My mate crashed into my life when I least expected it, and I did everything I could to protect her—but it wasn’t enough. Her throat was slit in front of me, and my world collapsed.
I went rogue, determined to get my revenge until a certain captivating witch put me under her spell, uprooting my entire plan.
Harlow
If there was one thing I hated more than other witches, it was werewolves.
They were primal, disgusting, murderous creatures responsible for my parent’s death.
To add salt to the wound, my coven banished me when I needed them most.
I’d been content practicing magic, isolated in the forest for years until a certain arrogant werewolf broke in, uprooting the quaint life I’d made for myself.
Even worse, he made me fall for him. How could I love someone whose kind I vowed to destroy?

An epic story about grief, betrayal, revenge, evil covens, second chances and fated mates!
Harlow is a witch and her parents were brutally killed by werewolves so she hates them wholeheartedly and believes that they are all monsters. Xavier's mate was murdered right in front of his eyes so the only thing on his mind has been revenge, until he gets this pull that leads him to Harlow. And so begins their wild roller-coaster!
I loved both of their personalities immediately. Harlow is sassy, sweet and loving but deep down hurting. Xavier is affectionate, loyal and protective. They both have this internal struggle of not wanting to let the other person in but can't deny the pull that they have for each other. I loved experiencing them slowly falling for each other. It felt so right from the moment Xavier and Harlow meet and I just knew their love story would be epic.
Their flirty banter is one of my favorite things about this book, I was smiling so wide and some giggles definitely came out of me. Ooh and the tension is top-notch! Xav calls Harlow little witch and I totally adored that too! Their whole relationship is really sweet and they truly balance each other out.
The cool plot, the beautiful setting, the well done world-building, the lovable characters, the flaming romance and the vivid writing together form this amazing tale. The magic is also fascinating and I loved how it's pretty unique. The battles are totally bad-ass, captivating and amazingly written. And I loved the intensity that came with it all.
Redamancy kept me completely absorbed in it and I never wanted it to end!
"I was addicted to her. Those kisses were my salvation and my fucking persecution. I lived for them and would die with the memory of them on my lips. She was the half that made me whole. When I was with her, the world didn't matter."

It has been a while since I’ve read a paranormal romance and boy I have missed this genre. I received this book as an ARC and I am so honored that the author chose me to get a copy! I was instantly drawn in by the cover and the summary of the book! It was a really fast paced, action packed, yummy romance that anyone would love to read.
The characters were engaging, passionate, and drew me in from the very first chapter. The main character, Harlow, was a tough cookie that I really enjoyed reading about. She was spunky, fun and had balls of steel. Her powers are also KICK ASS and I want to be her when I grow up. Also her magic is a new perspective on witches that I enjoyed a lot!
Xavier was such a yummy alpha wolf that everyone should meet and love. He is growly and very manly, but he shows a much softer side when it comes to Harlow and it melted my black little heart! Whenever he used cuss words, my tummy would get all tingly and I would want to read more!
I really liked the plot of the book because it goes into my favorite trope, enemies to lovers. OMG I LOVE THIS TROPE. It just is so good and Xavier and Harlow are great representations of the trope. I also really liked that it was action packed and had humor and great romance. The only thing that I wish the author had included was more information about the book world. I usually am more character driven when I read, but it just needed a little bit more background details to get the entire story.
Overall, I really enjoyed this fast-paced shifter romance. If you love wolves and witches that kick ass, make sure to check out this book!
This is a first for me by Lyra Winters. Must admit the beginning felt messy and like I was missing reading a book before this one, and maybe I was, but I still enjoyed the premise and plot direction and the characters. . First of all I can relate so much to Harlow and I love her character. She’s pure but without being naive which I liked. It’s annoying when authors make their characters intentionally naive and in this day and age there’s none of that in reality. But they over exaggerate the characters naivety which just leaves a lot of readers, at least me anyway, annoyed as heck. Took me a beat to warm up to Xavier, I just couldn’t get a handle on his character at first, but slowly as he grew I could see his character and connect with him. . The world build needs work. Some aspects were clear while others were left vague and the explanations didn’t match or felt rushed. Otherwise it was ok. It didn’t deter too much from the actual story itself so it didn’t bother me too much. The one thing that did disappoint was that the epic battle scene wasn’t drawn out long enough for me. It felt like it was over before it even started, so more detail there and more of a build up with the anticipation leading up would have made the experience feel more satisfying. . After reading this I’m curious as to what Lyra has in store next. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye open for more of her books.
This book definitely proves that AND makes you wonder, have you found yours!
From the moment I gazed upon the cover, I knew I had to know more about this strange combination.
The prologue had my heart in all kinds of knots. I couldn’t imagine losing someone I loved and by the hands of one of their own. I see why he ran off into the wild with determination set in his heart to see them pay for their actions.
I absolutely loved Harlow! She was straight up bad to the bone! Her powers were extraordinary! I won’t say the range of what she could and did do! She was just amazing. She had spunk, attitude and so much love to give it was unreal.
The way she met Xavier was the beginning to something neither one of the could explain nor could they run from. In the end, the truth was revealed that explained many things they questioned. The chemistry between the two was literally off the charts and so explosive! The build up is always the best!
This was another book that left an imprint on me because I loved it very much! I set a goal to finish it the same day I picked it up and it had me so engaged that I DID finish it the same day.
Phenomenal storyline with a HEA!!! I can’t wait to read more!
Be prepared for a gripping tale about fated love ,between a witch and a wolf shifter, and revenge. "Redamancy" is a paranormal shifter romance and a wonderful continuation to the first book, "Monachopsis". "Redamancy" can be read as a stand-alone, but be warned that you are going to be a bit spoiled about the events of the first book. The romance between Xavier and Harlow was so sweet and well-done. Even though both of them are different, nothing felt forced between them and their connection felt natural. Olivia, the previous mate of Xavier, is an important figure in this story but don't be afraid there in no "Other Woman" drama in this book as Xavier is deeply in love with Harlow. Olivia just functions as one of the reasons that kick the the revenge plot; the other one being Harlow's parents. The battle scenes were gripping to say the least, especially the final battle. Last but not least, this is a -very- steamy book. As much as I loved "Monachopsis", "Redamancy" has fixed the mistakes the previous book had. I have read most of Ms. Winters books up till this point and it is lovely to see how much she has grown as an author!
I don’t read a whole lot of paranormal stories but I’m so glad I read this one! This book was absolutely amazing. Xavier and Harlow have both experienced loss and they’ve both suffered a lot because of it. Who would have ever thought that a werewolf and a witch would end up being soulmates. Eventually they realize they both have the same enemy in common and they decide to avenge the deaths of their loved ones. I loved Xavier and Harlow together. Harlow is so sweet but she also has some sass too and Xavier is very loyal but also super protective over Harlow. They are one of cutest couples ever! This story has it all. There is love, laughter and heartache all wrapped up together in this story. This is a story that captured me from page one and actually left me wanting more. It is one of those books that you just didn’t want to end.
Harlow and Xavier are true soulmates. In this sweet love story we get to see how these two crash into each other and discover the true meaning of the word soulmate. Harlow is a sweet young lady who treated as an outcast within her coven. Xavier is a rogue wolf who witnessed his first mate being murdered. Hell bent on revenge he comes crashing into Harlow's life when it was least expected. There is some action, mystery, and of course the hot and spicy times between these two. Follow along as these two realize what it means to find true love and get the revenge they both so desperately deserve.
I feel the need to start by saying that I don’t normally read this type of book. PNR is not my thing. But with that being said I thoroughly enjoyed this story ( I didn’t even realize it was book 2 in this series until too late but I’ll be going back to read Monachopsis) I am in LOVE with Harlow and Xavier their connection and bond is all consuming
I recommend reading this book, I know I’ll be reading it again.
This is a story filled with emotion, action, adventure and soul mates. Captivating and engrossing read with very likable characters. Xavier and Harlow have a great connection and chemistry between them.
I enjoyed this PNR. Its a little sweet a little steamy and little emotional. Perfect for a quick read. There is a bunch of drama and it's plenty entertaining with a dash of suspense. Very low angst which for me was great. I read this book first but I will be reading book 1 now too.
Redamancy by Lyra Winters is a really awesome story to read. This is book number two in this awesome series that I have been so hooked on since the beginning. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about witches, wolf shifters, fantasy and paranormal romance.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
An outcast witch and wolf meet and find an irresistible connection and second chance for them both. I voluntarily received this book for an honest review.
This is book 2 of the The Maxwell Pack series. I found book 2 well written with a great flow. The character work was great and I really enjoyed the characters. The story grabbed my interest from the very start. I found it hard to put down and loved the book cover. I would recommend reading.

Much more interesting than the original book. This was unexpected with a witch/ wolf mating. That took some ingenuity. To make them hate each other and then their relationship develop over time as they learned to trust each other. Previous bad experiences with the Lockhart pack united them in a singular quest to end the evil of a pack that was causing great harm. My only issue was the loose end of Ivy and Nolan was left unresolved. I hope another book is in the works that will see their situation resolved.
This story brought tears to my eyes. It was an emotional story about redemption and second chances. Harlow and Xavier are true soulmate and their journey to be with each other is fraught with heartache, doubt and witchy spells. Harlow is cast out of her coven because it just wasn’t right how they treated her family. Xavier went rogue after witnessing his first mate’s murder and will do anything and everything in the name of vengeance and seeking revenge. What he didn’t know or expect was to find Harlow in a little shack on the outskirts of the woods he was taking a break in his quest for revenge and the attraction to her. But he had a mate and felt like it was dishonoring her memory to feel attraction to Harlow. Will he push Harlow away for the memory of his deceased first mate? Will Harlow stick around for this wishy-washy wolf who keeps rejecting her at every turn?
A wonderful captivating story of revenge within a paranormal realm. I loved the emotions that I felt as I read this book. I was surprised by how strongly I felt that the characters needed to be able to achieve their goal in order to be happy. I wanted them to succeed.
I requested a copy of this book so I could provide an honest review.
This book is utterly amazing! I've read the other book in the series and while that one was great, Xavier's story is even better. This story is jam packed with action, emotion and some steamy goodness. I love this book and will continue to read more from the author.
Hands down loved this book from beginning to end. It captured my attention within the first chapter. Loved the backstory as well as the characters. Paranormal romance is not something I normally read but would recommend this book to anyone! Lyra did a great job in writing it. Harlow lives alone in the woods after being kicked out of her coven. Xavier, who left his wolf pack for time to heal after losing his mate is side track when a scent captured his full most attention. He follows the scent back to a small cottage when both their worlds collide. Must read!
This was a great read. Shows us that good things come to those who wait. Xavier and Harlow met under unusual circumstances. Xavier was looking for revenge and Harlow was happy being alone. Fate had other plans. Once they finally realize they were mates things fell into place. Chaos and war broke out but together with their friends they came out on top.

A true case of opposite attracting. Well in a paranormal sense. Xavier and Harlow both have had their hearts shattered in the most awful ways. Both have been suffering alone for to long when they are brought together. But can these enemies see past what they think they know of each other's kind to listen to their hearts, and give life a true second chance. In the mean time while they work things out internally we get plenty of banter, steamy stuff and some great battle sequences. I really enjoyed this book and will definitely be recommending it. It can be read as a stand alone but I enjoyed having the extra bit of knowledge Monachopsis brings to it.
Brilliant read! I loved Xavier from Monophosis. Xavier has lost his mate and the one responsible won't get away. After leaving the pack and swearing revenge he goes on a mission to destroy Alpha Lockheart. When he stumbles across the strangest scent - leading him directly to Harlow. One who shows all signs of getting in the way of his mission. This was a great read. I hope there is more from this series!
I found this work to be quite enjoyable. There were emotions all over the place and a lot of events took place over the course of the plot. The characters were great and showed a lot of growth over the course of the story. The both overcame tragic events in their past and learned how to accept the events. They also learned how to not judge many by the actions of one. There was a lot going on in regards to the supernatural in this work and it was fascinating to see this author’s take on it. I enjoyed watching the plot over the course of the story with a few twists along the way.
I give this a five out of five stars. It was a fantastic story with a great plot and fantastic character growth. I couldn’t put it down.

I really enjoyed this story. It flows well and the intrigue and twists all serve the purpose of love. Self love and also love for the other. I enjoyed seeing how Harlow grew into becoming a badass witch and how Xavier went from a rogue wolf full of revenge to the man who would do anything for his mate.
Honestly, this was great. I don't think I really had many issues with this book except for a bit of a plothole surrounding Xavier's friendship with Sophia (from Book 1).
The characters were great and both Harlow and Xavier had pretty damaging pasts that played a role in how accepting, and ready, they were for their romance. Xavier is a werewolf and for the longest time, he rejected the idea of finding love again after his mate was killed in front of him. Harlow is a witch, rejected by her coven, and wholeheartedly believes all werewolves are monsters. Harlow lives, secluded, in the woods and avoids most other people while also making friends with the animals in the forest. When Harlow meets Xavier and they discover they are mates, Xavier believes Harlow put him under some sort of spell, but with Harlow's aversion to all werewolves, it seemed unlikely. As their pasts collide and secrets are revealed about their scars, the characters grow and develop and their romance grows deeper as well.
The worldbuilding was also a little lacking, but it featured a lot of the same werewolf/shifter and witch lore that is commonly found in a lot of books. I think, even with the lack of lore diversity and originality, the book was good and the plot was developed and detailed enough that it didn't matter. But also, the shock and awe about the antagonists...
I beta read this book through the author before it was released and am voluntarily leaving a review based on this version.
I really enjoyed this story, it was an easy read, perfect for an afternoon. This is the second book in the series but is a standalone. Xavier is devastated after watching his mate be killed in front of him, and vows revenge. Then he meets Harlow, who is a witch that believes all wolves are monsters, but also his mate - but he already had a mate! Harlow was a sweet character and just wanted to live her life with nature. Xavier is desperate for revenge so that he can hopefully move on.
