Respect the resource

I enjoyed the way its less complex than a big CBT Guide . The intervention worked out as well. I wish there had been more info about the exercise and alternative ways.

This book is an ideal workbook for kids to develop mindfulness. It is well written and activities are ideal for kids above 8 years old
