Stop self deprecation and learn positivity

This book is titled Master Your Thinking, but really it is a make over for the mind. This book will show you how to get out of the mental trap you are in of just not liking yourself or not having confidence or a positive outlook. As the author explains the most successful people learn to approach problems creatively and just have a brighter outlook on themselves and the world. This book goes through the steps needed to develop positive thinking, build self-confidence, and think more creatively. This book really gives you so much to work on to live a better life.

Great book

This book was well written and a great way to understand how your thinking affects our lives. I loved the advice to stop negative thinking and to use positive affirmations. So often we think negatively about ourselves so thinking well of ourselves is a first step to healing.

This is important and can help of harbour self esteem. This book will show how to change your way of thinking for the positive to raise your self esteem. It teaches you how to make better decisions in all you do. I recommend this book to anyone needing a boost to their self esteem.

Always half full

I am a glass half full type of person, but I know a lot of glass half empty people. I boughtvthis book to gain some insight and tips on helping people to think more positively. Only time will tell if it works.

There are a lot of helpful ideas but sometimes it was a bit unorganised. Overall the book felt a bit amateurish. Sentence construction was not correct a lot of times which was quite a turn-off for me.
