Great diet

This a great diet book, I was looking at changing my eating habits but didn't know where to start. I had been told about the keto diet, and I found this book with so much information and advice. I will definitely be putting it in to practice. Highly recommended

Wish there was a little more information on sugar substitutes, snacks, and maybe more meals, but other than that, good basic information.
