Good Read 😁

As usual I've read these books out of order but as they're standalones in a series it didn't really matter but the cover of this book pulled me in 😍
I loved Hollis she's spent most of her life doing everything on her own without help and u just can't help but fall in love with her 💕 Killian is a Alpha Vampire he's strong solitary and caring about no one but himself until he meets Hollis of course.

When Hollis parents were killed when she was a child she was forced into a life of servitude by the man who killed them Corbin he's a powerful fallen angel and he spends his life being a power broker using Hollis as a pawn for her witchy powers she does his bidding no matter how vile in order to protect her younger sister. When one of her jobs sees her as a lose end they seek her out to take her out but when the deal goes bad because Hollis fights back she finds herself turned into the one thing she hates... a vampire. Vampires and witches have always had a strained relationship because a witches blood is like ecstasy to a vampire.
When Killian the leader of Shadow Falls territory finds out about the rogue vampires and what they've done to a witch he looks to help her transition as his duty. Things become tricky when Hollis can't seem to keep any blood but Killian's down and feeding from eachother leads to some very saucy escapades. As time goes on they begin to form feelings for each other but Corbin isn't about to lose his little pawn but with Hollis's powers gone from the transition so is her only way of protecting her sister.
In order to finally be free of Corbins hold on her she has to figure out a way to get her powers back and defeat the fallen angel. Luckily this time she's not alone in her fight, hopefully it'll be enough to free herself from her captors chains.

This is book 3 in the Shadow Falls series I hadn’t read the other two books in this series but luckily for me this book can be read as a standalone and I intend to read the others, Lizzy Prince is a new author to me and after reading this story I want more and this is Hollis’s and Killian’s story. Hollis is a witch she is 12 and her sister Samantha is 7 they come home to find their parents murdered and the man is still there he smells of evil and he takes both of the girls with him. Years later Hollis is being made by Corbin the man who took her and her sister to put spells on people and now it’s literally come back to bite her in the butt. Killian is the alpha vampire of the local territory he owns a dance club called the Sanctuary, he’s heard that a alpha wolf wants to hire vampires to kill a witch he will deal with the vampires but if the witch is in his territory he will need to protect her. There is so much going on in this story but that’s all I’m going to give, this is an amazing story I loved it and I definitely recommend this book.

Omg! What a fantastic story! Our FMC, Hollis is a powerful witch. She found her parents were murdered. A mysterious, evil man appeared before her. In order to protect her younger sister, she had to serve him and do his dirty work. Several years later, her life was about to change drastically. Not wanting to give away too much, she became the impossible. Enter Killian, our LI and Residential vampire Alpha hottie. The instant bond between Hollis and Killian felt so natural. There was one scene that had me rolling... It mentioned Twilight. The ending was satisfying and our villain definitely got what was coming for him.

This is my first story by Lizzy Prince, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I really enjoyed this! I hope to read more from this author.

I was given a free copy in exchange for an honest review. I enjoyed the banter that the author created between Hollis and Killian and I am all for the sibling love and strength that tied into the story. I feel like although the trauma was present, it could have been a bit more flushed out and explored especially in the healing process since the reader is told how physically, emotionally and psychologically Corbin abused Hollis. Although this book could be read as a stand alone, I wish I read the other two in this series first to possibly situate myself in this world a bit more. I also liked the secondary characters so reading their stories first might have added more to my experience.

Of the Shadow Falls series, this is the installment I liked best. Maybe because there is not so much recapitulation on what happened in the two previous books. The second book was good, too, but there was too much taken from book one. I expect that book 4 will also be better, because Dante and Remi do not have such a big role in the first three books. I like that there is a warning on adult content and explicit sex scenes. I prefer less sex scenes in my books, but the story and characters were so good I didn´t mind half as much as I had done in other books from other writers. Anyway, I liked the series very much, and I recommend it.

loved it

I have loved Killian ever since he has been introduced in the previous books in the series. One thing I think that is interesting about this book is that it has passed scenes from previous books like when Hollis first shows up at Silas‘s house. I love the chemistry between these two characters. Not only is Hollis working for a corrupt fallen angel but she has lost her magic and turn into a vampire and now has to try to deal with both these issues along with the annoying fallen angel. This book definitely has a few scenes from previous books in a series but it helps to bring these stories together. I’m excited to read the next book in the series.

Shadow Bitten by Lizzy Prince is an amazing story to read. This is book number three in this amazing series that I am hooked on. This can be read as a standalone but reading in order is suggested. I really agree with this statement cause it is true you will understand the story more if you read them in order. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about vampires, witches and paranormal romance.

This was a wonderful story and book 3 in the Shadow Falls Series that has good characters with amazing chemistry. This book has heat, actions, twist, turns, and romance. Unfortunately, I started the series with this book and I am going to have to go back and read the first two books to catch up. Good book

You don’t get a lot of world building within the start of the book but drips and drabs throughout

I haven’t read the first 2 books in the Shadow Falls series, but I have to say that I enjoyed this one. Hollis and Killian had me wrapped up in their tale. The story was fun, relaxing, intriguing and entertaining, and I look forward to reading some more of this series.

Enjoyable characters, fresh story line and continued interest throughout. I really enjoyed Hollis character and how she grew throughout the story, her relationship with several main characters and herself discovery to have faith in her own abilities was lovely to read. This was not just a love story and left new wanting more.

I enjoyed this book. Hollis is a witch and not supposed to be turned. Yet she does and is pulled into Killian’s world. Hollis has a complicated past that leads to her turning. Killian is the Alpha vampire is drawn to Hollis, first out of responsibility but then more. Killian and Hollis are sweet and 🥵!
