I have a hard time reviewing nonfiction books as opposed to fiction for some reason, but I'll do my best. This was filled with lots of good advice, interesting ideas, but I don't agree with some of it, yet it was still intriguing reading. There's exercises and homework in terms of improving/getting rid of depression so have a notebook handy when reading. At the start it felt a bit repetitive a few times, but otherwise this was a decent read. 3.5 ⭐.
