Wonderfully written. Cini does a great job reflecting on personal experience when talking about where to take your loved one once they've been diagnosed with dementia. He also has put this experience into practice and runs and now oversees a specialized memory care facility that does wonderful works for those afflicted. The chapters of this book are written by the leaders in his building - each sharing their own unique stories and ideas. Senior care simply isn't "one size fits all", and hopefully this book will help you find the right place for your loved one.
