Nicholas Sharp, an ex-marine sniper, has given up that life and is now playing to large, appreciative audiences. But what he doesn't know is that the wealthy benefactor who is financing a concert tour for Nicholas' music ensemble is one very dangerous, deranged person. Nicholas can't let things go when people die in the venues their group plays in. He cannot allow understand when he becomes the person of interest in those deaths. The plot twists and intense action kept me glued to this book as the pages flew by, I could not put it down!
This story carries on from the preceding book, adding a lot more backstory to the two baddies. The author is really good a developing characters. The last 50 pages or so get pretty hectic and, surprisingly, it isn't the good guy who takes down the baddie. The backstory is that a travelling trio makes such wonderful music together. I would love to hear a diggerido, a grand piano and a lone singer that enrapture audiences.
Lethal Score is a thriller after yoaur heart. Moving at 120 kmp it takes you on a whirlwind action packed with Nicholous Sharp finding trouble around every corner and dealing with it in awe inspiring action. Agreat book that has more twists and turns than you can imagine. Pick up and read at all costs. A thriller par excellance.
Nicholas is a member of a concert tour and around each venue there is an incident. He is getting implicated every time. What is going on? Another fast paced thriller taking us around Europe. Just an enjoyable read except for continually "debilitating" injuries! !
