History about victims of the Cultural Revolution. These true events are so cruel that you can only read a little each time. People tend to avoid looking into the dreadful truth that seemed buried in history. Hope someday this book can be translated into other languages.
I knew this book thanks to a Youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jgB2G...) which started to read the content of the book a victim one time. Like Mr. Song said, this is a book totally underestimated.
I finally finished Victims of the Cultural Revolution during a long journey. By the end, I felt utterly exhausted. Yet when there were no more pages left, my first reaction was simply confusion. Was that really all? Compared with the countless people who were persecuted to death, so few have been recorded.
