A New Adult Paranormal Reverse Harem Romance Serial

One last chance to end the suffering, Sophia and her mates risk it all!

After learning of the existence of her half-sister, Sophia had to rethink her whole life, who she is and wants to be. Leading to her finally taking the antidote against the anti-shifting elixir and connecting with the dragon inside her.

Now Sophia and her hoard are ready for the final step, find the research centre hidden in the mountains, free the missing earth dragons and take out anyone who stands in their way. The plan is as effective as it’s simple.

But when they arrive at the research centre, things don’t exactly go as planned. The handful of guards outside the place are easy enough to take down, but when they’re about to enter the building, they realise they’ve walked right into a trap. A trap meant to catch them and take them out so that the renegade fae can take over the area.
Can they survive, or will this be the end of their journey?

This is the sixth and final novella in the Guarding Their Dragon Mate serial, a six episodes long reverse harem #WhyChoose story. This novella may include any of these elements: steamy scenes, ‘I need tissues NOW’ moments, cries of ‘why, oh, why’ and cliffhangers that make you bite your nails (and curse the author).
This story takes place in the same world as the Lughnasadh Elite Academy and happens after the events from the other series. Both series can be read stand-alone, they are about different characters, but they are connected.

Layla Heart loves sexy romances and has a particular soft spot for broken boys and their damaged girls. When she’s not reading or writing steamy stories, she loves to nap with her two cats, preferably under a fluffy blanket, and play videogames. She has studied literature and creative writing but often finds that the couple of classes she took on coding are much more of a help in this new adventure as an author.

A Few Spoilers Here

Wow!! This was an amazing story. Tension so thick that you can not put the book down. Such a tight-knit group that relies on their inner connections to get out of the spots they get themselves into. Dragons to be saved, a half-sister to kill and a lab to shut down. The queen and kings have a lot to delegate and the rebels have a lot to overcome. The characters are terrific and their tight bond keeps building. The banter toward the end brought it back to being lighthearted and fun. Finding out family history and going through records now will take them forever. What a wonderful start on the future.

Not sure if I should be happy or sad that this is the final book of the six-part series. Sophia and her hoard face the final battle. At the end of Book Five we leave Sophia and her mates under attack, so this is the beginning scene of the final book.
Although everything ties in nicely now, the book still brings a few surprises and we leave them at a different kind of cliff-hanger at the end.
It was a great series and I am glad I read the story of Sophia and her hoard.
For the new reader of the series, you will be lucky - as you do not need to wait a while between the end of one book and the next one being published. Lucky you. Still, every book was worth the wait.

After learning of the existence of her half-sister, Sophia took the antidote for the anti-shifting elixir to connect with the dragon inside her again. She and the others go to the hidden research center in the mountains, then realize this was a trap set for them. Sophia is surprised at the arrival of others who want to help, as they try to find the missing Earth dragons to free them. But they are overwhelmed. Will they be able to accomplish their task? Or will they lose their lives to the enemy?

This was a good and exciting ending to the series. Grab your copy and see how everything is resolved.

Sophia and the others are fighting the soldiers at the research facility. They are trying to find another way in and not lose their lives. Sophia is surprised by others coming to help them fight. Sophia doesn't want them there, but realizes they are right. With the extra help they are able to get in and figure out how to get to other levels. Sophia and the others have a fight on their hands as they are overwhelmed.

That is just some of what happens, I recommend reading this final book of series.

This is the last book in this series. It is just as good as the previous ones. You find yourself rooting for Sophia and her mates. The evil fae have rigged a trap and it is up to Sophia and her mates to rescue the kidnapped Earth dragons. This is a good book and I would recommend it.

Fantastic story! Characters that will steal your heart. A storyline that keeps you on the edge of your seat and glued to your kindle! For me it was a love- hate deal as the characters face their demons. You will feel their emotions and struggles. A definite must read.
