Completely insane, even for a qi gong book. However, the genital weightlifting section (Chapter 6) is a timeless comedy masterpiece that will outlive us all.

I have not finished this book. I first delved into it many years ago, and I keep going back to it to learn. Qi gong is a practice that requires a lot of time and dedication. I am not very skilled at qi gong, but I have gotten some good ideas and good exercises to practice from this book.
