I’m not one to really read novellas very often, but Ms. Lorraine’s writing always intrigues me. And, this little gem does not disappoint. Both main characters were drowning with pain, and when they connect after some years since graduating high school, they are totally attracted to each other. Casey was the beautiful and popular cheerleader, while Cory, who was two years younger, always dreamed about having Casey notice him. This was a feel-good love story with a touch of heartache and loneliness. Both characters were so likable and cute as they experienced sizzling off-the-charts chemistry first on a vulnerable snowy night and then as a “forever” couple. Looks like a winner in the novella category…

Omg! Casey and Cody’s story is so great and undeniably sweet. They have hot af chemistry and you could feel their heat burning off the pages. This is an insta-love but doesn’t lack on the heat department. Cody is so swoon-worthy and Casey has such a big heart. I loved how adorable this read is. Both characters have such big hearts. I just love it!

Wonderful!! This was a nice quick, short read. I absolutely love it.
Cody meets Casey when he comes into Bela's Bakery for her special festive fancies, he always gets two. Casey works for Bela 202 Cherry Popper Way at Bela's Bakery and starting in November Bela starts to sell her special pastries that always sell out. Cody comes in for two pastries, one for him and one for his boss, he works at the bookstore. Cody takes care of his dad and that is his top priority A week before Thanksgiving and it's the anniversary of Casey's father's passing, he was killed on the Sugarbush Ski Slope and she always head to Wild Ridge Mountains to have a toast in his honor. There's a snowstorm hitting Cherry Falls and Bela and Annabeth want her to go out with them but all Casey wants to do is give a toast to her father and be alone. Before Casey makes it to Wild Ridge she spins out of control and hits the sign, she's in a dead spot so she can't use her cell phone to call for help. Knowing the whole town isn't out tonight she decides to open the bottle of whiskey she brought with her. Then she sees headlights in the distance, but she figures with all the snow covering her car they won't see her. When they slow down she hears them knocking on her window then the snow is removed from the windshield. Casey looks into the eyes of Cody, she'd know them anywhere, since she looks at him every time he comes into Bela's Bakery. Cody gets Casey to roll her window down then helps her out of her car. He puts her in his truck, then they head to her home. They talk on the way and Casey finds out that they went to the same high school and he knows her, but was two years below her. Casey invites Cody into her home to warm up before he's headed home, she tells him to get a fire going while she grabs some towels. When Casey comes back she finds Cody has stripped down to his boxers, she changed her clothes as they were soaking wet. Casey has the bottle of whiskey in her hands and when Cody sees her with it he takes it and takes a swig, then he holds it up to her lips for her too, but a drop falls down her chin. So Cody licks it up, he tells her to tell him to stop but she doesn't want to. Then they begin kissing, Cody picks up Casey and heads up the stairs but he they soon both land on the steps. Casey tells him not to stop so he continues to pleasure her, once she comes, he picks her back up and heads for her bedroom. He sits her on her bed then pulls off his boxers, he pleasures her again, then they make love. When Cody wakes up in the middle of the night guilt washes over him so he heads home to his dad. When he gets home their friend Dotty tells Cody his dad had a bad night, he has seizures and someone needs to be with him. Cody tells Dotty he feels guilty for leaving him but she tells him he has a life and doesn't need to be tied down with his dad. Cody knows he can't have anything with Casey as bad as he wants to he needs to take care of his dad. Casey wakes up and finds her bed empty Cody isn't there. So she takes a shower and gets some breakfast she texts Annabeth to see if she can catch a ride to work. On the way to work Casey tell Annabeth what happened with her car and what a night she had with the bad boy, Cody. Casey goes out with Bela and Annabeth for dinner and drinks. Cody takes the next several days off work, so he doesn't go into Bela's Bakery for his Festive Fancies. He calls the doctor, he comes to check on his dad and changes his medication, but tells Cody that he doesn't know how much longer his dad is going to be around. Cody's dad doesn't want to get anymore test done, he knows his time is limited. Casey wakes the next morning with a big hangover from her night out after she showers she finds Cody's cell phone. While getting coffee she sees the messages that comes up on his phone about his dad having a seizure, then she feels bad about thinking he just left her. Casey calls her friend Annabeth to find out where Cody lives so she can take his cell phone back to him, she gets ready then she finds the not he left for her. Casey heads over to Cody's home to return his phone, but soon realizes he lives in a bad neighborhood. Cody's dad tells Casey to come in, then Cody appears in a towel wrapped around his waist. Cody asks Casey what she is doing there, she tells him she found his phone. Casey makes coffee for them while Cody gets dressed. She talks to Cody's dad and then Cody comes out his dad insist he take her out on a date. They head to the Virgin Street Diner for lunch and talk about his dad and Casey tells him about hers. After they eat they head back to Casey's home, he carries her up the stairs and strip their clothes off. They make love even before they hit the bedroom, then they head to her bedroom to do it again. Casey wakes up and grabs Cody's shirt and heads downstairs to get a drink. She notices the room her dad was working on door is closed she hasn't gone in there since her dad died two years ago. When she open the door she has an idea when she looks over the mountains out he window. Cody comes down and asks her what she is doing, she tells him she had an idea. Casey tells him she want him and his dad to move in with her, her home doesn't feel like a home since her dad passed. Cody tells her he can't do that, but she tells him she wants him and his dad to have better. Cody finally agrees to her, she tells him she's lonely also. Cody's dad just asks Casey to make his boy happy, she tells him he makes her happy as well. Casey has a surprise for Cody, she takes in outside to the back yard. She takes him to the summer house on the end of the property, it's all lit up with fairy lights and has a heater. They make love again, then watch as fireworks go off in the distance. Casey tells him she loves him and Cody tells her he loves her. Casey never believed in miracles but he just might be hers, together they'll figure their future out. Nine months later, they arrive back home. Cody's dad hung on until after the New Years came, they got to spend Christmas with him. Cody and Case were both by his side when he had his final seizure. They knew they both wanted more so six months ago, so they decided to travel for six months traveling to Paris and Europe. Cody's dad left him a substantial life insurance policy and Casey had her inheritance sitting in her bank account. Before they left they talked about selling the house, but decided not to do it. They both had to many memories in the home and want to raise their kids someday in the home. Cody heads for the showers while Casey starts on the wash. Then she gets a text from him asking her to met him in the summer home. When she gets there it's all lit up in the fairy lights. When she steps inside Cody tells her he's been trying to find the right time, then he goes down on one knee and asks her to marry him. Casey tells him yes, when she looks at the ring he places on her finger she realizes it is her mother's wedding ring. He asks her if it's okay and she tells him it's perfect. Casey thanks him for rescuing her and that she loves him. Cody thanks her for being his miracle and now it's time for their next chapter.

Lately, I read a lot of bully romance so I feel a bit weird to read this sweet and steamy story of Casey and Cody. Oh, it is not a bad thing I can reassure you that. This book also offers a little of angst and heartbreaking story. After Casey lost her father, she moves back to Cherry Fall and lives her life with her lonely feeling. I know her workmates are nice but I still feel sorry for her. Cody seems to has a bad boy vibe but he is a good guy. His situation with his father is heartbreaking so when both of them finally have a chance to be together, I feel grateful. With everything that happens in a short time, I consider this is quite a whirlwind steamy romance and the title suits the story the best because it is miracle way that after they've danced around each other for a while, they finally act on their attractions on Casey's most sad day. Anyway, I decide to give this book 4.5 stars because what Casey does and offers Cody after she just know him is a little bit unrealistic. It's sweet, yes but it's hard to believe even if it's a small town and they went to high school together even if Cody was 2 years under though... lucky Casey ;) But if you like reading dreamy and sexy story, this book definitely has that vibes to offer. Cody's maybe a good guy but he is so bossy in a bedroom and it's hot.

I’d really enjoyed Tracy Lorraine’s other contribution to the Cherry Falls series, so I couldn’t wait to get this one read also. It didn’t quite have the same magic and passion that 810 Destiny Drive had, but it was still a good book in its own right.
This was a lot more grown-up than the previous one as Casey and Cody aren’t teenagers; they have also had to deal with a lot of grief in their lives. This gave the book a much darker feel to it.
Although Casey refers to Codey as ‘bad boy’, other than how he dressed, nothing about him indicated that he was a bad boy, which I personally was grateful for as it made their love story so much sweeter. If he had been a bad boy, I was worried that Lorraine would take the story down the hate-sex route, but I’m glad she stayed clear of this and just gave them a lovely story.
The story itself was very well-rounded, and you really felt like you were getting to know the characters. I didn’t quite feel the chemistry between them, but it was still a lovely love story all the same.

If you are looking for a short and sweet story with an added bit of spice this is the book for you!
Casey and Cody are two broken people just trying to make it through life. Cody has had a crush on Casey for as long as he could remember but he never thought he would get that chance. Then all of a sudden she is back but now she is broken and he has so much on his plate he knows he will never get his chance. All it takes is one storm to send these two together and once will never be enough.
Pulling her into my side, I wrap my arm around her in an attempt to warm her up. It’s got absolutely nothing to do with the fact I’m freezing, or that after getting a noseful of her scent, when I pulled her from the car, that my mouth is watering for more. Nothing at all.
I loved reading Casey and Cody’s story.

I love the Cherry Falls books. They are sweet, endearing chunks of delight sprinkled throughout life. Cody and Casey have wonderful chemistry. They are forced to help each other out, which opens their eyes to each other. They are both struggling, yet together they can succeed. The only thing I wish about this story is that it had more of a build-up to them getting together. I know they knew each other in their past, but they were mere acquaintances then. Now, they jump right in with each other, and it feels forced or rushed. Otherwise, this was a cute story about fate making sure you find who you need when you need them.

This novella was such a wonderfully sweet yet steamy read! I absolutely loved reading this! These characters, Casey and Cody, were great. It was instant attraction and instant draw towards each other. They both are struggling with their own personal issues but when being around each other, it’s like they are able to breathe and relax a little. They really are a perfect fit.
I really enjoyed reading this novella. I think a lot of readers will enjoy this short read!

Casey and Cody are two broken people just trying to make it through life. Cody has had a crush on Casey for as long as he could remember but he never thought he would get that chance. The chemistry between these two is intense and off the charts amazing. There relationship grew as you read this book and you couldn't help but root for these two together by the end of it. This book was a great addition to the Cherry Falls series.

My goodness. Be prepared for your heart to burst with some sadness that gets eclipsed by sheer happiness. Casey and Cody are the most seriously perfect couple. I love them and their story. The capacity of their hearts is enormous and makes you want everything for them. I loved everything about this incredible short read - unforgettable characters, amazing storyline, out of this world smexy NSFW scenes and a HEA that is absolute perfection. LOVED It!!!!

This book was so sweet and definitely steamy. I loved it. Casey and Cody were made for each other. This was the first non-dark romance I have read by Tracy Lorraine and I don’t know what I was expecting. What I got was a super steamy novella that I devoured. This story of two broken people coming together was refreshing.

Not only is this sweet and sexy like you expect a Cherry Falls romance but it made me cry. It’s emotional. It deals with loss and pain and being lost while grieving. Cody and Casey found solace in each other at the right time and gave his dad what he needed. I finished with tears in my eyes and a smile on my face.

A sweet, cute and steamy quick read. I enjoyed this quick read. Two characters struggling come together and have one explosive steamy night. Casey wakes up thinking Cody hit it and quit it but soon finds out that's not what happened. This is a Insta love story.

This was such a sweet swoon worthy read with tons of heat ! Casey and Cody’s chemistry is off the charts I loved these two so much I’m usually not into the sweeter romances but there was just enough steam in this one so it wasn’t sickly sweet ! This author is a favorite of mine for a reason and I should of known anything written by her I’m going to love!

I'm not ever a fan of promiscuous characters. I didn't like the sexual mentions he made about women from his past or that he had a crush on his boss and flirted with her. I want to know what happened to Dot and if they had children. I just don't feel like it was complete.

Casey still is grieving the death of her father two years ago in an accident. Since then she is extremely lonely and hasn't really lived. This was refreshing because they were the around the same age, and neither were virgins. Just two people who had some crappy life circumstances that needed love and support. Although I have noticed that all the characters in this series have lost either one or both of their parents. Why?

Wow! I challenge you not to swoon over Cody. A sexy bad boy with a heart of gold. Casey and Cody are amazing together and I love their instant connection. The heat is off the charts.

This was such a good novella. Its all about second chances and love. Cody and Casey bring the heat with this book. I would recommend this book when you are in the mood for a sweet quick read.

Loved it! A Straight to the point sweet romance, and as soon as Casey and Cody meet outside of the Bakery, their chemistry just explodes into spicyness. Brilliant read!

1116 Miracle Way by Tracy Lorraine was such an enjoyable read. It made me smile, cry a little and swoon. It ended with a very HEA. I do love Cherry Falls. Super kudos!

He goes to the bakery everyday to see her. She noticed he he comes in the bakery every day. A hard night finds Casey in a snow bank and Cody coming to her rescue. I love their HEA!! 10/10
