It's okay. It's short entries with 1-2 pictures for a number of historical places, people, and things from the past of Everett and nearby areas.
The writing is a little odd at times, the entry about a McDonald's site is mostly about the history of the McDonald's company, and I don't really understand how he or the editors decided where to put which entries (for example, a business that opened in the 1890s is put in the 1960s chapter even though the 1960s aren't mentioned in the entry; similar case for an entry for a church from the early 1900s; also sites/entries aren't grouped by location or establishment date or type, just a random jumble of entries).
