The last two summers, I’ve obsessed over Cole Scott. He has eyes that scream broken-soul, rough edges to cut deep, and a mouth meant for whispering the dirtiest, hottest things in my ear.
I’ve craved him, ached for him, and this summer, I’m finally eighteen and can have him in every delicious way I’ve ever imagined.
The problem is, even though Cole’s excuse for keeping his distance has expired, he still has every reason to stay away. See, I’m the spoiled daughter of one of Haven Cove’s most elite guests—as untouchable as they come around here.
Especially to the rebellious, broody bartender from Seaside Heights.
We could ruin each other in the best possible way—or the worst.
My family would lose their minds if they knew how above and beyond he’s going to satisfy my every need. And I do mean every. Single. One.
There’s a lot more than his job at stake, but the storm between us has been building for too long, and once we collide, there’s no going back.
He’s the damaged local without a future. I’m the good girl with nothing but promise. But this girl is about to show everyone just how bad she can be, and with Cole…well, I have a feeling that being bad will end up feeling oh-so good.
Each book in the Haven Cove series is a complete standalone with no cliffhangers, no cheating, and a guaranteed HEA.
I was given this book by the author in return for an honest review.
This is book number 6 in the Haven Cove series but can absolutely be read as a standalone. This is the first novel I have read by Lola Finn but I'm definitely adding the first 5 on the series to my TBR pile so I can go back through and meet more of the characters.
Saylor and Cole have a huge connection, though Cole has been fighting it for years and putting poor Saylor off, that girl has a huge crush on him. They talk and message but that is as far as Cole has ever allowed it to go. That is until Saylor turns 18 and suddenly he has no more excuses. She flirts like crazy and really puts the pressure on him, he is unable to resist her no matter how hard he tries.
Great , hot sex scenes with a pair who have off the chart chemistry. Great story with the odd twist along the way.
❤ Forbidden romance ❤ Young adult ❤ holiday fling ❤ sizzling sex scenes
This book flows great, a page turner and could be easily read in one sitting, it would be a great poolside read.
Risking everything This book is about Saylor and Cole. They have both wanted each other for a long time, but Cole has used her age as just one of the reasons to stay away. But Saylor has now turned 18, so that excuse just doesn’t have any merit anymore. And Saylor is going to use that to her advantage. They flirt relentlessly, and their chemistry is sizzling-hot. With a big difference in their upbringings, they stand to face some real hurdles in their journey together. Will they be strong enough to endure those obstacles, and get a happily-ever-after together? This was my first read from this author, and obviously my first book in this series. After that epilogue, I really feel like I need to read the other books that came before this one. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. This book is Cole and Saylors story. All of the Haven Cove books have been great to read. I thought that the chemistry between these two was off the charts. They had a history of wanting each other. When she finally turns 18, she knows exactly what she wants. Cole has fought the urge to make her his for a while, now there is one less thing standing in their way. These two are from different worlds but complete each other like no one else could. They have several road blocks to work thru but their love is stronger than some believe. I recommend this and any of the Haven Cove books.

—>>> The sexy drama between Seaside Heights locals and ivies, the summer staffers at Haven Cove continues, but this time between Cole and Saylor, the daughter of an elite guest. The heat has built between these two for a few years until Saylor finally manages to convince Cole this summer that he is the one and only guy she has been waiting for, but then family and other staff-member dramas interfere and present situations which will be very difficult to extricate themselves from if anyone finds out what they have been doing behind closed doors. A well-packaged story that includes visits from other familiar staffers we’ve seen in the earlier installments of this series (though not necessary to have read first).
Another exceptional Haven Cove book from Lola Finn. I just can't get enough of this series. Each book is unique from each other, and there is so much action that happens that I can never put them down until I've read the entire thing! The chemistry between Cole and Saylor is amazingly hot and steamy, and I just love how it plays out in the end. I am hoping there is more to come in this series!
I received a free advanced review copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a fair and honest review.
This story was just as good as the prior ones. Cole and Saylor have a simmer attraction that was put on pause due to her age. Once she hits it she tries with all her might to get what she craves the most. Together they will face a few obstacles which make it seem that they have no future together. Thankfully it all ends with love prevailing. Another exciting hookup at Haven Cove.

I have no problem with the hero. I think he is mature and hardworking and totally worth admiring. But it is the heroine that I have a problem with. She literally acts like her age (understandably so because she is, well, 18) and I just cannot tolerate her immature behavior towards the hero pulling away from her. It just made me truly realize that I am now too old for YA. *Sighs*
Phew! Cole and Saylor are hot hot HOT together! A little bit forbidden, a little bit secretive, a lot wrong side of the tracks, and all sorts of awesome. I loved the conclusion of the book, especially the epilogue which gives glimpses into all the couples happily ever afters. Now I want to go back and read them again from the beginning!
Absolutely loved this book! Cole was so sweet! Loved how he took care of his sister and niece. Saylor was definitely determined! These two made an awesome couple. This story was just amazing! This series just gets better with every story! Highly recommend!

Lola Finn did a great job on this story, Fast had a strong plot that had many feelings. Cole and Saylor were made for each other, they were drawn to one another, the connection and chemistry was strong, it was sexy. They were great together. I enjoyed their journey. This was a good story. Thanks, Lola Finn. Good work :)
Great characters that will keep your interest extremely well. I'm not going to go into detail, no spoilers, just read the book if you are even mildly intrigued by the blurb. You'll thank me later!
The chemistry, sweetness, and twists in plot kept things interesting. Add in drama and passion and you have a good read.

A lovely story of a love that will not be denied. I really enjoyed reading this book with its lively characters and sweet love story. The journey was long anticipated on her part and I thought the story seemed to fir the characters and vice versus. I liked this story.
This is the second book iv read from the author and its o so good Saylor and Cole have this fierce and intense attraction and there romance may be different but its beautiful.
Saylor and Cole have both wanted each other for a long time but circumstances haven't been there friend...problem is Saylor is done waiting and Cole can't resist her any longer
