucy lives in a 1880s home in the woods as part of her job with a museum association. Everything is upended when Carmen, the museum archivist shows up to do an overnight inventory on the property. Lucy's crush on Carmen grows the more they work together, especially as evening looms in the big historical house with only one living quarters. Lucy soon learns that sometimes our wildest dreams are closer than we imagine.
Marie is a romance and fantasy author with a penchant for unlikely heroes, fantastical creatures, and finding romance in the midst of chaos. She has a particular fondness for big, squishy, cinnamon-roll heroes, especially if they're beardy.
She was born in Bolton, in the North West of England. After getting a bit taller, she attended The University of Cumbria, confusingly located in Lancaster, UK.
She studied Drama as her major, but needed to take a minor. In a spectacularly on-brand move, she left it to the last minute to look into things, and creative writing seemed the easiest choice (hahaha!)
Eventually, she realized drama was not for her, but loved creative writing. She went on to study creative writing at a postgraduate level and just never stopped setting herself homework.
Marie now lives in Virginia, USA, with her husband, Jacob, her dog, Alfie, Jacob's dog, Belle, and Merlin the bearded dragon. When she's not writing, she can usually be found playing the same three video games on a loop (*cough* Dragon Age)
Only one bed is available now and I love this anthology so much . There are many if not all of them new to me authors and the stories are a mix of different romance genre. I don’t have any favourite one but I’m looking forward to read a full novel by some of the authors
Intriguing, Extremely sexy, entertainingly arousing, must read all tucked into One Bed.
Only One Bed is an anthology of steamy romances that are unique, except that each has two people and only one Bed. Overall I thought that Only One Bed Volume 2 was a fast, entertaining collection of spicy romances. This anthology is well put together, and with eight authors all having a different story to tell, I was pleasantly surprised at how well they complemented each other.
Only You (Can Prevent Forest Fires) I enjoyed this story by Marie Lipscomb. It is fast-paced and sexy. The two characters turn up the heat and honestly have you wishing the storm would never end.
About Adelita Adelita is a sweet and relatable story as someone who believes love shows up at the wrong time. I appreciate that this story flowed naturally and that when it came to the spicy sexytime parts being safe did not cause the bullet train to hit a brick wall.
Is This Love Is This Love, is a fun story about two people who may or may not need a little push from the universe and other channels to reach their final destination. I hope Lory Wendy writes more short stories involving Ricardo and Shawna.
Artistic Crisis Artistic Crisis is unique in this anthology. It doesn't have what you expect after reading the first three stories. It is a beautiful introduction to the lives of two creators trying to make it in this world. I do hope if there is a One Bed vol. Three, we will see more of these two.
Drawing Conclusions Drawing Conclusions is an eye-opening story about what life might have been like in the '90s for young adults trying to find where they fit in the world, and not knowing if it is safe to tell people around them their true feelings. Navigating all the emotions and having a happy ending made this short story one I would read repeatedly.
The Wedding Night The Wedding Night is a romantic twist on Wedding Nights' expectations, and it's not always the Bride and Groom getting lucky. I loved this story, and how, even after so many years, love wins.
A Ghostly Getaway When the couple in this story got what they were looking for, but reacted utterly different about it, I laughed so hard I woke my husband up.
Where I dream of You Where I dream of You is a sweet romance, about my favorite "romantic" time in history. Combining history and romance makes one of my all-time favorite combos, and Adrienne Black does a fantastic job.

ONLY ONE BED is an anthology of romances that are themed around a situation where there are two people involved and only one bed available. Each author then goes off to write a unique, imaginative story on that theme, giving us a very diverse look at the reactions to the situations that are set up. It’s a fun way to experience lots of different stories that keep the reader entertained at the authors’ creativity! It’s a fun way of doing an anthology and introduces the reader to a number of new authors. Win-win situation!

This is a steamy collection of entertaining romances. The authors bring their own unique stories each with their own story to tell. The stories are well written , move quickly and smoothly and are enjoyable stories. I would recommend reading.

I have to say I like this second collection more than the first one. It is a good collection of short stories that center around "only one bed". They are unique, diverse and interesting as well as steamy. All the stories are sexy with a range of emotions in each one. Some are entertaining and all of them are fun, super sexy and captivating.
Only one bed is so much more than it's title. It is a wonderfully creative collection of stories that starts with a common theme but the way that theme is explored is done is a variety of different and interesting ways. Good stuff.

Another great collection of stories that deal with the same theme but written so differently I was never bored. They're exciting, sweet, sexy, and just all around great to sit down and relax.
A set of short stories with the same premise. I loved how each author took an idea and made it their own. Each story was fun to read. An entertaining and enjoyable set.
More time for stories as to why beds are important or ...not so much. I like their explained reasoning. Hopefully you’re into their creative thought of this second book. I loved it.

A diverse collection of stories in all the good ways. All of the authors were new to me, but I enjoyed the cultural diversity of the stories as well as the overall quality of writing.
Eight short steamy romantic stories containing only one bed, but coming from all directions. From ranger stations to weddings, haunted hotels, and canceled flights. Old friends, new friends and even relatives or ex-relatives. The characters are well done and the locales are vivid, which is great as there are so many writers here. The suspense and romance is ideally off the charts. Extremely hard to just read one.... as you will be completely finished before you know it.

A great set of stories, some by Authors I have read before and others by new Authors to me, they range from steamy, to sweet, and seductive. All are well written with good storylines. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is a terrific anthology for anyone who loves the "only one bed" trope -- as in oh no, we have crazy chemistry and THERE'S ONLY ONE BED, what should we do? -- which happens to be one of my favorites. The stories are well-written and the pacing is good. My favorite was the Faye Black story -- strong writing, charming characters, and palpable chemistry. Terrific anthology!
I'm loving these romancing the tropes anthologies; one of my favorite things about fanfiction is the ability to binge a bunch of one shots with similar premises and this gives me exactly that too!
