English: Unstoppable Affection

A cute modern romance about a top tier boxer called Xu Jingyi and a socially adept medical student called Ying Huan.
The premise of the story is that Ying Huan's younger brother, Ying Chi, aspires to be a boxer. During an underground boxing match, he catches the attention of the ML and the coach of his boxing club, and he eventually joins them. Worried about his brother, the FL gets a part-time job there as a medical assistant while she's studying sports medicine in college. As the ML observes the FL more and more and realizes she's really good at reading the situation and people and responding accordingly in a gentle and comforting manner, he starts falling for her.
Overall I enjoyed the novel and thought there were plenty of hilarious interactions, especially between the ML and the other boxers in the club, there were a couple things that threw me off. For one, the FL gets braces early on in the story, and she's so self conscious about them to the point where it was a bit annoying. For example, even after she realizes she likes the ML, she is reluctant to get into a relationship because she's so embarrassed by the idea of kissing with braces on. This kind of mentality is understandable if the FL were younger but as a 20 year old, it felt a bit odd how much this bothered her.
Here's a good example:
After hanging up, Ying Huan subconsciously touched her braces. She'd never imagined dating while wearing braces, especially with someone like Xu Jingyu.
She tried hard to picture his face, his body, how good he was to her.
The more she thought about it, the more she couldn't accept it.
Dizzy and muddled, she hazily thought: she absolutely couldn't let Xu Jingyu kiss her braces.
She cared about that a lot.
Another thing that I thought was weird was the FL's determination to study abroad in Germany rather than the US, where the ML is training for a year. It's mentioned that she even regrets going to Germany later, so I'm not sure why she was so stubborn about this one point. Given the nature of the ML's boxing career, their relationship is already hard enough with all of his traveling for matches and training, so she could have made it a little bit easier for both of them.
All of the side characters were fine except Chen Senran. His existence was kinda pointless, except to add a little bit of drama/tension to the story. Not sure why the author included this kind of socially awkward tsundere character who secretly likes the FL but treats her super rudely.
I'm ending my review with some interactions I found cute:
They turned at the same time-Ying Chi was standing behind the glass, separated by it, hopping mad and shouting at the top of his lungs, "Xu Jingyu, take your filthy hands off her! Don't you dare touch my sister!"
Ying Huan: ".....
Xu Jingyu's expression darkened. He really wanted to beat this little ancestor up. Instead, he provocatively rubbed Ying Huan's head again before slowly lowering his hand and shoving it back into his pocket. His eyes seemed to say: So what if I touched her?
Ying Chi was so angry he nearly exploded. Ying Huan touched her own head-her heart was racing again, and she almost wanted to laugh. How could Xu Jingyu be this childish, too?

"No. Why do you keep thinking my family favors boys, or that my roommates would bully me? Do I really look that easy to bully?"
"You do look pretty easy to bully."
Ying Huan rolled her eyes. "Don't you know even a rabbit will bite when cornered? I'm not stupid-I won't let people bully me."
Xu Jingyu seemed to remember something. His long fingers tapped lightly on the table as he chuckled.
"True. Yesterday I just forced you to eat a mint candy, and you bit someone."
Ying Huan: "..."

Xu Jingyu made it clear with his actions that he was not the type to eat only vegetables. Straightening up, his voice slightly hoarse, he said, "Ying Xiaohuan, I don't eat vegetarian. If we're dating, of course, there'll be kissing." He paused, pulled down the hand that was still covering her mouth, and his thumb brushed across her lips unintentionally. With meaningful emphasis, he added, "Not just kissing- there'll be more intimate things. Whatever other couples do when they're dating, we'll do too. And we'll do it better than anyone else.
Understand?"
Ying Huan: "....."
So his meaning was-dating also had to be championship-level?
As expected of Xu Jingyu. Even dating couldn't involve losing.

After a few steps, he turned back and called out, "Oh, right, Mom-there's something."
Du Yaxin had just stepped down a stair and turned back to him. "What is it?"
"When can Ying Huan's braces come off?"
Du Yaxin couldn't help glaring at him. "The girl's in a hurry, and now you're rushing me too? I'm doing this for her own good."
"When can they come off?"
"Why?"
Xu Jingyu said calmly, "Take them off. They scratch."
Du Yaxin: "......"

Glaring at him, Ying Chi immediately shot back, "You're a boxer. That alone doesn't qualify."
"And what's wrong with being a boxer? Occupational discrimination?"
Xu Jingyu swept his gaze over him and sneered. "Aren't you a boxer too? Are you planning not to get a girlfriend in the future?"
Ying Chi: "..."
Ying Huan: "..."
She tugged at Xu Jingyu's sleeve- don't be so sharp-tongued, give him some leeway!
Rendered completely speechless by Xu Jingyu, Ying Chi froze for several seconds before flaring up again. "Anyway, I don't agree! You're not right in the head! When we first met, you even used a fake name to deceive people! These past few months, everyone's been competing, everyone working so hard-what about you? You still had the nerve to set your sights on my sister!"
Shi Lei and the others all turned to look at Xu Jingyu.
On this point, King Jing really was a bit... questionable.
Leaning against the sofa, Xu Jingyu chuckled lightly. "I only lost one match."
Everyone: "..."
Ying Chi was stunned, unable to find a comeback. A few seconds later, he glared angrily at Xu Jingyu again. "Everyone else was focused on competing-aren't you ashamed of yourself?"
Xu Jingyu smiled. "That's why I have a girlfriend. And you're single."
Everyone: "..."
Ying Huan felt a wave of despair. She lowered her head-she wanted to escape.
When Xu Jingyu went all out, whether in fighting or arguing, he had never lost.

Looking at the flood of complaints on her screen, she thought for a moment and couldn't help asking Ying Chi: 'If you dislike Xu Jingyu so much, is there really nothing good about him in your eyes?,
Ying Chi lay on his bed and glanced at Xu Jingyu, who had just come back. He snorted and replied: 'There is one thing. He washes his socks every day.,
Ying Huan: "....."
Did that even count as a redeeming quality?
Sometimes she really didn't understand the way boys' brains worked.
