Filled with easy, accessible projects to create storage in any space, this illustrated book includes instructions for storing clothing under a stairway, pullout drawers under the bed, toy chests, shelves, and other projects. Original.
Kate Haxell learned to sew at an early age, making clothes for her long-suffering teddy bears. Her skills have sharpened since and she now sews for real people. She lives in London.
When they say simple, they mean simple-looking, not particularly easy-to-make. But at least they're not ugly (and easily modified and decorated), and while there's not a whole lot in there that I found useful, I'd keep this book just for the instructions for the thin rolling under-the-stairs cabinets. The liquor cabinet was pretty cool, too.
