It was the weekend that never should have been.

Forty-eight hours in a hotel room with a stranger. Experiencing passion, lust, and need in a way I never could have imagined possible.

Tiptoeing out of that hotel, I knew I would never see him again. Not only that, but I would never experience anything close to what I had within those walls, ever again. I knew that every sensation following those forty-eight hours would be dull in comparison.

For the rest of my life, nothing would compare to that.

One day—weeks later—an invite to a private club appeared out of thin air. It was an invitation to live out my deepest and darkest desires.

That was when I saw him again.

That was when I realized that nothing was ever going to be the same again.
