Why is the fmc so obsessed?
I didn't care for arlo's crazy obsession. Girl goes to collage of her dreams, sees 4 guy's the first damn page and she just can't stop thinking about them, following them, just all around crazy about these 4 dudes. Falls in love with them from the start, it's all just so wonderful until they leave her for dead.
Second book: she is traumatized that the 4 men who she loved literally almost killed her. She sees them again feels like she has to let them explain within a few pages, sees them and is worried about them and falls right back to weak obsessed weirdo.

Part one of the Fallen Duet, Cursed drew me in quickly and took my breath away. Arlo is starting out at Queens University. She felt drawn to the school, and in particular a group of young men called the Four Horsemen. The horsemen radiate power, confidence and sheer sex appeal. Arlo, used to being on the outside, is unable to resist the allure of this group.
First of all this book does not put the breaks on at all. It is a fun, fast, steamy read full of crazy scenes that leave your mind blown, all shrouded in an overarching mystery. While some of the fluidity of the characters may be unsettling to some, it is well written and fits in the overarching story line. I honestly refuse to say more about the book, because some secrets are best discovered by the reader.
I cannot begin to fully grasp the ending of this book. Seriously? When does book two come out? I need to know what happens next!

Holy hotness batman!! A reverse harem with a paranormal background with hot as hell men who all love each other and go wild for their one girl. Arlo is one lucky girl is all I'm saying. I wish I could spoil all the twisty goodness that happens within this first book of this duet, but it's better to discover it yourself. And both books are out now so there's no waiting after that cliffy!

Time to see how well the Little Lamb screams.
I’m so f*cking grateful for this book! And for AJs decision about writing RH.I read it in a time where it wasn’t only dark around me. She managed to get me out of my mind and lighted my mood while at the same moment I was so caught in the book I swallowed it in one. Ops. Less sleep, more fun.
And after it all I can say: may the four horsemen come after me too..

So, my very first read by Andrea Joy was SO much better than I could have imagined!
This PNR Reverse Harem had me from the first page. It was a quick read, that I couldn't put down, and I got through within one sitting, and me completely ignoring that days responsibilities. But, it was SO worth it!
Arlo and her guys have an intense and amazing chemistry. Whether alone or combined, these 5 have a connection that you are going to LOVE reading about. While I normally like to give a mini summary of the story (spoiler free of course) in my reviews, I just don't want to do that with this read. It has an intriguing suspense and mystery feel to it that needs to be experienced without any outside explanations. So, go into this awesome RH Romance blind, and I promise it will make it all the better.
I love how Arlo's men all brought something to the table, each delivering with their specific personality and ways of expressing their want/love. Not only that, their need and want to protect as well.
While Cursed does end on a HUGE cliffhanger (I am dying for book 2 right about now), I promise, it is worth the read now. I know that alot of readers like to wait until all the books have been released, but, I think this is one of those reads that you need to get on ASAP. The cliffhanger is ABSOLUTELY worth it! So, all I can say is that you should hop on Amazon, and grab up Cursed ASAP. You won't regret it. It is a quick and easy to follow along read, that brings all the good in a perfect sized package!

Andrea Joy you are an absolute genius. This book is freaking amazing. It has been awhile since I have found a PNR that had me devouring it in one sitting. I fell in love with everything about this book. I fell in love with Arlo and the guys from the very beginning. The chemistry she has with them all as individuals makes the chemistry that they all have together explosively HOT! The mystery and suspense will have you enchanted from the first page to the very last. This book will leave you on the edge of your seat while you are reading it. You will fall under the spell of these 4 men and you will adore Arlo. She is smart and sweet, and may have bitten off more than she can chew with these four.
The storyline is well written and everything flows perfectly together. I am so ready for book two like right now. This does end with a cliffhanger, but let me tell you it is so worth it. The story the author tells weaves around you and pulls you in and has you wanting more.

Dark, rough and oh so hot. This book is everything I needed and wanted to read, at the moment. I hadn’t read anything by this author before, and now know I will be looking to read everything! I servility loved every page.
The four horsemen are a harem style group you would definitely not want to meet, if you are tough. Even when you are, they are ready to take everything you love and know and ruin it, ruin you. Wow. The characters are created so well. Between being harsh and evil, and also sexy, it is so hard to know what to think of them. The main character really pulled me in and made me want to go on the journey with the horsemen. You may find yourself looking back and wondering what you got into though, but in such a well-written and addicting way!
Honestly, one of the best books I’ve r and this year. Yes, it is mature and dark, so be prepared, but if you like that style, you will absolutely love this book! I cannot wait for more.

Arlo grew up with her mom. Her father died when she was only six. From that time, her mom was the only person that she had. She had dreamed of going to Queens College since she was a little girl. She has no idea why, but that school stuck with her. She did everything that she needed to to be accepted and now here she is in her freshman year. She wants to do everything that she can to be the best student that she can be. From day one, she comes across the four horsemen. Four upperclassman who will change her life forever. But will it be for the good or the bad? It ended too quickly. I am definitely looking forward to reading the next one.

This is the first story I’ve picked up by this author and she has a fan for life now!! The characters were well developed and the storyline intriguing and suspenseful. Arlo’s dream was to attend Queens University and she’s making that dream come true. What she doesn’t expect is to meet four hot guys on her first day and be extremely attracted to all of them. Jagger, Kane, Hunter and Wolf are more than what they seem and they feel the pull towards Arlo also. The cliffhanger is brutal and has me wanting the next story in the duet NOW!!

Wow!
I was not prepared for this book to be as good as it is! Thank god the second book is already out because if I had to be left with that cliffhanger, I’d grieve the entire time! I love the way the four horsemen from Christian mythology are weaved into this story. The 1 and only reason I only gave it 4 stars is because there were a good number of typos and I just happen to be someone who gets stuck on those! I believe they’d be easy enough to skim past if you aren’t an obsessive jerk about them like I am 😅 Overall, a thrilling, pulse-pounding story. I highly recommend!

To say I devoured this read is a total understatement. Arlo and the four horsemen had me completely hooked from the go. The attraction between Arlo & these four horsemen is crazy intense and the steamy parts will have you fanning yourself. Oh and the mystery! Love it!! This read ends in one heck of a cliffhanger which has me impatiently waiting for the next book!!

I honestly did not want this book to end! I absolutely loved every minute of it! From the amazing characters to the action packed, suspenseful, intriguing, and sexy storyline, this book rocks! Fair warning though, the cliffhanger is brutal! I cannot wait to see what happens. This is definitely a must read!

I knew when I read the blurb for this book it was going to be one hell of a ride and Wow! This book pulled me in from the first page! And once it started it never slowed down! Arlo our MC and she is starting college at Queens University enter the 4 hottest guys at school known as the 4 horsemen and things get more intense from there! I am loving this storyline and I can’t wait for book 2!

This story was deep, dark, sensual and mysterious. It was everything I needed in a quick late night read!
I wanted more about the curse itself but I have a feeling that's coming in the second book. My only complaint about the characters themselves was how Arlo reacted to being invited to the woods after two weeks of being totally iced out by the horsemen.
Recommend this one for sure!

I went into this book rather blind and then was tugged so hard into the story that I'm rather sad I have to wait for Redeemed. The suspense through the story is what kept me hooked. I want to know what is going to happen so bad. The hot steamy bits were a major bonus! After a rather intense cliffhanger, I'm feeling exceptionally ready to find out what happens with Arlo and her guys.

I liked Cursed it's something different from what I usually dive into , going in I knew this was a duet that would end in the a cliffhanger and what a cliffhanger it was . I'm a fan of getting in the heads of the main characters it gives me a better feel of the story and what they are thinking about . The story line really drew me in to were I wanted more and wow hot hot hot sexy times .

This hot little reverse harem number will keep you going, turning the pages as you follow Arlo’s encounters with the 4 horsemen. I went into this book blind, not reading the blurb. I was not disappointed, but let me tell you, I just about threw my kindle when I reached the end and read that cliffy. Now I need to read the second book in the duet.

This book is absolutely amazing. I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between the characters is off the charts and the spicy scenes are super steamy. I highly recommend reading this duet and make sure you are alone and have down time. I can promise you, you will want to immediately start reading the second book.

The story lost me at times and all the males personalities felt very samey so it didn't matter who the heroine was on page with, it was the same guy.
I'm not really into RH, too many bodies on page, but I'd seen this one around and wanted to give it a try. It's not written badly, but the story needed something else.

This book is just getting really exciting when it ends... This book is quick paced, Arlo has always wanted to go to Queens university and when she arrived as she catches the eyes of a guy well really 4and they are know as the 4 Horsemen she feels that she knows them but they know who she is. There is plenty of spice.

Read for the B.A.N.G. Book Club 2022 Challenge - Author in BANG
An ok reverse harem read featuring the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse. Not my favourite from this genre, although I did like that all four boys had a strong physical and emotional relationship, which they expanded to include the girl. Unfortunately, she was more of a s*x toy than a heroine. The boys would f&ck her then tuck her away to sleep while they went and did stuff with each other. My problem was that so much of the plot left gaping holes or inconsistencies. It could also use a thorough editing. The smut almost made up for it, but in the end I wasn't satisfied.
An ok reverse harem read featuring the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse. Not my favourite from this genre, although I did like that all four boys had a strong physical and emotional relationship, which they expanded to include the girl. Four men who have a mystery behind them and a girl they are drawn to...while she has always felt drawn to the college but maybe it was to the men as well...things take a turn but of course it leaves you guessing at what happens next...if you don't mind cliffhangers then you should read this book.

This book is so delicious, steamy, intrigue, intense, blow your mind good. You’re not gonna know what to expect and that’s what makes it all the more interesting. Really looking forward to the next book.
