Rate this book

In addition, the book is jam-packed with cutting-edge studies of the application of D3 and K2 in medical settings, discussing actual utilization—and, in many cases, astounding successes—looking at over forty diseases.
The facts are out there, my friend. And if you, or someone you love—including your dog—have health issues, or intend to prevent them, the time has arrived to become familiar with D3 and K2.

Much of the World’s Population is D3 and K2 Deficient
Medical and scientific estimates are that as much as 80% of the world’s population is vitamin D deficient. Why? Because of sun avoidance, including sunscreen, which has been shown to cause more skin cancer than the sun. Because of depleted soils. Because of restriction on our supplemental intake. Adequate supplementation is a must!
You will read in many cases of people who have embarked on D3 and K2 high-dose/mega-dose with wildly successful results—healing, out of pain, life reclaimed.
Please you must take vitamin K2 and magnesium with your D3, which Save Your Life with the Dynamic Duo – D3 and K2 clarifies.

Healing the Human Family
Save Your Life with the Dynamic Duo – D3 and K2 tells of the historic events that led to the dreadfully low and inappropriate dose recommendations of D3 and K2 to be taken.
D3 is the overlooked “stagehand” behind the curtain of your life, running your genes and metabolic processes in hundreds and thousands life-preserving, life-enhancing, ways.
D3 is actually a hormone, but the tradition of referring to it as a vitamin has stuck in the medical profession and the general literature and remains its nomenclature. Even so, when you read “vitamin D” think “hormone D,” to appreciate its value as distinct from a vitamin—a substance your body makes on its own but must have the catalyst to do so.

We Are Children of the Sun
If you sit in the afternoon sun in the summertime, your body produces 10,000 to 20,000 IU of D3 in half an hour—shouldn’t your supplement do the same? Most especially during the winter months, and even more the farther away from the equator you live.
D3 enters your blood circulation and has effects on every organ system in your body, as well as supporting your immune system, perhaps like nothing else. If D3 is deficient, every organ system in your body is negatively impacted, resulting in a depleted immune system and so many diseases.

Great Job- Linking Two Vitamins to Overall Health

As a retired physician, I was truly impressed by the beautiful, yet simple way that the author showed the linkage between many and varied symptoms AND the hormone/vitamin D3 and the Vitamin K2. The fascinating story was how one, D3 improves calcium absorption from the gut and this is then “taken into the bones “. But what if the calcium did not all go into the bones but instead went into the soft tissues of the body. In particular, what if it went into the blood vessel walls.

The arteries would decrease in size and at some point in time, the blood supply would be cut off and a “heart attack “ would ensue. All of this does occur and as you see, this has nothing to do with cholesterol. That theory is not thought to bogus.

In addition to Vitamin D3, there is the other Vitamin K2, its job is to prevent the calcium from precipitating into the non-bone parts of the body.

Curiously, our deficiency in Vitamin D comes about by no being exposed to the ultraviolet rays of the sun (these rays cannot penetrate glass) and the sunscreens and working indoors there is no opportunity for the interaction between them and a chemical in the skin- which results in Vitamin D2 and eventually D3. K2 comes primarily by way of fermented foods ( cheeses and fruits and vegetables. ) Again, the modern diet, has very little of these. Net results is calcification of soft tissue and heart and artery.

Learning about this interplay could, indeed, save your life. Many doctors will have no real understanding of the process.
