Motorcycle mechanic Kyle Bryant was content with his life, until last night, when he hooked up with his youngest brother’s ex-girlfriend, Madison Alverez.
The next morning, they’re stuck on a plane together, and then they’re sharing a bathroom at a resort in Florida while they prepare to stand up in her sister and his oldest brother’s wedding.
The situation is already awkward as hell…and he just made it worse by pretending to propose.
Suddenly, Kyle and Madison are knee-deep in a charade that feels all too real.
A one night stand, turned FWB, turned fake engagement turned.... Kyle & Madison!!! EEEEK!!! After feeling the vibes between them in book 2 I couldn't wait for them to get their own shot at happiness and I knew Tami wouldnt let me down. As Kyle says "is it weird that this doesn't feel weird?"... NO! Because they're meant to be ♥️ Also, I can't thank Tami enough for giving me a little piece of heaven I didnt know I needed; the ONLY thing I love more than a meddling Mama Bryant is a meddling Grandma Bryant. I LOVE her so much.
Things are a little awkward; Madison is still finding her way in life with the pressure she/her parents place on her and Kyle is Elliot's (Madison's ex) brother... but the intimacy; HOT! I have definetly decided to add shower sex to my list of things to do everyday
I'm not a huge fan of OW/OM drama so I was really nervous about Elliot, but I should've known Tami would give us a funny way of solving that too. Having said that I should also admit that in the previous books I hated Elliot (🙈 I'm sorry!). I didnt think he could redeem himself enough for me to be interested in his story, but THIS book actually helps readers to understand him better and NOW I'm so looking forward to the girl who knocks him on his *booty*.
By far my favorite book in this series so far and I really thought the first 2 were hard to beat.
The Right Tool Kyle Bryant is the third brother in the Bryant family. He was a motocross racer like his brother but much preferred fixing bikes to a career of racing. He has a business/shop where he fixes bikes and cars. He bought the property and built an apartment over the shop. Kyle is happy with his life. Madison Alvarez is a recently graduated nurse. She used to be his younger brother Elliot’s girlfriend in college. Kyle always thought she was beautiful and could not understand why she and Elliot were together. After she and Elliot broke up nine months ago, Kyle had a crush on Madison. They had so much more in common. Tommy and Camila are getting married in a private family only ceremony on Marco Island in Florida. Madison drives to Kyles shop for a quick oil change. Her oil light had been on for a while. Kyle changes her oil and invites her up to his apartment to help him eat all the food in his fridge and help him pack. Madison learns that Tommy has not dated in two years. Kyle learns that Madison is too focused on her to-do-list before finding Mr. Right to have a date. They slide into a friends with benefits one-night stand. Except that it is more perfect that they could imagine. They fly down to Florida and end up sharing a bathroom at the resort. Their relationship turns steamy and they fake an engagement that feels so real. Could it be that you find the perfect one for you right under your nose? Each brother is so different and their stories so sweet. Elliot’s loss turns into Kyle’s perfect woman.
This is the third book in the series and every since we met Kyle and Madison you just knew they where meant for one another Madison is a recently qualified nurse who puts just as much pressure on herself as her family pouts on her Kyle is the third Bryant brother he also raced but his love is actually working on bikes and he has opened a garage to do that. When her car needs an oil change she takes it to him and the spark is lit between them Yes it should be awkward after all she used to date his brother Elliot Before you know it they are off to a island for Tommy and Camila's wedding sharing accommodation and generally having a great time together They even announced they where engaged. Can they make it last and how will Elliot handle it Suppose we get Elliot's book next.
The Book: • Felt rushed • Random, cheesy ideas to move the plot forward
The Book: This book was cute & it definitely had potential to be better but it was rushed at some points which if the book was longer it would have felt better paced. Then, the big moments to move the plot forward felt awkward & forced. Plus, their fake engagement? How doesn't it make sense to play into it? Especially after the day before she said sleeping together was a mistake. Why would someone even fake being engaged to that extent? I really don't know. Plus, having the grandparents be all kooky also felt forced. Honestly, not a big fan of this book but some parts were cute.
Reading this story I am not sure who made me laugh more, the main characters or their grandparents. This was a wonderful story and I loved every single page.
Each character seemed to bring another aspect to this story. You will fall in love with everyone, I know I felt a little for Elliot, but that's a whole other story.
You get the feeling from the very beginning that Maddy and Kyle have a special relationship and that they are perfect for each other. But one of them needs to plan everything to a tee and they need to learn that sometime you just have to live your life.
Come along and see another Bryant brother find his happiness.
I loved every minute of this fun contemporary romance with unforgettable characters you want to be friends with and a great story that kept me entertained and engaged from start to finish when the whole family goes to Marco Island, Florida for the wedding of Tommy and Camelia. I loved the sizzling chemistry between motorcycle mechanic Kyle Bryant and Madison Alverez. If you enjoy laugh-out-loud and heartwarming romance, don't miss "The Right Tool" book three in the Bryant Brothers series by gifted author Tami Lund. I received an advance reader copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving my review.
Loved it. It is very well written. Kyle is the third Bryant brother and can he find love with the one girl he has had a crush on. Maddy use to date the Elliot (fourth Bryant Brother) in college but they were not met for each other. Maddy had her life planned out to a T and sometimes plans don't work out that way. Can Kyle and Maddy from love when they attend their siblings wedding? Must read to find out. Can't wait for Elliot's story, who will he love?
I really like Maddy and Kyle’s story. Maddy is Elliot’s (Kyle’s brother) ex-girlfriend and his sister-in-laws sister. So they have known each for quite awhile and became good friends. One day it turned into friends with benefits but Kyle wants more but that doesn’t fit into Maddy’s life plan. Don’t miss this one. I have been enjoying this whole series and can’t wait to read Elliot’s story too.
Madison and Kyle have formed a friendship after her relationship with his brother Elliot and now that her sister is marrying his other brother Tommy. This book focuses on Tommy and Camila's wedding as wells as the growing relationship between Maddy and Kyle. It's a rocky one, but they may eventually figure it out. Love this series. I volunteered to read this book.
I can’t believe how fast I read this book. I just couldn’t put it down. The characters were great and the scenes were hot. Can’t wait to read more in the series.
Story started off well and liked Kyle but felt Madison was very immature. Unfortunately I just could get past how immature they both ended up acting and so book was a no no for me.
Madison has her life planned out and Kyle does not fit into her future at this moment. Kyle wants more with Madison, but her plans and their fake engagement just may get in the way.
This is the third book in the Bryant Brothers series by Tami Lund. Kyle Bryant is a motorcycle mechanic who likes being a bachelor until things change. Madison Alvarez is youngest brother’s ex-girlfriend and a nursing graduate, and wakes up to find they’re both headed to a wedding in Marco Island in Florida. Madisin and Kyle end up sharing a bathroom and standing up in the bridal party. Kyle blurts out a fake proposal to Madison to differ the awkwardness of their situation. What starts as a joke quickly spirals into a full-blown charade, with the couple pretending to be engaged in front of friends and family. As they continue their fake engagement their romantic chemistry grows and turns real. I really enjoyed this amazing contemporary romance novel.
