They think I’m guilty. They think it’s all my fault. I have to find a way to prove them wrong. The second installment in the Bullies of Ember High series.
Found the book to be pretty good, but I did notice on the other reviews and I do agree but their opinions though, but usually I like to reserve a full review and talk all the books in the series you’re done and then try to make a review because I didn’t notice that for almost 2 years. It was supposed to book 3 was supposed to be out by now, but I know sad not being released anywhere amateur they said they were supposed to be released about it almost 2 years ago. And I have been waiting for the book 3 for bully danger and apparently Amazon can’t find it nor can Barnes & Noble. In doubt there is supposed to be a book 3 they said that would be released that was supposed to be released in 2021 and we had to wait a year and a half for that one so totally it’s been 3 1/2 years total since book 2 and then a year and a half later book 3 was supposed to be out. And when December 2021 came around and book 3 was a no-show so I wish how old was hoping one of the publishers are Amazon would have an explanation on why it’s not out and I’ve had at least 2 to 3 tentative release date they have come and gone. And no book and no explanation of why it’s not released on the date. They actually stated all are we asked as readers is for the authors and publishers to keep the timelines on their book releases that’s all if, and after you can’t keep it, just say we can’t keep this on this particular date and hopefully you can give us another tentative date for release and hopefully keep it and if you can’t keep it and just I wish you just be honest to say this, Author is not continuing to serious and that’s it. I just wish y’all would kind of be more honest and hot and I wish the Authors be more active and reply to the comments when people are asking full replies?
I hated every single moment of reading this. I’m so sorry, there’s no other right way to say this but this book was a huge mess.
Melody is the true definition of a girl with no self-esteem. The boys showed their true selves when they immediately chose to not trust her and went back to bullying her relentlessness. But like I said, because she has no self-esteem, she’s desperately trying to cling to them, because they’re the only ones who have given her any sort of attention—whether it’s good or bad.
It’s just sad. Sam is the only character with a lick of sense. She saw through their bullshit. God, I love that girl. If they turned her into the bad guy, I’m going to be so pissed.
Book was good but a little bit of a disappointment
Come on, this become a mystery that had the boys as a after thought. The connection the boys and Melody had in the first book seemed force or a after thought in this one. And really have to wait a year before you can continue to read the next book! I mean a cliff hanger can be exciting IF you can read the next book within about 3 months.
I'll give it 4 stars because it kept me up all night. The story kept me turning the pages to discover what was going to happen, and this is a good thing in a book. I was really, REALLY excited and so looking forward to reading this—and I'm not a fan of trilogies, often skip them, but after reading the first story I had to see their relationship blossom. Unfortunately, I wanted more development between Melody and the guys, I was left feeling unsatisfied. :( Plus, that cliff was something else and my heart sank when I saw the supposed release date for the next installment, we had to wait a year for this second book and now there might be another long wait. If I'd known, I would have kept the book unread for a few months ahead.
Despite all that, I'm still looking forward to the final installment, and hope it will be meatier.
