Excellent introduction to the seven Sacraments. Each chapter includes a different Saint and how their lives demonstrated the essential characteristics of a particular Sacrament. It wood be a great resource for RCIA, jr high/high school youth and those wanting a basic but easily accessible read on Sacraments and Saints.

Brief biographies of seven saints and why their lives exemplify a particular sacrament. The saints are: St. Francis Xavier, St. John Paul II, St. Claire of Assisi, St. John Vianney, St. Damien of Molokai, St. Maximilian Kolb, Sts. Louis & Zelie Martin.

Not only I understood the sacraments a little more but also how the heroes of the faith lived it. Great book.
