FANTASTIC!!! I really only read romance from This author, and her series and flowing writing style grab me every time and draw me into magnificent stories, with romance as a side note, happening as a result of an incredible tale of two people working through a problem. Izabelle, Belle, is drawn to an ad for a companion to a man with an incredible salary! The money is basically double what she receives in the care-home, and she would be able to buy that awesome electric wheelchair for her brother Zak. She is calm and collected, sailing through the interview, and is ecstatic to take the job, even after her interviewers explain that the man Will try to be rid of her anyway he can!! Sounds a little odd, but the money is great and she still will be assisting one who needs it.
Then she enters the magnificent home, and meets her case..Or tries to, as he refuses to look at her and coldly denies any action she offers...Oh..So, This is why the gentlemen pay so much...Well She will NOT give up, no matter what this Upton says or does!!! We follow Belle and Upton through strife, ridicule, sacrifice and moments of clarity..For both of them...Nothing good is ever easy...And Boy is This a tough ride!!
An amazing story of two guilt ridden people, learning that life goes on no matter what you have been through..And some things are Not your fault, even when they feel like it...
I received an ARC from the author and I offer You my honest thoughts and feelings in this review.

Genuinely have all the feels for this book! It’s one romance that I really wanted to see come to fruition. Upton and Belle’s story needed to be told. You don’t know that you need this story to be told but after reading it you will just feel it.

Both parties are going through major heartache and loss, but it isn’t until they come together that they realise that they need each other to heal. It’s a beautiful story to watch unfold.

I sound like a broken record when I say this but each time I read another of this author’s books she gets better every time. Her story’s just flow, one after the other.

Highly recommended!

Very intrigued to read the next instalment and for Sebastian to get his story!

I liked that Upton and Belle established a friendship before they became lovers. I thought it added more to their relationship so I didn’t understand why Belle had a change of heart at the halfway point. I just wanted to slap her. After that, it just seemed to drag on. I am looking forward to Elliott’s story thought. Can’t wait to see what happens there.

Awww, this wonderful story has all the feels - heartbreak, loss, love and healing. ❤

When Belle applies for a job to be companion to a reclusive billionaire, little did she know how closely his tragic past intertwined with her own. She's determined to get through to him, no matter how hard he tries to push her away. Maybe, just maybe she can absolve her own guilt whilst they heal each other.

This is a beautifully written, slow burn romance.  Both Upton and Belle are crushed with guilt but have very different ways of trying to deal with it. Upton has completely withdrawn from life until Belle slowly starts to get under his skin.  She has her own secrets and purpose but I loved the way that slowly, slowly they started to let each other in. You know its never going to be easy though, but I loved how Belle and her brother Zak interacted. I loved him, he was a fabulous character!

Enchanted was emotional at times but was also full of humour and passion. The gorgeous cover drew me in, the story flowed, was easy to read and I loved it. Cant wait for the next Rogue installment as I've been looking forward to Elliott taking centre stage since book one!

What an absolutely fabulous romance.

Belle is a carer, she’s given the opportunity to become a companion for Upton but he’s reluctant to allow her anywhere near him. He’s had several other female companions over the past year or so and they’ve all been scared off by his vile temper.

But Belle isn’t going anywhere, she understands why he’s an emotional mess because she’s been there herself.

To say more would spoilt this wonderful story. Loved all the characters especially Zac and a certain four legged friend.

Stunning read and a fabulous addition to this sexy series.

I really liked this book. I know this series is a set of standalones, and I usually like to start from the first book so I can fully immerse myself in the world and get to know all the characters. But then I saw a post on TikTok about this one, and I just HAD to read it, I couldn’t stop myself!

And honestly? I’m so glad I did. This book had me feeling everything. In the beginning, I was sure it was going to be a 5⭐️ read because it just stood out so much. But then… certain things happened, and I felt like the reveal should’ve been handled differently. That took a star away for me. I won’t say more than that, but yeah.

Now, let’s focus on the good stuff. I loved how the characters helped each other, how they cared without even realizing it, and how they played such a big role in each other’s healing. That really stood out to me, and I absolutely loved it. The first half of the book? I wanted to cry. Everything was so heartbreaking and heavy, and I just kept thinking, this is such a hard journey for both of them. But that deep understanding they shared, even when they didn’t realize it, made their connection so strong.

Honestly, I kind of wish the book was longer just so we could get more moments between them. But at the same time, there were a few scenes that felt like filler, it’s weird IK. I wouldn’t say I had a super strong connection with the characters, but I still really liked them. Their chemistry? So good. The tension? Loved it. And the way they fell for each other without even realizing it? LOVED it.

I’d definitely recommend this book. I still plan to read the series at some point, but not right now. If I’m being honest, I’m not that interested in the other characters’ stories. This one just grabbed my attention, which is why I started with book four. Maybe I’ll go back and read the rest later, but for now, I’m happy I read this one. The spice was good and the connection was good. I liked it.

4 stars.

Wanted: companion for reclusive billionaire. Belle gets hired as a companion for the reclusive Upton, after a devastating terror attack the previous year Upton cut himself off from the world and it is now Belle’s job to ‘save him’.

So first off there is a lot of talk in this book about saving one and other and I don’t really like that. He doesn’t need saving he needs time to heal and people around him who care. Belle is in a similar situation and has family by her side to help her, Upton doesn’t which is why he needs a companion.

I have given this book 4 stars, I thought it might be 5 but I don’t like the way the author use the dead fiancé to fix Belle and Upton’s relationship. Belle questions there relationship and If she’s moving too fast and boom it is revealed her fiancé was cheating and so even if he was still here they probably wouldn’t be together. Also not a fan of the way Marin (the fiancé) was basically shit on during the first sex scene Belle and Upton had. For example, Belle compliments Upton’s dick (big, thick you know the sort) and then says Marins dick was nothing like this and she then goes on to say how she really disliked oral with Marin but she can’t wait to get her lips round Upton. We don’t need to shit on their past relationships to make this one work, they could have had a great relationship but he’s no longer here and d
She wants to move on - is that really so hard.

Still a 4 star book though, as the characters were developed, the sex was hot and there was a decent plot. Belle is a badass heroine that doesn’t take any shit and Upton starts out as this uptight arsehole but soon softens and falls for Belle’s Bossy personality.
Favourite character: probably Zak - what a wingman.

You can't hide from life forever

Enchanted is the fourth book in The ROGUES Billionaire series. I have enjoyed this series and this book is no different. This is an emotional story as it is about Upton and Belle. Both have lost a lot in the explosion but are dealing with it in different ways. They would normally never cross paths but Belle saw an ad for a carer/companion to a man and the salary was double what she was earning now. The extra money will be put to great use, buying a new wheelchair for her brother. She gets the job but is not sure what to expect as she had been told during the interview the man would try to run her off at every chance he got. But Belle is determined to make this job work for her, even after she meets Upton and her first day and he is rude and a bit strange. Upton has hid away from everyone and the world since he was the survivor of an explosion. He had been a member of THE ROGUES but he even left that. He lives a recluse life and he may be miserable, depressed and have survivors guilt. When Belle shows up and won't go away, not matter what he does or says, this will is about to become a battle of the wills. My money is on Belle winning this one though.
This was a very engaging story, a modern day Beauty and the Beast, with a lot of emotion and a bit of romance. It is well written and the characters are well developed, with a lot of layers that get peeled back as the story progresses.

I received a copy of this book and am leaving my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

First my usual points:
- I do not do spoilers unless warned.
- Read the summary above; it will tell you what the book is about. I will not reiterate.
- This is a standalone but part of a series. Even not having read the prior books in the series, the story and characters flowed well and naturally. I will be finding the prior books to read.
- No errors that I caught as far as editing.
- I have not previously read anything by this author.

Beauty and the Beast is my favorite fairy tale. Thus, Beauty and the Beast troupe is my favorite. That is what first drew me to this book. There is a bit of an age gap, which I am not a fan of, but since it is slight and the younger character is mature, it does not bother me.

I was immediately hooked from page one. Without giving anything away, we have the recluse stemming from a trauma and the ‘beauty’ that has her own issues. Both will deal with their trauma in different ways. There’s a lot of romance before we see their happily ever after. I especially love how the author completes this story and leads into the next but allows the reader to be content with the ending (ie: does not require the reader to read the next book to feel closure of the story).

I just finished reading this book, and while I’m still sorting out my full thoughts, here’s where I landed: overall, it was an engaging read with well-developed characters and a story that kept me turning pages.

One thing I really appreciated was the way the friendship between the characters, especially Belle and Upton, grew over time. Belle’s strong, determined personality really stood out, and her moments of vulnerability were handled with care. And then there’s Zac — I loved his optimistic yet also realistic character, he's by far my favourite character in this whole book (after Bandit ofcourse)

That said, a few parts didn’t sit quite right with me. Upton’s character, while layered and sympathetic, sometimes seemed to play the victim card a bit too much? Also his reaction to Belle not telling him about Zac and the concert felt disproportionately intense — I couldn’t quite connect with why he was so angry. And the whole subplot with Marin felt a bit forced, like it was added to create drama rather than unfolding naturally within the story’s rhythm.

Even with those bumps, I’m glad I read it. While it may not have been everything I hoped it would be, it had enough heart and strong moments to make me curious about the rest of the series — and I’ll definitely be picking up the next book.

Upton got injured in a bombing at a concert that killed his little sister. He blames himself for the death of his sister as he was the one that bought the tickets to the concert. Besides the emotional injuries he also has physical injuries which included scarring where he was hit with shrapnel. All of his friends tried multiple things to get him out of his self induced recluse phase. They even hired companions to help him see that he has a life worth living. Every companion that was hired Upton took it as a challenge to make them quit.
Belle saw an ad for a companion, and the salary was something she could not pass up. She went for the interview and as nervous as she was she did a great job. At first she thought the companionship role was for the interviewers grandparent. When she learned, it was for a young man and his backstory she knew she needed to this job not only to help him but to help herself. She was hired for the job. The contract was for a year and if she stayed for the entire year, then she would get a bonus. She needed the money to help buy a powered wheelchair for her brother.
At first Upton tried everything to make her quit, like he had done with every other companion that his friends had hired, but she was stubborn and stuck it out. What will happen when he starts coming out of his shell, and starts having feelings for her? And will he help her heal as well as she is helping him?
Tracie did it again with this book. The emotions I felt while reading it. I think I’ve cried, more reading this book that I have any other book that I have read.

Not sure why this book has such a high rating, the writing left a lot to be desired sometimes, it was juvenile and skipping point. The heroine was extremely annoying, overthinking everything and ruining everything and the hero was having personality shifts all the time and yet was a complete wuss accepting everything the h said and being completely unrealistic with his reactions as if he was a doll to her whims. To add on top of that that she broke up with him over literally nothing but her own not so smart thoughts, it is actually pretty ridiculous to see this high rating. That being said, the smut scenes were also very badly written, the H went from being grumpy to being nice to being angry and an a**hole to then lashing out to then being as horny as a 13 year old and having the same vocabulary and expectations too. So the smut scenes were not fun, very short and poorly written.

I think I rarely give a bad review and especially as bad as this one, as I always take into account the massive work it takes to write a book and how hard it is as a project, however I feel like my money was not well spent and I feel scammed, as I expected a good book and instead got this book.

3.5-4*

This book was better than I was expecting. I usually have a slight prejudice against books that are less than 300 pages, because they are usually rushed and give me a sense that there always something lacking. However, this story was very complete even if it’s on the shorter side. I enjoyed my time reading and didn’t feel like the author rushed what she had to say.
The main characters developed a very good relationship, it was insta-love and they progressed somewhat normally into their romance. I loved that they both had stuff holding them and that didn’t magically disappear. They worked on themselves and their relationship at the same time, they had setbacks and step ups. It felt real and beautiful to see how their loved grew each day for one another. Besides, I always love the addition of a cute dog.
This was my first book by Tracie Delaney and honestly it was a very good start. Even with it being in the middle of a series, I didn’t feel like anything was missing. The snippets we got from the other characters only made me curious to know more about their stories. The writing was easy to read and smooth, I was completely engulfed in story from the beginning. I’m looking forward to reading more from this author in the future and figure out what happened in the rest of the series.

I can't stop reading this series. After I finish one book, I immediately start the next. I have to admit that this one has been my favorite of all so far. Enchanted is the fourth book of the ROGUES series and tells the story of Upton and Izabelle.

The book starts one year after Upton's accident when Belle starts working for him after he decides to disappear from the world—and his friends choose not to let him—looking for the perfect someone to help him get back to himself. After meeting the other ROGUES, you will think that Upton is an asshole, arrogant billionaire, but that's far from the truth. Yes, initially, he is mad with the world and treats everybody badly, but it’s normal after everything he went through. But when he opens up to Belle, you see the real Upton, someone who goes for what he wants and speaks his mind. Izabelle is thoughtful, caring, and direct, with the patience of a saint—both with similar situations that bond them together and help them heal.

It was a treat reading this book. The authors get better and better with each one. For now, I think Upton is at the top of the ROGUES with Oliver. I can't wait for Elliot and Sebastian's stories.

I absolutely loved the most recent installment of the ROGUES series. Upton is caught in his head after an explosion kills his sister and leaves him scarred. He has withdrawn from ROGUES, from his friends, his father, and from life itself. Living as an angry and embittered recluse.

Belle is hired to be his "companion". A carer of a sort, but more to just be there and try to draw him out of his shell. Her twin brother was paralyzed and her fiance killed in the same explosion that scarred Upton, so she has an idea of what the emotional toll of survivors guilt can bring. She doesn't share that causality with him, however. Intent to keep her distance and her personal life separate from the job she is hired to do.

Two headstrong characters working to overcome a traumatic event, thrown together makes for a roller coaster ride of emotions and interest as the story unfolds. I absolutely loved the characters, the story, the twists, the angst, and the way it all wove together. It left me with a bit of a book hangover, but also wanting to find out what happens next!

5 Stars — Grief, Grit, and the One Question That Changed Everything

Upton lost everything the night that bomb went off—including his sister and any reason to keep living. A year later, he’s just existing, until his friends pull a Hail Mary and hire Belle to be his companion-slash-lifeline.

He hates it. He fights her. He wants to be left alone. But Belle doesn’t back down.

What he doesn’t know? She’s grieving too. Belle lost her fiancé in the same explosion—only to later find out he’d been cheating on her. She’s not just helping someone heal; she’s fighting for her own peace, too.

The turning point? When she stops trying to fix Upton and simply asks: What do you want?

From there, the story shifts. It’s raw. It’s slow. It’s two broken people learning how to show up for each other—without expectations, without ultimatums. Belle sees the man behind the trauma, and Upton, finally, sees her right back.

Their love story builds on pain, respect, and the kind of friendship that makes healing feel possible.

This book wrecked me in the best way. Quiet. Powerful. And unforgettable.

Wow what a book. I literally read this in one sitting I couldnt put it down. Oh Upton... my heart ached for what you went and are still going through. With interference from the other Rogues the employ a companion for him to try and bring him back and unknowing to Upton this new companion shares the same feelings of grief and guilt as he does.. Slowly but surely she weaves her magic got bring the old Upton back only to lose his trust in he when she reveals her biggest secret to Seb and not him... Will she manage to regain his trust, will she finally get over her guilt and move on with her life. This book is jam packed with emotion it has all the feels.. The whole gang are brought in on this one to try and save their friend fro himself.. And what an ending..... Im looking forward to reading Elliotts book I have a feeling its gonna be explosive..

Witty, funny with some deeper emotional and moving moments. There is so much more to this book than I could have imagined. The writing is excellent and drags you in and holds you captive, a true page turner. Most of the book revolves around the survivors guilt and struggles to overcome this and function on a daily basis by both Upton and Belle. Belle is hired to be an companion for recluse Upton, a billionaire to get him integrated back into society after he lost his sister in a tragedy. Both are headstrong and they butt heads regularly and the banter between them is witty and humorous. Loved the warmth and love between Belle and her family. The characters are amazingly well written, all are unique and quirky and most of all flawed and lifelike and I am eagerly waiting for the next book in this series. Splendid read- highly recommended

Dumstruck

That's exactly how I felt reading this book... Speechless, spellbound.
I was initially hesitant to read this book knowing there must be a lot of sorrow, getting a glimpse of what happens with Upton. I am not sure if anyone else could write the sadness, the pain, guilt, the trauma of loosing someone you love so deeply as well as Tracie has written. It's like she has captured the essence of all these emotions.
It's hard to live life normally after what Upton and Belle have gone through.
Tracie has shown through both their characters how every person copes with lose in a different way. There is no right or wrong way to grieve and every person has the right to live and move on.
It's a beautiful story and I absolutely fell in love with Upton's character.
Would rather not spoil by reveling much and would recommend to read this amazing story.
It's an obvious re-read.😁😁

Another humdinger in this series of which I can’t get enough of.
Upton Barrick is in a depressive unresponsive mindset following the death of his young sister at a concert. The rest of the ROGUES guys are worried about their friend and decide to have a final go at hiring yet another care helper to try and bring him to his senses.
Enter Izabelle Laker (Belle) , who Upton thinks will be just like the ones that have gone before her and not last the distance. But in Belle he has met his match. She won’t give in to his anger or periods of silence as he tries to make her break her contract and leave. She’s made of sterner stuff than what he’s ever come across. Over a period of a few weeks the inter action between them finally changes and a new found love for both of them emerges.
This is a fabulous book which I definitely didn’t want to end.

Solid 4 stars.

I enjoyed this book a lot, however, as someone who doesn't usually read slow burns, I felt like this one would have hit harder if it was, in fact, slower paced. It kinda missed in that regard as I wanted more from the main characters, especially the ML as he was supposed to be the tortured hero. And don't get me wrong, he is, however it felt like he moved on unexpectedly quickly. I just wanted more angst and more emotional intimacy from the two of them, but it didn't hit the mark in that sense.

When I got recommended this book it was under the pretense that it was a complete standalone, and it would have been read as a standalone if not for the ending. The ending was underwhelming as it is an introduction to the next book and it didn't feel like it gave full closure of the main characters.

Healing Each other

This story doesn't have quite as much action adventure as some of the previous books in this series, but it does have a bit of drama. The majority of the story takes place at Putin's house where his recovery and grief have trapped him. His friends hire a companion to try to help him deal with and return to the life he had before he lost his sister and nearly died. The puppy and the sexy companion do eventually bring him back into his life. It is a good story with a rescue dog, a twin brother in a wheelchair, a lot of grief, self blaming, a dead fiancee, a vengeful brother, and father with issues supporting his son... Its mostly drama really but the twins are fun.

I really enjoyed this healing journey that Upton and Belle took me on. It was a gentle rollercoaster of feelings as they slowly healed each other and whilst sections did seem a bit quick, otherwise the balance of the story was quite well done.

I really enjoyed the representation of disabilities in the story, without it feeling like it was the centre piece, if that makes sense…it didn’t feel over or underdone. As a girl with multiple chronic illnesses/disability it was appreciated. More books need to incorporate this into stories, to help show that a disability doesn’t define us and doesn’t or shouldn’t make us a staring stock because of our differences. And I felt this very message come through beautifully in this story.

Happy readings

The premise of this book was already kinda ridiculous. Local Billionaires hire pretty women to be bullied by their sad billionaire friend, like get real.
The relationship progression was insane, hated her one page and was in love with her and a couple the next page? Like no buildup or progression whatsoever!! The story could have been much more impactful if she was grieving her fiancé and not him suddenly being a cheater.
Wyatt also seemed like a one dimensional wasted character. There was serious potential there and it went unrealized.
I also hated all of the “this one conversation made me realize that I was wrong the entire time!!” Like Jo self reflection occurs until one simple conversation? And it happened so many times!!
Not a fan of this book overall.

I love this author's books and this is no exception. I am not really a huge fan of contemporary romance but the way this author pens a story is amazing as she draws you right into her world.

This is going to play on your heartstrings for this couple have been through a traumatic time in there past, what they have both been through is so similar that Upton has no idea when he first meets Belle the carer that his friends have employed to get him out his funk. They both have been through a loss that brings them together as they need to heal.

This wasn't my favourite out of the first four books of this series but saying that the plot flowed along and was easy to read that before i knew it i was at the end. I loved the character of Zac and hope to get his story at a later date.4.25 stars.

Upton refuses to engage and has become a hermit spiralling into depression suffering with survivors guilt and blaming himself after an absolute tragedy. Belle, also suffering guilt, takes a different road and channels hers into helping others. Will she be able to get through to him and bring him back to the people who love him or is he a lost cause?
I was absolutely hooked to Upton and Belle's story from the very first chapter. It gave me all the feels and I devoured the entire book in one sitting.

Good Book

Ah this one was so much sadder than the others and how could I not love Upton, he was just so lost.
Belle is exactly what he needed and I loved their story even though Belle annoyed the hell out of me after her conversation with Wyatt 🤬
I have to say the conversations between Upton & Bandit at the beginning had me howling especially the gift when he went for water without turning the light on... been there and done that sadly 😂😂
So pleased they have their HEA but I think Elliott’s story is going to be a hellish one.

Enchanted: The ROGUES Billionaire (4)

This was a fantastic book, from start to finish. One concert, one bomb, two deaths and and a broken back. Lives ruined forever. Upton lost his sister, Belle lost her fiancee and her brother would never walk again. Upton was badly wounded, he had scars, his face and back. His sister died, his father and step mother disowned him. His friends and colleagues from ROUGES are worried, he who never stopped, has stopped. Has given up work, won't see people. Belle is hired by Upton's friends to try and bring him back
