This book is a mere introduction, in all words, of a coupe of ways one MIGHT start to lay out a bullet journal. It give you a basic chart of shops commonly used, but doesn't explain when or where they should be used. It's so general, just stating that you should have a "future" log, a monthly log, and a weekly, a daily if you want and gives a written 4 possibilities for each category could lookike, but completely leaves out any explanation of what should fall under each category or how to transition from week to week , month to week, week to day, etc. 100% useless in my opinion.
