powerful understanding revealed
This little book is a quick read that is packed with so much insight into the absolute need for fasting in our life. Jesus crucified the flesh on the cross. It is the flesh that separates us from God, the flesh and its desires when we follow them keep us in bondage, when we crisis the flesh as Jesus did we are set free from the sins that so easily ensnare us… 5 stars start to finish

Wonderful!
Highly recommended for those who wants to understand the purpose of fasting. Chapter 2 was great revelation for me. It was wonderfully explained and I never had this revelation for so long.

Loved this book!
The last 6 or 7 months I’ve read probably 8 or 9 books on fasting. This book is probably one of my favorites on the subject because I feel a spirit of faith and revelation at work in this book. Simple, but powerful. This book will ignite a fire in you for fasting!

A must read
Great book , it really spoke to me and even convicted me in areas where I was fasting with the wrong heart and not pushing the plate back enough and letting the flesh control me instead of the spirit etc...

Excellent book on fasting for spiritual growth. Our church fasted recently and it helped me focus more on why I was fasting- to the pulling down of strongholds, to see my family have a strong relationship with Christ. Highly recommend.
