The Battle for the Soul of America and How Christians Can Win It

by Richard G. Lee

From the Introduction: "When I think about what has happened in America over the past twenty years it causes my spirit to ache, my heart to break, and my will to wake. Who could have imaged the drastic slide into immortality and debauchery, the abuse and murder of the innocent, the rabid race to destroy Christianity, the tolerance of demonic socialism, and the mass ignorance of the American population toward how our freedoms were obtained and what is required to keep them? But that is precisely what has occurred, and I believe that the greater part of the blame is to be shouldered by many within the Church of Jesus Christ and some of its pastors who, for the past twenty years or more, have been lulled to sleep during this American debacle. But the good news is that the power of the people of God, enabled by the Spirit of God, are the greatest force for good this world has yet to see. Thus we must awaken from our slumber, better understand the days in which we are living and take up the whole armor of God, get in the fight and together win the Battle for the Soul of America!"

I t took me a while to get through this very short book just because it was specific to the election last year and, of course, the outcome is already known.

Dr Lee speaks a lot of truths which are being lived out currently. Someone who might read it still will find affirmation that our country is headed in a dangerous direction. This must lead to prayer and living by the truth of Scripture while sharing the compassionate message of grace which is available to all who will respond and receive that wonderful gift.

Dr. Richard Lee does a great job contrasting the choice America has in the upcoming election of 2020 and provides clear steps every Christian can take along the way.

An important topic that is being discussed by many. This book provides more context on why we must stand up for truth and fight those who would "fundamentally transform America."
