I might have broken away from the group now that I know the dirty secrets of Pandora’s Pride, but I am far from free. Those who know the truth still want to control me. They’re not about to let me walk away and live a quiet life in the mountains. There’s too much at stake.
My only choice is to go on the offensive, hunting down what little information there is while trying to develop the rest of my latent skills. I have a lot to learn and no time to learn it. Unfortunately, the Plague demons haven’t stopped their torment just because I’m having an identity crisis.
With an old friend by my side, I prepare to face the toughest challenge yet.
The Pride has upped the ante—
And I’m about to bring my A-game.

The conclusion to the series brings Callie back to the Pride, this time for a big finish.
This is the fourth and final book in the series. The third answered all our questions, while this one cleans up the aftermath. It’s action packed finale gives our characters the happily ever after they deserve, and the reader the final ending they want.
It was a well written ending, the loose ends tied in a bow, and a new beginning on the horizon for the characters. Well paced, and entertaining, it was a great finale to the series.
I didn't want to read this book. Not because I thought it would be bad. On the contrary, I knew it would be amazing. I also knew it was the last in this set, and I really didn't want it to end. It was so good. It filled in the gaps, but still left you with questions. What now? What happens to each of the team members? Will we get a glimpse of them down the road? I really hope so. Thank you Annabel, for this riveting adventure x
As far as I know, this is the end of the Pandora’s Pride Series, though I sure wouldn’t mind reading more. This was a beautiful grand finale, bringing together many elements and characters in a way I did not expect, but which felt perfect. Now I’ll probably wait a bit, then read the series through again. Because it’s really that good.
I wasn't sure when I started this series if I'd like it. But I love Annabel Chase so I knew I had to give it a shot and I wasn't disappointed. Great read, highly recommended!
The author is wonderful at world building, character development and progression of a story. It was such a good series, it was hard to put down. Wish there was more because I just loved the characters, but the ending what great.
Fantastic ending to an excellent epic, loaded with depth-filled characters, more magic than one can shake a wand at and and inspiration that hopefully will translate in our current trying times. The story does make me wonder what a dystopian Ikea is like, though. I mean, not enough to visit one during our own plague or anything. Digressions aside, the parallels A Chase forms with her world building v. current events is very poignant, affecting and pretty darn clever. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately, this finale book fell a bit flat for me. After the amazing reveals that happened in book 3, I felt this one didn't have enough excitement to keep me interested. It was mostly about all the disparate supernatural groups coming together for a big finale battle, but there were no real stakes to make me invested. I did enjoy the quartet overall, but I feel that the big reveals were given a bit too early, and they would have been better placed in book 4 instead.
I read this on Kindle Unlimited and used T2S text-to-speech app for audio.
I wasn’t ready to let go. And yet this was a magnificent ending. So much has changed and come to light. So many wrongs have been righted. Or they’re getting there. So much beauty can come from healing. Callie has had an amazing adventure and I hope one day to see her again! Do yourself a favor- it’s completely unexpected- but grab this series! It’s worth every second spent reading every word!!!!
I do love a good series of books and Annabel does them to perfection. An intriguing start and well built character development to draw you in, an enticing storyline building to a great conclusion. This book is the perfect ending to Callie’s story, loss is explained, love is shown in many ways alongside found family and standing up for what she believes becomes the solution. No 40 plus book rambling on here
Wild Cards and Witches if the Fourth and Final Book in the Pandora's Pride Urban Fantasy Series by Annabel Chase. WOW! What an ending. This book was incredible. I absolutely loved this series and the series wrapped up in a satisfying way and boy that ending!!!!! I look forward to more series by Annabel Chase.
I really enjoyed this series and I’m sad to see it go. Although everything was nicely wrapped up in the end it did feel like we were hurtling through the book just to finish it. I believe we could have had many more books from this series but I enjoyed it none the less.
What a thrilling conclusion to the Pandora's Pride series! All of the secrets are laid bare as the team races against time to put down their ultimate threat. As they compile a plan and gather their allies, it becomes clear that there were other options available to accomplish the original mission of Pandora's Pride, if they can make it happen. A very exciting and fitting ending.
It’s been years since I was rendered speechless by a book. If you have not read the previous Pandora’s Pride books, please do so before reading this one. I won’t share any story details, but in retrospect, it was inevitable and unexpected at the same time. A momentous journey begins with a single chip.
Pandora's Pride has loads of different supernatural beings. Angels, Werewolves, Witches, Demons, Vampires and Fae. Plus different halfbreeds. Callie ends up working with Pandora's Pride to find magical artefacts and help kill Demons. There is lots of action in these books and secrets. I thought they were well worth five stars.
Wild Cards and Witches, book four of the Pandora's Pride series, is an ebook I borrowed through Kindle Unlimited (KU). This may be the final book in the series, but I could read another half-dozen books with these characters. So many reveals and twists, along with fast-pacing made this an excellent read from books one through four.
So so glad that I got to read this series. The end begs the question if there will be other stories with some of the characters. Wish I could be as badass as Callie
I thoroughly enjoyed this series! It was filled with witches and magic, paranormals and purge beasts, mystery and intrigued, good and evil. In other words, everything a story needs to draw you in and keep you enthralled until the ending! Kudos, Amanda Chase!!
This is the final book in the Pandora’s Pride series. This is Annabel Chase at her best. Definitely more earthy and gritty than a lot of her books. Heroes will rise, but one will fall. Who will make the ultimate sacrifice?
Excellent story in the series. This series was filled with interesting characters and the storylines were strong. The author is really good with this type of story.
Another great series written by Annabel Chase, as usual I waited till the end of the series, have to say it was worth it! I thoroughly enjoyed the books, the storylines and the characters who lived there, I would definitely recommend reading this series, starting with Double Down Demons.
I am not a fan of series ending. That being said, if the author does it, do it good. And this is done fantastically! Action packed with all kinds of twists and turns. And it’s a complete series! Great story!
I guess I just wasn't invested enough in the characters, because this book was a struggle for me. I'm glad the gang got back together, but honestly I didn't make it past the Fae stronghold part, so I'm not sure what happens in the end.
I wasn’t very interested in this plot, halfway through they made a plan and then it was watching it slowly play out to the letter. It felt like sudden and arbitrary stakes and the spark of the group dynamic faded.
Ma. Chase brings you along to an unexpected but beautiful ending for the Pandora Pride. You will be swamped with emotions, at the revelations, betrayals, consequences, sacrifices and redemptions that happen to save the world. Absolutely a magical ending.
