I loved reading this. It validated some of the assumptions I was making and provided good advice on simple mistakes I was making. If you know a little about nutrition, this book can fill some gaps. If you are starting from ground zero, it's a easy read and you'll learn a LOT. Very well done book on a difficult and complicated topic.
While this book may not necessarily cover any new ground, it provides excellent reminders on what you need to do to slay active and in shape. Love the recipes at the end.
