Digital Project Practice is a call to new thinking on project management (PM). It contains an extensive discussion of managing change and innovation projects. It is a reliable source of education for everyone interested in learning project management techniques in an age that is driven by artificial intelligence (AI). The competitive advantage of this book compared to similar titles resides in its systematic approach. The book editor has proposed a system that operates by empathizing, defining, and generating new ideas. Those elements can be improved constantly through an empowering cycle of tests and reviews aimed at delivering better outputs. This book is a compendium of ideas on PM developed in 13 chapters by experts who have been discussing different aspects of PM in a multi-perspective manner.
