I'm not much of a home interior designer, but I enjoyed Valerie Griffith's comparisons between home design and heart design. Her poignant design analogies, practical suggestions, and prompts for reflection, will help you pause long enough to declutter your heart and focus on the One who desires to refresh you.

This is an amazing book that you need right now! Is your soul weary, parched, in need of refreshment? This devotional will kindly and beautifully walk you through the steps to true soul renewal. You will be invited to clear out the clutter of your thoughts and hurts and worries and replace it all with the joy of your Creator. I cannot recommend highly enough! Exactly what we all need for a fresh start this year!

Renew is a beautifully written devotional that helps us refocus on God’s truth. Valerie gently encourages us to clear distractions away, leaving overwhelm behind as we renew our spirit day by day. Relating to my heart and God through design analogies was a refreshing way to examine my faith. I highly recommend this devotion for all women in need of renewal.
