Willow started writing after having her little girl, Evie, December 2015. All during her pregnancy with Evie she continued to read and she only wanted to read romance. She was reading a book a day — sometimes two.

In January 2016 Willow was staying up late with Evie and just thinking of all these stories. They came to her constantly so she finally sat down and just started writing. She always wanted to do it so she figured, why not? Today Willow cannot be happier for making that decision!

Then You Kissed Me is a short prelude to the full length novel Tequila Rose coming in 2021. Brody and Rose meet by chance at a bar both alone both trying to get lost in someone else to escape whatever demons and heartache they are running from. One night of passion between two strangers turns into something neither can run from.

After a chapter from Rose's point of view we learn just how entangled their love story is going to be. Then You Kissed Me is a very quick read but gives you just enough chemistry and intrigue to want more of the story.

Wow!!! Willow Winters knows how to tease. A short and steamy introduction to Tequila Rose that's hopefully coming in February 2021! I loved the mood. The characters had immense chemistry. There was a mysterious aspect in these four chapters. And then it ends with a cliffy to die for. WHAT A TURNAROUND. Ugh. Can Tequila Rose please hurry up? I'M INTRIGUED.

What a great start to a new series. Talk about getting sucked in from page one, my god I need more. This is a prelude to Tequila Rose which is out next year and we get a quick glimpse of Brody and Rose.

On a night out to unwind and clear his head he spots her across the bar and she’s gorgeous. Admiring her from afar he has a feeling he knows why she’s there and it sparks something in him, the thought of anyone else near her sets him on the path right to her. He knows what she wants and a fire burns between them.

One night of hot steamy sex, a fling, nothing more than that night was all Rose needed to get over an ex and when morning came she was gone. Little did Rose know she would never forget Brody and their night together for more than one reason. I so can’t wait for more of these two. Loved it!

A chance meeting in a bar turns into something much more for lonely Brody and inscrutable Rose. Will they act on their obvious attraction?

Told mostly from Brody’s point of view, this short story, a prequel to the author’s “Tequila Rose,” sets the stage for what is to come. The final chapter, told from Rose’s point of view, provides the requisite cliffhanger designed to compel readers to continue with the couple’s story.

Interesting characters and an intriguing introduction to the couple set the stage for a compelling story. The author’s many fans will find much to enjoy here; new readers are sure to find themselves drawn in to the unfolding story.

Second Chance Romance

This is a quick tease for Willow's upcoming book, Tequila Rose, but since I follow her newsletter I have read some of the chapters she has revealed. And, now reading this snippet I cannot wait to get the whole story. Which is probably filled with angst, an alpha, and major heat!! "Rose" goes to the bar looking for a hookup. Brady goes to the bar looking for an escape of his own. And, for one night they do.

Four years later, and with a three-year-old in tow, the man I still dream about is staring at me from across the street in the town I grew up in. I don’t miss the flash of recognition, or the heat in his gaze. The chemistry is still there, even after all these years. I just hope the secrets and regrets don’t destroy our second chance before it’s even begun.

Willow has given us a seductive and steamy look at the past, one night that spun the world into a different orbit for Tequila Rose. She went looking to forget, but was given a constant reminder of the man she called Rose.

This prequel has done its job. It has lured me into a new world, a new story that will undoubtedly turn my own world on its axis for a time. Winters' upcoming release, Tequila Rose sounds like just the type of story I want to dive into and get lost in.

Well, it's a really short book with just 35 pages and as short as it is it didn't take me much time to complete it. It was more like a blurb of a book than an actual book.
