Curses and evil rulers have become a part of Ryker’s everyday life. This makes it harder for her to tell the difference between what she has planned and what is destined to happen.
Fear and love collide in a series of mistakes and misfortune leaving Ryker, Dace, and the foes who have become friends, struggling to put the pieces of their lives back together. From assassins to the final witch, somehow life manages to keep them on their toes.
Can they come together as a group to finally abolish the laws from the Day of Ruin? Is happily ever after a possibility even when all hope is lost?
Rebecca Grey leads a busy life. Somewhere between working a day job, raising two kids, and daydreaming about being a reality television star, she writes. As a reader she enjoys books filled with arrogant boys, who she would never waste her time on in real life, and large fantasy or paranormal novels. Much of her love for these things is reflected in her books.
I really enjoyed the conclusion to this series. The heat level really jumped up between Dace and Ryker. I feel like it was because of who Ryker and Dace were able to become in the last book. Dace is trying to step into his parents shoes, but he is unwilling to let Ryler fall by the wayside, which I respected. We are able to get to the bottom of things and there are a few twists along the way. I feel like everything was concluded in a satisfactory manner. No plot holes, but just a few characters open enough to write their spin offs if she chose. Looking forward to more from this author.
I have loved this entire series, it has kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. The only criticism I could have with this series is that it was slightly anticlimatic at the very end. I think that this only seemed that way due to the consistent high level of supense throughout the entire series.
Overall that is a very small criticism to have. I would highly recomend this series to anyone who wants to get lost for a couple of hours/days. Once you get sucked in you will never put it down.
A satisfying ending to this series. I loved how seamlessly the stories tied together and all issues were resolved, even ones you had forgotten about! Not everyone got their HEA but they all got the opportunity for happiness eventually with no more chains or holding back. This final book was action packed and fast paced. A good ending to the series.
I really enjoyed this book. I loved this whole series. I really like this world and am sad it is finished. I think this was the perfect ending for Dace and Ryker. They went through a lot in this book and am glad to see it only made them and their relationship stronger. I am glad with Daethian and his outcome. I really loved Dace and his character. He struggled to find himself but was able to do so with Ryker's help.Ryker, Dace, and the others fought so hard for the rights of the nymphs and I am glad with how it all worked out. I do really like reading all the characters points of view. You get insight on what everyone is thinking/doing.So happy with how this series ended!
Such a deep and intriguing storyline continuance, I loved the characters growth and development. The war and how things ended in the book as completely awesome. Ryker and Dace are so cute
I love the characters and the craziness that happens with the storyline. I really hope later in the future we can visit them again or see what they are up to. I really enjoyed the book
