This is the third book in the Thornhill Trilogy, a Billionaire romance. The story continues where the second book left off. The storyline is complex, and there is a lot going on in this last installment. The characters are well developed, and their chemistry is strong. I like the suspense. The ending is great. This is my favorite installment in the trilogy. Mehgan Andrzejewski and Thomas Hart did a good job with the narration.

Prosegue a storia tra Clarissa ed il suo affascinante capo Aidan, con cui ha iniziato una storia.
I primi libri sono stati molto avvincenti e scritti bene che dover aspettare qualche mese per poter leggere il terzo ed ultimo libro un po' mi ha infastidito, ma ora ne sono grata, perchè mettendoli a confronto quest'ultimo libro è proprio un altro stile, sembra quasi scritto da un'altra persona; la delusione se letto subito dopo i primi due sarebbe stata proprio cocente, mentre averlo letto ora mi ha solo confermato che molti autori iniziano delle saghe scrivendo bene e con dei libro che possiedono un ottimo potenziale ma poi rovinano tutto nei seguiti .
Lo stile narrativo lascia molto a desiderare, si susseguono colpi di scena e rivelazioni anche molto importanti per il continuo della storia, o per risolvere alcuni misteri aperti nei precedenti volumi, ma vengono tutti esposti in modo molto frettoloso, con pochi dettagli e si passa subito al prossimo evento con salti temporali anche enormi senza niente che faccia capire come mai si salti così tanto, quando nei primi libri si aveva la descrizione degli avvenimenti di ogni singolo giorno perfino dei sogni dei protagonisti.
Finisce con il matrimonio dei protagonisti, a cui vengono dedicate solamente poche pagine e viene chiuso tutto troppo in fretta.
Questo libro rappresenta la delusione fatta a libro, non si riconosce l'autrice, sembra di leggere le memorie di qualcuno che racconta gli eventi in modo completamente sconclusionato e disinteressato come una pessima telecronaca.

OMG! I didn't think these two characters were every going to have a HEA. Aidan’s has made many enemies over the years both business & personal. The enemies out to destroy Aidan go on a battle to destroy his reputation, business & personally. Aidan can handle all threats, crisis' relating to business deals. What can jeopardize Aidan Thornhill's world that his enemies can use against him? Only one thing or person...? The woman who keeps him emotional balanced. Let's him see life from a different perspective. Clarissa Moone his PA turned fiancé.
She's beautiful, smart, eager to make a success at her career. doing an exceptional job at her new position for Aidan Thornhill's foundation He has never felt for a woman as he has for this innocent talent. He also doesn't know what to do with these emotions he has for Clarissa.
Every time Aiden's relationship starts to get on track with Clarissa. Something or someone comes to threaten it. When that happens Clarissa doubts that her relationship with the Tycoon is the the right decision she can make for her future.
When her life is put in danger more than once. She walks out of Aidan's life.
But the emotionally pain that it causes for both characters is worse then the people trying to kill them. Aidan cannot stay focuses, sober or care about his company if his life doesn't have the sexy, innocent, kind-hearted gem that seems to love him so completely.
Clarissa loves her job creating charity events to supports the Thornhill charitable causes is rewarding. Clarissa has suggested the opportunity to start a new program within the VA. To teach VETS to use Art as there means of therapy to help with their PTSD. She has found a teacher for the program. Chris has his own demons. But he is a talented artist, who is willing to help VETS.
Aidan never knew what it was like to love... He left his crazy family to served his country in the Marines Special Forces. After getting out & losing his BFF in a mission. He was determined to build a built a business & to make money to help VETS. With those billions much went to taking care of selfish people in his life. Mother, a fellow soldier who has sold out & blackmailed him over his mission. But he has some caring staff, along with his Aunt was his the only mother figure he had in his life.
Clarissa has had some sorrows in her life. But she always knew her father loved her.
When she got the position at Thornhill Foundation. She wanted to make her position matter towards helping others. To do that she wanted to make the next charity event matter.
She didn't expect to be attracted to the arrogant, generous, stubborn CEO, Ex Marine, Special Forces alpha.
This saga has Adian's psycho EX breaking into his penthouse & trying to seduce him. Then sending a pic to Clarissa. He has almost lost Clarissa twice because of his indiscretion & lack of trust based on his past. Once Aidan is able to exclaim what occurred & that it was all planned to make him look guilty. They try to continue to work on their relationship by not keeping secrets.
They decide to work on another way to build funds for the VA. Having vets dealing with PTSD deal with their trauma thru art. Aidan thinks that is a brilliant idea. Clarissa must find a teacher for the cause to get the program started immediately. Once they get enough work hen they can put the work on an auction to raise more funds for the VA. Clarissa passion & Major was art. She wanted a teacher that would be compassion to the Vets in the program. One applicant responded to the position. Chris was a professor who had his own fetishes & demons. But he was passionate about art. Clarissa knows that Chris is interested in her. Once Chris meets & knows Aidan he realizes that respects both of them as friends.
Unfortunately, Chris has gotten involved with Jessica the EX. On a drunken night, she has admitted she is determined to get Aidan at back by any means possible. Including killing Clarissa. Chris informs Aidan unfortunately he does this when Clarissa is out to get her art supplies to bring inside the studio.
Will there love survive? before Clarissa's life is taken. Two attempted murder attempts. now she has been kidnapped & could possible be violated. Will Aidan sacrifice fidelity to save her life. This third book in the Thornhill Trilogy is not only romantic, but it's full of mystery and suspense! I loved this story, and the thrill of this final installment had me fearful and excited! Clarissa and Aidan are looking towards their happily ever after, but things are never easy for them. We get a mix of Aidan's past coming out with kidnapping and murder,. Trying to figure out the culprits is half the fun. I enjoyed Clarissa. Her quirkiness is endearing, and I love how she finds her treasures in the most unusual places. Aidan continues his possessiveness, but he too has won my heart. The suspense in high, the passion even higher and the ending is perfect.
Mehgan Andrzejewski and Thomas Hart finish out their dual narration of this trilogy. They were both new to me, and their performance has given them a new fan! I enjoyed their cadence and their voices and will be watching for more by them.

Must read
Loved the entire trilogy. Worth a second and third read. As always, wish this was a audiobook too. The romance between the main characters was steamy but had really sweet romantic moments. I read all three books in three days. There is no cheating between the main characters. That always ruins a book for me. They stay true to one another through the entire series. The books talk a lot about art. I did find myself looking up certain art work for the visual. You can’t help but admire Adian and the struggles he went through. For the most part I admired clarissa, but not so much when she judged adian so harshly. However, she did come around in the end. Great read. Well done to the author.

J.J. Sorel has superbly mixed the world of art, music and erotic sensuality in this trilogy. With the right touches of suspense, intrigue and danger the reader enjoys the ultimate page turning experience. Add to that richly complex, very likeable characters and it's just WOW!
Aiden and Clarissa's story finale comes to it anticipated HEA. But, not without murder and kidnapping plots surrounding them. All the enemies from Aiden's life emerge one by one only to be finally eliminated. What threatens to tear he and Clarissa apart in the end only makes them stronger.

This series had the potential to be amazing. Unfortunately the vintage aspects of Clary became irritating quickly not to mention her prudish nature. It was quickly obvious that the author has an uninformed opinion of BDSM which casts all forms of kink in a negative light. Also I have to say that I’ve never read a novel that promised a great storyline and yet there was so much real estate occupied by sex repeats to the point that by the halfway point in the second novel I just flipped through them.

me pareció una novela divertida picarona llena de suspenso , al traductor realmente lo felicito le dio sentido a las conversaciones un buen trabajo y aprecio mucho que se haya echo la traducción correctamente, el idioma español es tan bello y merece que lo tratan bien buenísima ortografia, me divertí leyendo "Thornhill trilogy" espero que muchas personas mas lo puedan leer . buena narración, me gustó ese sentir de misterio de quienes estaban detrás de ellos, tabitha es puro poliamor ja!, Clarissa y Aiden son lo más juntos, me hubiese gustado un poco más de desarrollo de la boda, y algo más explicativo de lo que le paso a "esa", y siempre matan a un personaje que te agrada :/ ese seria un pero, de resto es una buena trilogia y recomendable en erótica

This is the last book in the series. Awesome story, lots of sexual, drama and mysterious happens in this story. It was well written and I enjoyed reading this book. At times it was long, but the story had deep enough to keep it interesting. Murder and crime kept you involved in reading this book. Enjoy!!

I just wish it had a better ending.. Like them having babies , they story was very good , I got hooked , and boy the Alpha male on so hot, also would of like more detail about Jessica & her father getting the hammer lol

This is the last installment of the billionaire romance. I listened to the audio book, since I am now commuting to work after being home for a year. The narration was wonderful, the story line had enough suspense to end me interested.

Aiden Thornhill is a complicated man with a complicated past.... although attractive and rich he never forms true attachments until he meets Clarrisa Moone....
What follows is a great love story sprinkled with lots of steamy love scenes... danger , art and love.
