Strapped is the second installment in the Succubus Undone story arc and is book 39 in the Succubus Harem serial. This installment picks up where the last left off with Adie finding herself in the clutches of Viktor. What he wants with her is unknown beyond the fact that he’s sworn to take revenge on her and her demons of destruction.
Strapped isn’t really my favorite book in this serial. The first couple of chapters is pretty intense and kept me page-turning to learn what was going to happen next. However, after that I can’t help but to view Adie as exactly what they say…a bad demon. And not bad as in she’s BAD, but bad as in…she’s a terrible demon. I don’t like her choices after Viktor. I don’t like how she constantly goes to the witches and puts them in danger – whether it’s a witch hunter or just her own men that she puts them in someone else’s line of fire then wants to get offended/irritated when they back away from her when danger literally comes barging in.
Things are slower in this book, but they are no less intense. Danger lurks around the edges as Adie has no idea what has happened to her at Viktor’s hands. So I just think that she’s playing with fire in how she is handling things. It just seems like she’s more focused on herself than caring really about the guys and what might happen to them despite the haunting warning from with the witches. There are also a couple of editorial/spelling errors in this book that catch the eye, but this time don’t really detract from the story too much.
I’m rating this book 4.5 out of 5 stars. While it’s not my favorite installment it is well-written and kept my attention. I’m not too thrilled with Adie and how dense the guys are in this book, but the author has me anticipating the next installment so I can’t complain too much.

This installment is absolute crazy!

OMG! I knew it was going to be bad when Victor Hesse captured Adie, but I had no idea how horrible it would actually be! Poor Adie. She’s been through so much, but this might be worse than losing her corporeal form. There’s so much unknown about what was done to her and now she’s really sick. At least she knows her demons love her and she has great and helpful friends in the witches. This might be one of the worst cliffhanger for me in the last three years of these stories!

Victor got to Adie. The guards, her demons, her own protections did not keep her safe. He did something to her. But what? I don't like it and I know it can't be good. The only positive I could find in this episode was her destruction demons. They were fantastic. Didn't think you would ever see me write that, did you? But their worry and tenderness made me love them even more. I have no idea where this story is going (which I love) and what is wrong with Adie (which worries me). Can't wait until the next episode.

😍😍😍😍

OMMFG I'm in love with this series!! What in the UNHOLY HELL did that dead creep do to her!!??!!?? I love our MC and her 😋😋😋 demons of destruction. Cannot wait to see what happens next!! Also is it possible that whatever he did allows her to be pregnant?? Bc she fed from all 3 & yet only got sick with 2 of them. Hope she is pregnant because it will add to the growth of the story.

Van Hansen

Well van did a number on adie she got real sick like a normal human it’s cute how all 3 powerful demons took care of her. She went a little out there in the sex part but I guess she was just hungry. Is her body rejecting what van Hassan did it is it a trap use all what she gather to power him.

Seeing the softer sides of the demons!

**spoilers**

This book picks up where the previous book leaves off. And focuses on the after effects of whatever Victor managed to do to Adie. It was amazing to see the softer side of the guys as they cared for her and helped her when she was sick. With how the book ended im curious to see what will come next with Adie.

Love Adie and her (mis)adventures. I always look forward to reading the next part of her story. I’ll continue to read each new piece of her latest adventure for as long as they continue. L.L. Frost did a fantastic job, as always.

What?

What just happened? I'm gobsmacked. Poor Adie. Every time her and the guys take two steps forward they get shoved through a wall and off a cliff. I love this story and I can't wait for the next installment!

Now I'm all for devouring three hot, sexy demons, but maybe not actually devouring them! Adie might be in real trouble this time. Here's hoping her harem of destruction demons, family, and freinds can band together against a horrifying evil.
