Plighted is book 2 in the Transitioning series. I've enjoyed the intense chemistry between the characters since the first book and thrilled that the push and pull between Colin and Jane/Jessa remains as angsty and steamy. An interesting mix of modern, contemporary romance mixed with a little paranormal romance. I can't wait to learn more about Jessa's past and her connection to the island where Colin first met her as a young girl. The plot continues to thicken, the danger rises, and Jessa's memory loss is finally starting to make sense. A great story!

Author Jordan Leger does it again~ In her first paranormal saga, this is the second book about Jane/Jessa and Colin. She is discovering things she can do that are just strange, she is slowly seeing and remembering snippets of her past life. A psychic informs her some of her past is best left buried! The more Colin seems to assert himself the more she fights him on it, but at the same time she gives in. Their love, attraction, and sensuality keep growing for one another. They crave one another. A strange woman apparition makes appearances and speaks with her…who is it and what does she mean by home? Now, she is back to using her original name since she now knows her identity but not the woman. She goes back to where she remembers her past…and her ex for answers. She will not be happy to remember and he is a psycho~ Her past is now part of her present and is becoming inherently more dangerous~ Colin and she will go through many ups and downs as she continues to assert her independence. But, what will she do when she finally learns of Colin’s secret? This book is full of action, many secrets uncovered, and many more questions arise! The beast and claws come out in more ways than one in this part of the series…I received this as an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I sooo enjoyed this book... was excited but scared for Jessalynn to discover about her past.... Colin needs to be the Alpha, yet his love for her is so strong that he constantly concedes to her just to keep her happy... His struggle to tell her about himself is so painful for him...he knows he has to tell her, but is so afraid of losing her that he keeps putting of the inevitable... he needs her to be ready, but when is that going to be? Jessa's memories are coming back in vague pieces... who is the spirit that keeps appearing to her, is there someone special from her past? and besides wolf, what is she? How will she react when she finds out what she truly is??? They make a great couple, if only she can stop being so head strong and just believe in the one man who can provide her true happiness! There are so many tidbits and morsels that I am leaving out, but I don't want to give to much away! Can't wait to find out more! Bring on the next one! It can't come soon enough!

Steamy

If you like strong, dominant alpha males and a lot of steam, this is the book for you. There were times I wanted to yell at the characters because of all their mishaps. But that was what was great about it. I loved going on their journey as they learnt from their mistakes and fell even more in love with each other. I look forward to reading more about how their relationship develops in the next book.

The main character is totally drawn in to a guy - good sex all the time, but somewhat controlling nature. No, VERY controlling nature, he's a wolf, and he has to own her. She'd like to find out about her past - a marriage, etc., but that would go against his wishes. Eventually, she'll find out what she got into. Good steamy romance with lots of you-know-what.

i had a love /hate relationship with this book! she has forgotten who she was. he will make her remember . he is her mate and she will obey him. read to find out what happens.
