A mage’s ungodly rule among the dead. A noblewoman’s deliver the kingdom of Endar from evil. The final battle is at hand.
Kragan, wielder of malignant magic, is nearing his ultimate goal. Lorness Carol Rafel is pursuing her millennia-old destiny as well. It has been prophesized that the noble sorceress will destroy Kragan before he lays waste to the kingdom of Endar and reigns as an unholy god.
In Kragan’s favor is the mighty Dread Lord, bound to Kragan’s will, and an army of the resurrected dead that far outnumbers the Forsworn followers at Carol’s side. But Carol has the edge. She and her seer husband, Arn, possess the last remaining pieces of a magical puzzle. In the shards of a shattered trident lies the very key to Kragan’s dark dreams. If Carol and Arn can unleash its undiscovered powers in time to intercept Kragan’s horde. The end is at hand.
The final battle on the besieged fortress is upon them. And Arn’s visions of its outcome are terrifying. As Carol draws on her own increasing forces of magic, more is at stake than she imagines in an endgame in the land of the dead that no one could have foreseen.

Richard Phillips is the million copy bestselling author of the Rho Agenda scifi series, the Jack 'The Ripper' Gregory series, and the epic fantasy series, The Endarian Prophecy. He is a retired Army Officer, West Point graduate, and has a Master of Science degree in Physics from the Naval Post Graduate School. He was a researcher at Lawrence Livermore and Los Alamos National Laboratories for the U.S. military, a software project leader at General Electric, Lockheed Martin Space Operations, and General Dynamics before becoming a full-time writer.
Kragan the defiler gains the upper hand literally in Richard Phillips' "Prophecy's End," the sixth in the Endarian Prophecy series. He's got the relics, and his power is unmatched as he's able to raise the dead into an army that threatens all that Carol and Arn have achieved. In fact, throughout much of the beginning of the novel, Phillips has the pair trying to salvage something of their civilization. Kragan has too much power and threatens all who remain free and not under his awful thumb. The book starts a little slow or maybe it's just a little depressing. After battling all sorts of enemies who want nothing but their extinction, I assumed Phillips would want to send his characters to a nice quiet place to contemplate building a family. Sure Lorness Carol Rafel is a sorceress unrivaled on the battle field. Of course, that assumption didn't include Kragan who shows himself to be the world's most powerful person. And Kragan unleashed is bad for everyone. He kills wantonly, wiping out entire armies and sending his reanimated troops to slaughter women and children. Suffice to say he's dangerous. And a scumbag. For most of the novel, this antagonist retains the upper hand. Confident that nobody can oppose him, he sets his sights on world domination, creating a world he never knew.
Well done Richard Phillips! Thank you for bringing the Endarian Prophecy series to a timely and worthy close. Honestly, I was in a swivet starting Prophecy’s End the final book, in this six part fantasy saga. As I’ve developed a treasured kinship with these characters, I was somewhat leery of a misbegotten ending, but those fears were gratefully assuaged early on. I chose to omit reading summations or reviews upon the book’s release, so I was grabbed by the unanticipated events that occurred less than a third of the way into this read. And, yes, I cried at the end. It’s easy to envision a mini-series screen adaptation of the Endarian Prophecy novels. This reader can only hope for that reality. Yet one certainty is that I’ll miss looking forward to the release of new volumes in this epic string. A no brainer here, Prophecy’s End receives 5 stars.
As with the first five books, the story was great. The only detractions in this one were a) many pages in the first third were literally cut/pasted from previous entries when covering things in the past for readers who'd been away from the books for a while (this was done much more subtly in the earlier books) and b) I would have liked a definitive identification of the three branches of each type of magic introduced in book 4. I can only identity 7 separate types of "spells" used throughout the series, but there must be subtle variations to 2 that I know that the author considered unique.
And although I would have liked a *bit* more definitiveness in the "where do they go from here" at the end, there's enough between-the-lines that you can make a fairly educated guess. 5 stars for the saga. Wish there were a third trilogy!
Having found these novels has been an invigorating blessing.
The adventures of the heroes and heroines of the series will have a great impact on the legions of readers who will read these books.
The author has created a world in which great good meets and overcomes great evil.
This, the last in this series, brings all the story lines together and leaves the possibilities and wonderment of new stories based on the Endarian Prophecy.
There are many possibilities, but by themselves stand alone of one of the masterworks of the fantasy genre.
It's an imaginative and very long story that seemed to be stretched out with some storylines that felt as if they had been invented as the tale wore on. However what irked me were the details that seemed unreal, such as the 6,000 Endarian troops who somehow survived a battle where Endar was completely overun. Where had they been in the battle that left only one Endarian Royal Guard alive? The tale seemed to me have too many such inexplicable inconsistencies.
The action packed thus installment. The plots came to a head in a great battle. The only critique I have is that the final conflict felt rushed and could have used more development, particularly in the battle between Kragan and the Guardians. I also would have wished the information about the 9 branches of magic to be explained and developed mire as the characters learned. Other than that, it was a wonderful journey that I'm happy to have made with excellent characters and a racing plot.
The Endarian Prophecy series has been a great escape to far away lands and different times. The characters while having extraordinary talent and skills are all vulnerable and real. Great ending to a great series. Hope to see a resurrection of sorts some day to see how the guardians are faring
A fitting end to the saga. Although I feel that too many main characters lost their lives in all 6 books, the losses seemed to be necessary and enhanced the urgency to defeat their nemesis. So, I forgive you, Mr. Phillips, for dashing my hopes for all of the good guys to survive. I can't wait to see your next series!

I love this series of books and this one was epic, it actually had me selling up at times, such is the depth of the characters and masterful story telling. On to the next book. I feel I should thank Amazon as we, as my kindle pointed me towards this author :)
The books of Endarian Prophecy, I keep me entertained - from happy to sad to what the hell? What can the evil wielder come up with next. A person with a God complex was a interesting concept, enjoyed the ending... Wishing Carol and Arn happy journeys. Looking forward to reading your series 😎😍
i had a lot of fun reading this book, the plot was really interesting and unique. The characters were great and I really enjoyed going on this journey. It had what I was looking for in an adventure novel.
The series started to slog through the middle and most of the previous book could have been eliminated but this story was better and bright it all to aclose .
