About the author

I've lived many adventures working as a lawyer, as a teacher and as a children’s librarian, and with my children.

My work in a haunted library inspired my library mystery, with its children investigators and lawyer parents.

Mostly I read and write, outdoors whenever I can. I write fiction and nonfiction for young people and grownups, and I also publish under the name C.L.Vadimsky.

I love classic children's literature, animals and the environment, history, science, and the unseen.
