Birch & Beyond: The Sequel to Forever Lucky
Katie Green has been through a traumatic time since her husband's sudden death just six months ago.
It came as a shock to her that he had left her in financial ruin. Drastic measures were called for, but she certainly didn't expect her lodger, the mildly eccentric author, Birch, to become her lover.
It's New Year's Eve and life seems to be returning to an even keel, but Celia, the wife Birch is trying to divorce, has other ideas creating turmoil and heartache at 12 Bisham Gardens in Highgate Village.
