This is book four in The Perfect Stranger Series and it continues Tyler and Isabelle's story and omg I couldn't put this book down. Tyler is now in Elliott Bay in Seattle under a different name and he has made enough money to buy The Marina and Hotel, he is still a wanted man but he has made a good life for himself but Isabelle is never far from his mind as he was still in love with her but he was now a multimillionaire and still needed to keep under the radar. Isabelle has lost her job and she really doesn't know what to do as she still has her mortgage and other debts hanging over her and she misses Tyler so much but she can't find any information about him anywhere. Will Tyler and Isabelle ever see each other again after all they went through together but it is now a years since they last spoke and they had been so much in love with each other and will Tyler ever get over Isabelle's betrayal. Wow this series just keeps getting better and better with each book and I can't wait to read the next one as Charlotte Byrd certainly knows how to keep her reader's attention and on the edge of there seat and omg what a cliff hanger ending. I definitely recommend you read this book but just remember that it is not a standalone one and you will need to read from book one to get all the background history but it will definitely be worth it.

The fourth book in the series continues Isabelle and Tyler's story. The author once again delivers a story that kept me turning the pages with a fantastic story line. Her story comes to life with her perfectly painted scenes as she brings all the drama and suspense as well as the steamy romance. It's a fast paced story that had me glued to the pages right to the end and still left with wanting more with the cliffhanger ending. I can't wait for the next book!! Highly recommend this book/series!!

The Perfect Life is the fourth book in The Perfect Stranger series and continues Tyler and Isabelle's story. Remarkably well written with a great storyline, you are inexplicably drawn into the story. There's plenty of betrayal, corruption, twists, heartache, love, and so much more to keep you turn the pages.

I volunteered to review an advance reader copy of this book.

Wow! This was so awesome to read. The twist at the end had me in shock. I was so upset with Rachel’s mother and Benjamin. Poor Charlie, I was upset over this. This was a heart pounding book for me. I loved everything about it. I waited patiently to see if Isabelle and Tyler would find each other. It seems that it was a long wait. I’m excited to read the next book.

This is the 4th book in the series and I do recommend reading them in order. Tyler and Isabelle’s story continues. Tyler has gotten his life back under an assumed name and even trying to date. However, he can’t stop thinking about Isabelle. Isabelle’s life is a mess, trying to find work and the debts she owes keep increasing. Will they find their way back to each other? Fast-paced read with loads of drama and emotion. Great characters and an entertaining addition to this story. I liked it.

I am a vessel of poorly contained anger.

Never in my life have I wanted to yeet a bitch (read: Rachel) into a pit of rotating upward facing ceiling fans this much before.

Now we are back were we started, making the same old mistakes.
He finds a new girl, he likes her but he is still hung up on Isabell and then he find out that his new girlfriend is cheating on him. Even the end of that relationship is horrible because she’s crazy which we see at the end of the book.
Isabell repeat her old pattern by trusting her mom and in the end her mom hurt her again and even throws away her old dogs ashes.

This book was definitely the best of all a have read before in this series and the ending leaves so much in the open that you can’t wait to read more

The Perfect Life (The Perfect Stranger#4) by Charlotte Byrd

Charlotte Byrd has once again given her readers another story full of suspenseful drama with The Perfect Life. The story takes place a year later after the Perfect Lie. Tyler who has reinvented himself is once again is on the top of his game as a millionaire when he starts a new life as Oliver Beckett when he purchases the Elliott Bay Marina and Hotel. Through all of his success the one thing that has alluded him is the love he has for Isabelle, and the fact that she betrayed him leaving him with nothing. Isabelle is once again finding herself in dire straits, she was given a two week notice at work but when her boss reads her emails and questions her about the man in her life , Isabelle is outraged and quits her job. With money becoming an issue she takes on some clients and her mother finally offers to help when she gets a job. But things are soon about to take a turn, once again her mother who meets a man turns to drugs and steals from Isabelle. Will Isabelle ever stop and learn that the poor choices she has made has destroyed her life and the man she loves? Distraught with the latest turn of events, the only person she has in her life she can talk to is Libby did she yet again make a mistake when she confesses to Libby about Tyler's life? Now Isabelle while looking a a coastal magazine happens to read an article about the purchase of a Marina in Seattle and sees a man who happens to look like Tyler. All of the guilt and pain she has caused him leads her to go to Seattle and see if the man in the article is Tyler the only man she has ever loved who haunts her still. If she finds him will he believe her and forgive her for the pain she caused or will he turn her away?

Tyler will soon find that this Perfect Life he has made for himself is about to turn into a problem, he has to deal with the Elliot family's lawsuit indicating their father was not of sound mind when he sold the Marina to Oliver, and a breakup with Rachel a woman who he never loved who has been cheating on him with her ex all along. You will be on edge when we witness the reunion between Tyler and Isabelle as Tyler learns the truth from Isabelle that she was afraid to ask him for the money so she left him to pay off her mother's debt once again fearing for her life and hurting him was the last thing she wanted to do. Tyler's anger erupts when he tries to make her see that she needed to trust him not leave him with nothing to help a selfish woman who once again used and hurt Isabelle. Tyler and Isabelle's love has no bounds as these two give into all of the passion, love and at last forgiveness to move forward. The happiness they think they will have together will end with one hell of a cliffhanger when Rachel finds them together and threatens to take everything away from Tyler. Is Tyler once again going to lose everything and have to go on the run? With all of this chaos will he ever be able to clear his name? Will Isabelle once again play a part in this deception by confessing to a friend about her time with Tyler, is this going to come back and haunt the both of them? Charlotte, you are a master at your craft as your stories are full of mystery, suspense, drama, angst and passion leaving your readers screaming Noooooo! We now have to wait for book 5 to see if Tyler and Isabelle get their HEA.

3.5 stars--THE PERFECT LIFE is the fourth instalment in Charlotte Byrd’s contemporary, adult THE PERFECT STRANGER erotic, romance serialized story line focusing on focusing speech pathologist Isabelle Nesbit, and hedge-fund investor/escaped prisoner Tyler McDermott. THE PERFECT LIFE should not be read as a stand alone as it picks up immediately after the events and cliff hanger of book three THE PERFECT LIE

NOTE: If you have not read the previous instalments, there may be some spoilers in my review.

SOME BACKGROUND: Four years earlier, former hedge-fund investor Tyler McDermott was found guilty and sentenced to life in prison for the killing of his wife, her lover and her unborn child but like all men accused of such heinous crimes, Tyler claims he walked into the crime scene never knowing the extent of his wife’s infidelity. After escaping prison with two other inmates, and nowhere to go, Tyler heads to the last safe haven, to the woman he once loved, a long time ago. Enter speech pathologist Isabelle Nesbitt. Currently on the run together, Tyler and Isabelle must outrun law enforcement, as well as the men searching for Isabelle for sins of the mother.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Tyler and Isabelle) THE PERFECT LIFE picks up one year after the events and fall-out of Isabelle’s betrayal of the man that she loves Tyler McDermott. Having settled down on the west coast, hedge fund investor Tyler makes himself a fortune, and in the ensuing time buys a business that is floundering to remain afloat.

Meanwhile, Isabelle Nesbit’s life continues to spiral out of control. Having paid back her mother’s debt, Isabelle loses her job, and moves in with her mother, only to discover that her mother has gone back to the ways that got her in trouble. With no contact from Tyler in close to one year, our heroine finds a magazine article where the man in question could be the man with whom she had fallen in love. With nothing else to lose, Isabelle heads to Seattle, to face the man whose heart she destroyed.

THE PERFECT LIFE is a story of redemption and revelations; success and failure; betrayal and vengeance; hope and love. The majority of the story line our couple are not in contact, living two separate lives, but Isabelle’s arrival in Seattle finds our couple quickly picking up where they had previously left off.

As this is a serialized novel, this instalment focuses on the separation of the two main characters, and the inevitable reconnection and proclamation of love, a love that never waivered in the face of betrayal and lies. But all is not well, as both are a little bit TSTL (too stupid to live) with Isabelle revealing the truth about Tyler to her mother’s former best friend, and Tyler putting his heart on the line for a woman who is about to destroy his world. THE PERFECT LIFE ends on a cliff hanger-you have been warned

This is book four in The Perfect Stranger series, full of twists as the other books, making you want more!

This one is different from the other books as Tyler and Isabelle are now apart, he feels betrayed, she is remorseful, both still in love with each other although miles apart.

Tyler has made a few million and a new life for himself, he is now Oliver and owns a Marina complex in Seattle living his life, he has met Rachel but his heart still belongs to Isabelle.

Isabelle is still living in her old house trying to make the mortgage every month after losing her job, her relationship with her mother is good, that is till she moves out to live with her new boyfriend. she misses Tyler and he is the only person that is on her mind.

After seeing a photo of a profile of someone that looks like Tyler she on impulse gets a ticket and goes to Seattle, hoping it is him.....what happens if it is? what a cliff hanger to end this story on, looking forward to the next book in this series.

A Perfect Life but still with unknowns in it.  A have to read book.

Oh say it isn't so.  But it is.  Suspense and the unknown you need to embrace.  It's a must read to get to more of the story of what is going on.  It's still not easy for Tyler and Isabelle.  It helps reading every book in the series.  Every bit helps.    I love this series.  Charlotte Byrd has written a great series.
This book captures you.  So many interesting things suspense, drama, love, betrayal, so much more it captures you and holds you.  You are willing to be taken on this ride.
The main characters remain to be involved.  What great characters.  I can't see anything being changed than what the reader has been given to make this book more interesting.
Get this book and enjoy it.  You won't regret it.  Charlotte Byrd keep writing these great books.

I received an ARC of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

This is the fourth book in the Perfect Stranger series and once again Ms. Byrd has maintained the intrigue with this one. A year has passed and Tyler has reinvented himself as Oliver and is now the owner of the Elliott Bay Marina and Hotel. However, the one thing that he is missing is Isabelle but he is still dealing with the fact that she betrayed him. Life is not going well for Isabell as she is having financial challenges and quits her job. Not helping is Isabelle’s mother bringing a man into her life who is a thief. As she is contemplating what to do, she comes across a photo of a man who looks like Tyler. Will she take the plunge and go to him to beg for forgiveness? Overall, this is one storyline filled with drama, suspense, angst and passion. I cannot wait to see where Ms. Byrd takes these characters next as they hurtle to what will only be an epic conclusion.

The Perfect Life makes me want to say Hmm 🤔

This was one awesome ending. We think we have the perfect life when things are going our way but we never know. Isabelle thinks her mother is on the straight and narrow and is doing everything to stay that way for Isabelle's sake. We all know that we have to do things to help ourselves and live a life free from whatever addiction we have for ourselves. Then there's Tyler aka Oliver Beckett who is trying to live his life with a new identity but people who thinks he can at least count on to be honest with him betrayed him. Will Isabelle and Oliver aka Tyler finally get a happily ever after...hmmm 🤔. Read this fourth book in this the Perfect Stranger series.

The Perfect Life by Charlotte Byrd
This series is Amazing. I do not know how she does it, Charlotte Byrd just keeps coming out with stories that are so wonderful, twisty, and keeps turning that you can not put her books down. I am sitting on pins and needles just waiting for the next book to come out. The two main characters are perfect for each other but they went different ways, but they keep thinking about the other. I truly love this story and this series has moved to my number one spot. I received an advanced reader copy from bookfunnel and have voluntarily chosen to leave a review. This is my honest opinion.

Tyler and Isabelle have been through so together it breaks my heart the path they are on without each other. Hurt and betrayal weigh heavy on Tyler’s mind, but he misses Isabelle and still loves her, but can he ever forgive her? Isabelle is without a job and has bills to pay and needs to get herself together. She misses Tyler and never stopped loving him. Will they ever find their way back to each other? I just keep getting sucked in deeper with their story and I have every finger crossed they meet again.

This series is soooo gooood in that every time I finish a book, I feel like punching a wall due to the frustrating cliff hangers that we left on. But at the same time they have been like my friends and I don’t want to come to the end because then I will not read about them again.

Poor Isabelle having to deal with the level of betrayal again after the sacrifice she had made real sticks the knife in, but I guess she has a guardian angel in her mama’s old friend.

Eagerly looking forward to the next book in the series

This book is a continuation of Isabelle & Tyler’s (now Oliver) story. This book has them mostly apart. What will it take for them to get together? Just when you start to think things are looking up for this couple, the author throws another curveball. Their hearts are desperate to meet again. This time I really feel for the couple. There is a scene in the end where I too have experienced a similar situation in my life! LOL! Of course I will have to wait patiently for Charlotte Byrd to continue this story!

This stellar series never fails to reel me back in and have me completely consumed by the continuing story. I have to say that I really enjoyed the direction that the author took the storyline in this read. I like a read that can entertain, make you feel and force you to think and for me this book/series fits that description to a T. Tyler and Isabelle are in a world of no easy answers and all of that gray area really makes for a compelling read. This is my unprejudiced review by my own volition.

The Perfect Life was great. This is the continuation of Tyler and Isabelle's story. After the betrayal from Isabelle, Tyler has moved on and doing good for himself and even seeing another woman. Isabelle hasn't had the same luck. She has finally found a lead on Tyler and goes to see him. After they reconnect, they both get a surprise visit. More trouble is on the way. This is well written with an interesting storyline and great characters. I can't wait for the conclusion in The Perfect Getaway!

This is the fourth book of this series and it just keeps getting better. There are twists and turns that keep you from thinking Tyler and Isabelle will ever have a future together. It must feel like someone is out to keep them apart. Really enjoyed reading this series. Looking forward to seeing what will happen next.

Never give up on your one true love!!!
Even with Isabelle's crazy life with her mother, she never gives up on her true love. Tyler may have changed his identity and become very successful; however, he never forgot Isabelle. Tyler and Isabelle still have the chemistry after all this time. Charlotte did it again leaving a cliff hanger that left me on the edge of my seat for the conclusion. There are many twists and turns that continue this story. You will not be disappointed.

The 4th book in the series and it’s so good. I couldn’t put it down.

Tyler has earnt enough money to buy a marina its a hotel and large yacht. He has change his name, and appearance as best he can. He has met Rachel, and although he keeps comparing her to Isabelle, he realises he has to move on, until he finds text messages on her phone!

Isabelle’s life is still in a pickle, she is working minimum hours and struggling with the bills. Her life just seems to have fallen apart. Her mother seems to be happy, until Isabelle turns up at her mums boyfriends house and things spiral out of control - again!

After reading an article in a magazine, Isabelle decides to get on a plane and fly to the Seattle marina, it may be nothing, but then again maybe she has finally found her one true love - Tyler! What will happen when she gets there? Is it him or isn’t it?

I didn't think Charlotte could shock me anymore, but after reading this segment of Tyler and Isabelle's story I feel as though I've been touched with a stun gun. This segment will be on auto replay in my mind for a good long while. I'm really wanting the conclusion to their story badly, but then I'll be sad it's done.

The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.
