I absolutely loved this book. I had been familiar with the author before, but I never contemplated poetry as a way of healing or even as something that might be of interest to me. The author's poetry is meaningful, but even more so is the chapters in between in which he talks about his own journey, and recommends other poetry that he found meaningful. I already ordered one of the poetry books recommended in this one, and really like it. I have been coming back to this book a lot.
