I love the recipes in this book, their fabulous and easy to make. I also love the different doughs and sauces I can choose from. The pizzas themselves range from the classic cheese with sauce to the more inventive, like root vegetable pizza, or lamb tagine (both very very good). I enjoy making everything from scratch and the weekends are the best time to make the pizza. Those that are vegans or gluten-free, there are doughs you can make along with pizza topping recommendations. The book has a little something for everyone.

I was not very impressed with this book. It had many recipes, but very few pictures of what a particular pizza was supposed to look like. Probably the best part of the book was at the beginning. Here, you will find a section on tools and pages describing the various cheeses. There's also info. on pizza on a grill vs. pizza in an oven.

This is a great introduction to pizza for someone who has never tried making their own. The recipes are interesting and easy to follow.
