Agent Declan Holder of the FBI has always relied on his intuition to guide him through every case. Now that he's settling into family life with his new wife and step-daughter, he's beginning to question his ability to balance the family he's always wanted with the only job he's ever loved. Undeniable connections between the murders of three young girls and a string of unsolved killings from years ago get Declan assigned to the case. There are no leads, no evidence, and no way to determine when the next victim will be chosen. Hannah Holder and her daughter Quinn are doing their best to share Declan with the FBI. They know how important his job is, and they know lives are on the line. But when secrets lead to complications and the case hits too close to home, Declan sees the line between work and family blur like never before. Will his intuition lead him to the truth, or will it disappear like the girls he's desperately trying to save? Can he catch the murderer before he loses everything?
