“This has been my favorite Christmas of all time.”

Holiday with You is such a sweet, feel good holiday romance!

Audrey loves her job but loathes her boss. Her boss sends her from LA to Colorado in the winter to do the impossible. Acquire a B&B that's not for sale. On her way to said B&B she runs into (quite literally) Colin Bradford. Colin lives in the same small town as the B&B and is a single dad. Audrey is working hard to solve the mystery of the B&B while growing closer and closer to Colin and his family.

The first thing I thought when I finished this was that it would make a perfect either Hallmark or Netflix Christmas movie. I love reading Christmasy stories this time of year, and I especially love when they're family centered with a great romance. This story had both of those things. I adored the Bradford family and loved both Audrey and Colin. If you're looking for a delightful holiday romance, pick up Holiday with You!

Holiday with You is book one in the Winter Valley series by Claudia Burgoa and Grahame Claire. What a wonderful book this was. I have such a thing for these little quirky towns, especially during any holiday. Winter Valley, Colorado was just such a place.

Audrey Reed is nearly thirty years old, lives in Los Angeles and loves her job. She just can’t stand her boss at Capell Stanley Hotels. Now it seems her boss has decided she wants to own an aging Bed and Breakfast in Winter Valley, Colorado. They have tried repeatedly to connect with the elusive owner but have had no luck. So her boss is sending Audrey to Winter Valley to secure a contract. The “Or Else” isn’t said but Audrey knows that if she doesn’t succeed, she won’t have a job.

Colin Bradford got one thing out of the terrible marriage he was in, a perfect daughter. His daughter, Perry, is now four years old. They moved from New York to Winter Valley to be near his family and for a safe place to raise his daughter. Since his marriage ended, every ounce of energy he has goes to his business or his little girl. He’s had no interest in dating at all. Until a certain woman in a unicorn onesie ran her car into his truck on a snowy highway.

As Audrey tries to search out the owner of the B & B for her boss, she finds herself drawn into the Bradford family. It doesn’t take long for her to fall hard for Colin and his little girl. Being an only child makes experiencing Christmas with this huge family like a dream come true. The feelings between she and Colin grow fast and strong. But they’ve only known each other for about a week. Her life and her job are back in LA. So she shouldn’t get attached.

This is one of those books where you just want to pack your bags and go to this town. With all the Christmas decorations, the adorable town square and all those fresh baked cookies, how could you not want to be there?! I adore insta/love/lust and that’s pretty much what this was. That first touch when the electricity shoots right up your arm. I live for that stuff!

This was a fun, sexy and wonderful holiday romance which includes a little girl that will steal your heart. I already love the entire Bradford family and can’t wait for the next book, Home with You, which is Colin’s brother, Morgan’s book. I’ll see you in Winter Valley.

Holiday with You is a cute story that is perfect for this time of year. I'm not usually one for holiday books but I love these authors so there was no way I was passing on this one. And I'm glad I didn't because these characters had me in such a good mood and I was smiling so much people probably thought I was insane.

Audrey was a little chaotic but in such an adorable way and it was so easy to love her. She was on a mission for her job and focused on that but she also knew how to stop and have fun. Which Colin was amazing at helping with and really delivered all of the holiday spirit that Audrey needed. I loved these two together and their chemistry burned so hot you could make hot cocoa.

Overall, this is a great holiday read and one I would definitely recommend. It's a little crazy, a whole lot sweet, and gives you all the warm feelings you could want.

This would be perfect for Hallmark to turn into one of their Holiday Movies! I absolutely adored everything about it from the meet-cute of an auto accident to the adorable nicknames Colin had for Audrey (Unicorn) and his daughter (Squirrel) and everything in between.

Holiday With You is the first book in the "Winter Valley" series and I will admit that this one totally shocked me! I couldn't believe a freebie was such a good one and honestly a easy 4.5 star read! It was super atmospheric and everything that I could have hoped for in a romance. I will say that this story was easily so captivating and I just wanted more from it. If any of you have ever watched John Denver's "Christmas Gift", then I can't recommend this one enough. It was like a reverse of that movie almost. The story was so wonderful and the romance was purely magical. All the family characters that come into play were so heartwarming and I am hoping that they will have books. I absolutely loved everything about this story and if you are looking for a wonderful Christmas romance, then this MUST be on your TBR for this December.

Holiday With You is a guaranteed romance that will knock your socks off and leave you wanting more! An easy to read, immediately captivating and beautiful emotions portrayed that will capture the heart of every reader!

Holiday With You was a Christmas story that was filled with romance, secrets, and a lot of fun. With warmth and charm in the pages, this book was such an easy, quick read. So if you're looking for a Hallmark book to pick up, then you'll want add this one to your tbr!
This is the nightmare before Christmas.
And I’m dressed like a unicorn.

Audrey's demanding boss sent her out of state, before the holidays, to acquire a B&B in the adorable town of Winter Valley. Along with the message that she was not to return until she had acquired the B&B that wasn't for sale. Upon arriving to town, she crashed into Colin, a local single dad. And with repairs on her vehicle not being completed until Christmas Eve, she was stuck there where she kept running into Colin and his delightful family during her stay.
“Welcome to the chaos.” He brushes his thumb across my cheek.
Briefly, I close my eyes , savoring every millisecond of his touch. It’s powerful. More so than it should be since we’re practically strangers.

I absolutely loved how Aubrey and Colin met! You could tell that they were both attracted and interested in each other right away. However they seemed to prioritize other things in their lives, as more important than love. With Colin's daughter and Aubrey's job being their main focuses, I wondered how they could be pushed together. But with a family and townspeople that couldn't help but meddle, and a place that had all the Christmas charm in the world, it was a lot of fun watching them come together.
“Unicorn.” There’s so much emotion behind the word that it sounds as if it’s been yanked from his soul. I’m afraid to look too deep into the meaning. I’m terrified I won’t hear what I want to. That I won’t see what I want to see.

Colin was my favorite in this story! He was kind, thoughtful, loved deeply and was the most amazing dad ever. His four year old daughter, Perry, was so easy to love too. Watching them interact was so sweet. And the rest of his family was endearing too. It seemed like there was a lot of potential for future books with his siblings *fingers crossed*. But one of my favorite things about Colin was how he called Aubrey unicorn. And each time he did, it made me smile so huge.
Maybe there’s more out there than I thought. Maybe I can have more.

Audrey was a determined person, with a kind heart, who loved her job. While trying to figure out who owned the bed and breakfast, she kept finding reasons why this town made her happy. Which was needed, since it seemed like Audrey was missing joy in her life. And a lot of her newfound joy had to do with Colin. I loved their chemistry and how it added a spark into her life! And I cherished how Audrey, Colin and Perry fit so well together. Their moments were so sweet and precious. But Audrey was heading back home. Her life was in California, not in Winter Valley.
I belong.
It’s a dangerous thought, one I should snuff out faster than I can say candle . . . but my heart grips onto it with everything it has.

So with snow, cookies, and lots of holiday charm, this book was so heartwarming. I enjoyed how family played such a big roll and it was impossible not to love the quaint town this story took place in. And if you adore epilogues, like I do, you’re in for a treat. This one made my heart so happy. If you're looking for a holiday read or adore the Hallmark movie, Let it Snow with Candace Cameron Bure, then definitely add this one to your list!

First of all, don’t be surprised by the cover! I’ll just leave that there. This was a delightful read, I really enjoyed it. Has the very typical (that I love) Hallmark storyline: girl travels to small town for work to acquire an Inn for her horrible boss and falls in love, this time with the secret owner of the Inn-who is most definitely hiding the fact that he’s the owner from it. So there is a ‘secret/lie’ element to this.
The hero is a single dad with an adorable little girl named Perry. The chemistry is undeniable from the very first meet and we see this push and pull of:I’m only here for a short while but I like you & Shes only here for a short while and I have a kid to think of but damn I like her! It’s a quick read. I listened on Scribd and it was a little over five hours. Really enjoyed.

DECK THE HALLS! I love a feel good Christmas story, and Holiday with You is full of the saccharine and heartfelt charm of a sexy Hallmark movie and the provincial magic of a small town romance. This story had me feeling all warm and fuzzy.

Our story begins with a classic holiday story meet-cute: city girl sent to the snowy small town of Winter Valley to complete an impossible task at the behest of a tyrant boss finds herself perilously driving on ice- literally crashing right into the truck of our hero. Sexy single dad Colin wasn’t expecting to be charmed by the unicorn-onesie clad stranger, but their paths keep crossing. Audrey is staying in the town’s much loved B & B, stuck there thanks to business and her wrecked car. Our story is brimming with all your favorite small town holiday love story traditions- cookie making, ice skating, Christmas tree hunting, decorating, the small town gossip and the charming but nosy family. As Audrey spends more time taking in the towns’ provincial jolliness and starts to be part of the tight-knit community, she finds herself developing a tentative relationship with the sexy single dad. And on top of our romance, we also have a curious mystery to figure out, too.

Our characters are pretty straight forward- but that doesn’t mean they aren’t delightful. Colin starts out as the uptight, set in his ways single father- a man burned by love and focused on raising his 4 year old daughter. But the free spirited, yet stressed workaholic Audrey awakens his need for connection, and gets him to let loose. And soon he turns into the biggest, sweetest, swooniest teddy bear- charisma oozing for days. But man is HOT in the bedroom. Like Colin, Audrey has stoically focused on her career to avoid facing that she’s lonely- that she lacks connection, that she lacks a home. The sexy single dad helps her dream again, makes her want things she’s scared of- and soon our hyper focused but goofy heroine finds herself enjoying Winter Valley’s charm- and feeling a part of something that challenges everything she thought she knew and wanted. We have a motley crew of small town secondary characters, mostly Colin’s family, that add some nuance and charm - and the real star of the show is the sweet and curious Perry, Colin’s 4 year old daughter who, too, is charmed by the unicorn lady.

CB And GC bring so much festive joy and cheer to this story- accentuated by the magic of the setting they create. Winter Valley feels like a character in and of itself. Like the cover depicts, Winter Valley feels like an idyllic snow globe scene- a winter wonderland that enamors, with a little bit of magic and a lot of nostalgic and comforting warmth. I feel in love with Winter Valley even before our characters- it is the perfect setting for a holiday themed love story.

The story did start out a bit slow for me, and our characters' attraction played out before I really felt their chemistry- but as the story progressed, the chemistry started to click into place more and more. Their romance is just sweet and adorable- Audrey’s slight adorableness paired with her sassy banter, and Colin’s burgeoning vulnerability and tenderness. And the more time they spend together, the more holiday fun they have, the more I felt their connection- two lonely characters learning to trust again, brought back to life by a chance encounter and a good sprinkle of Christmas magic.

The ending of this was SO adorable- I got the warm, swoony fuzzies. And I love that the center of this story is really just about BELIEVING, about taking a leap of faith. Two characters who’ve micromanaged their life so much so that they forgot to actually live it. Their story is a sweet and hopeful reminder that there is not only one path to love- because the only thing you need for it to happen is to jump. And like sweet Colin and Audrey, we just need to believe in everyday magic, to trust it to lead us just where we’re meant to be.

I’m a total sucker for holiday-themed stories, but how can anyone resist a warm and hopeful escape full of Christmas spirit?! Holiday with You is like a big hot chocolate marshmallow- fluffy, sweet, sentimental, festive, and oh so yummy. A feel-good holiday story that leaves you feeling warm and squishy.

When Audrey Reed is sent by her boss the week before Christmas to the small town of Winter Valley, Colorado to acquire a B&B, she doesn’t expect to (literally) run into the town’s hot single dad—Colin Bradford. Audrey has a hard time tracking down the owner of the B&B and her won’t be fixed before Christmas, so she’ll be in Winter Valley longer than expected. After one steamy night together, Colin and Audrey start to get to know one another. And on a whim, Audrey ends up spending the holiday with the Bradford family. The last thing Audrey and Colin expected to find this Christmas was love, but somehow it ended up finding them both.

Holiday With You by Claudia Burgoa & Grahame Claire is a sugary sweet holiday romance. If you like Hallmark Christmas movies, you will eat this story up. It’s full of family and small town charm. It’s low on angst & drama—the conflict isn’t anything major. So overall it’s a lighthearted holiday read. If you’re looking for a feel-good holiday read by the fire, this one’s for you! 3.5/5 stars.

Claudia Burgoa and Grahame Claire have banded together to write this sexy new standalone, Holiday With You, that will bring some flirty fun and cheer into your world at a time when you need it most.

Audrey Reed is sent by her dragonlady of a boss, right before Christmas, to find an elusive B&B owner that has been rather silent during every attempt to get in touch.  Her mission? To secure a contract to buy this property in beautiful small town Winter Valley, Colorado before the new year.  Audrey leaves her LA world and literally slides into to town with a bang!

What crazy adventures she manages to get into while trying to find the impossibly elusive Mrs. Grant, but failure is not in Audrey's vocabulary so she keeps on persisting, even with roadblocks standing in the way on every corner. The more she discovers, the weirder things seem at Winter Valley B&B.  Something doesn't add up here in this sleepy little town!

One thing she knows for sure-the highlight of this trip is quickly becoming a certain handsome single dad, his adorable little sweetheart of a daughter and those funny, lovable brothers of his.  It has Audrey thinking about a future with Colin, his welcoming family and this adorably quaint little town, but her home and life are in California.  What's a girl to do?

Grab some hot cocoa and let this book take you away for a little while with characters that will crack you up, jump into your heart and leave you with the kind of ending that puts you in the spirit of the season.

The writing is just awful.

The city girl who blows into the small town and is immediately lusted after by all the townsmen (who are all gorgeous brothers or BFFs) trope is getting a little old. It's exhausting. It might be passable if the baser story was intriguing but there just wasn't enough good writing to make the mystery of who owns the old B&B to keep me interested. I simply didn't care about any of what was happening and even turning the page was an ordeal.

This was straight up adorable! It has all the makings of a hallmark movie full of all the Christmas feels. Audrey is off the Winter Valley to purchase an old B&B that her demanding boss is to determined to acquire. A feat that will be much harder than Audrey imagines. On her way she slides off the road and literally runs into Colin **and cue the meet-cute! Colin has recently returned to Winter Valley from the big city and he is settling into life as a single dad to his adorable daughter, Perry. I adored Perry. She is the most precious little girl and totally stole my heart. This story is packed with a ton of laughs, quirky characters, small town vibes with nosy neighbours and all the Christmas traditions I love. Audrey and Colin have amazing chemistry and I couldn’t put this down from start to finish. While I’ve read Claudia Burgoa before I had never read Grahame Claire before but I will certainly be picking up more of their books in the future. Holiday with You is a must read this holiday season.

Holiday With You is the perfect book that’s just in time for the holidays. This sweet and charming read made me feel so warm and cozy inside and will definitely fill you with the holiday spirit. It reminds me of a sweet and heartwarming Hallmark Christmas movie and I wish Winter Valley truly existed because I would vacation there in a heartbeat. I mean what’s not to love about a single dad, his lovable and sweet little daughter with a close knit extended family and a heroine who wears a unicorn onesie and has a heart of gold. Couple this with nosy townspeople, a touching, engaging and hilarious storyline and you got yourself a wonderful and entertaining book!

I loved most every aspect of this book. The characters are wonderful, diverse, loyal, witty and all-around lovable. The H/h of the story have so much chemistry and attraction for each other. Their connection is beyond just physical. Both Colin and Audrey were great for each other. They were both what the other needed but didn't realize it until they got to know each other. The small quirky town of Winter Valley is a place I would love to visit. I'll admit the only disappointment I had was there were no mentions of how the town itself celebrated Christmas. While we met a few of the citizens; I wished for more details and scene descriptions. Small fictional towns are known for their elaborate schemes for holiday decorating. Even with that small disappointment, I still loved this book very much. And I am hopeful we will see a lot more of the Bradford family. There are several more siblings that need a happily-ever-after.

Audrey and Colin.....
Colin has recently moved back to his hometown after a nasty divorce. Colin, along with his adorable four-year-old daughter, Perry, have settled in and are thriving. Well, at least Perry is thriving and that is all that matters to Colin. After one failed attempt at love, he has no desire to go down that road a second time. That is until a beautiful, intelligent, headstrong woman breezes into town and into his life with a literal bang.

Audrey is sent to Winter Valley by her boss to acquire a property. If she isn't able to make the deal, Audrey will likely lose her job. Finding the owner of said property is becoming a challenge but Audrey is not going to give up. Fortunately, one gorgeous Colin Bradford is just the distraction she needs. But what happens when Audrey and Colin become too close? How will they make a relationship work when they don't live in the same state? In addition, what will happen when a secret the town has been keeping from Audrey is revealed?

You'll just have to read Holiday with You to find out. This is a great book and I'm so glad I got to read it. I absolutely recommend it!

This is my honest and unbiased review and I thank you for taking the time to read it. :)

A single dad, an adorable little girl, a woman with a job to do, and a small town all add up to a feel good, absolutely adorable holiday romance in Holiday With You. Audrey is tasked with a job, but after meeting Colin and his little girl, suddenly that job might not be her entire focus any longer. Will the town (and gorgeous Colin and daughter) work their magic on Audrey?

I loved this holiday novella. Grahame and Claudia should definitely write more stories together, because this one is just about the perfect holiday story. It's like a Netflix movie came to life on my Kindle.

I’m glad I’m done with this book. I’m not very lucky with my Christmas novels. But perhaps this author isn’t for me. This book was boring, repetitive and incoherent. Some things just didn’t measure up. The relationship evolved too quickly. I enjoyed reading the first chapters and was in for a swoonworthy romance when all of a sudden their relationship became an one night stand. A not very satisfying one night stand for me as a reader. From there it went downhill. The book began to irritate me. The italic sentences were wearing and the constant unicorn nicknaming became annoying. It was fun at first until it wasn’t. The sex scenes were anything but hot. These 2 MC’s just lacked chemistry. I became more curious about the two brothers in this story than the main hero. His daughter was cute, but spoiled rotten. The whole mystery was resolved at the end out of the blue. This book just made no sense to me. It is written by an authors duo and you can tell. It was so incoherent, I’m sure these authors are not interacted with each other. There are a lot of author duo’s I love, like Piper Rayne and Misha Bell. Never have I experienced this kind of writing with them. I will be honest, that I’m giving their second book a chance, but only because it stars the brother Morgan and I’m curious about him. Same with Colt, the second brother, but I’ve read the authors cancelled his book or even the last two books of this series. This is another reason why I’m hesitant to commit to this author duo. Giving all kinds of snippets from other characters in this book and then not giving us their full story.

At least the book is safe. Hero not a manwhore, divorced, single dad, celibate for over 2 years. Heroine out of a long term relationship, about 6 months ago. No cheating or sex with OP.

Sweet and light.
Perfect Christmas Romance.
Single Dad.
Combination= Perfection.

I loved this book by Grahame Clair, A new author to me and Claudia Y. Burgoa, a personal favorite.
Winter Valley is a slow and sleepy town. Audrey must go there right before Christmas to secure the town b&b for her evil boss, Aurora. She is on the hunt for the owner, Ms. Grant. Upon arrival, Audrey plows into Colin, a sexy single dad with her rental and must stay in town longer than planned. The two feel an instant attraction and story takes off from there.
This had just the right amount of sweet with much needed sexy scenes to complete me. Colin was gorgeous, and the perfect single dad. Audrey was quirky and fun to get to know.
Pick this up for a fun, sweet and sexy winter romance.

Holiday with You by Claudia Burgoa and Grahame Claire is a small-town, contemporary holiday romance told in first person dual POV.

When Audrey Reed's boss sends her to the small town of Winter Valley, Colorado with a mission to acquire the local Bed and Breakfast for their hotel chain, she plans to be in and out in a snap. Find the owner; make an offer; return home to LA with the contract in hand. How hard could it be? She never expects to crash into the handsome Colin Bradford and be stuck in Winter Valley for weeks while her rental car is being repaired. To make things even worse, finding the owner of the B&B is proving to be more of a challenge than she expected, and her boss keeps threatening to fire her if she doesn't deliver a signed contract for the property.

When a car spins out of control, crashing into his truck, the last thing Colin Bradford expects is to find a unicorn behind the wheel. From the moment he meets Audrey, there's an undeniable spark of chemistry that he hasn't felt in ages. But Colin's sole focus is the love of his life, his daughter, Perry. As a divorced, single father, he doesn't have the time or room in his life for flings with out-of-town visitors, regardless of how gorgeous, quirky, and intriguing he finds Audrey. Another issue is the reason that she's in town in the first place. The Bed and Breakfast is not for sale and the town has sworn to keep the owner and her whereabouts a secret, so Colin is on a mission to redirect Audrey's attention elsewhere.

What will happen between Audrey and Colin while she's stuck in Winter Valley? Will she succeed in finding the owner of the B&B and convincing them to sell? Will Colin be successful in distracting her and keeping the B&B owner's identity under wraps? Will Audrey return to LA empty-handed and lose her job? And how do Colin's daughter and his meddling brothers and sisters effect his relationship with Audrey? Can they even have a relationship when there's an expiration date on her visit? Read the book to find out.

I enjoyed Colin and Audrey's love story. Other than Audrey's boss from hell, all the characters were fun and very likable - including the secondary characters. Like many holiday stories, this one has a Hallmark movie feel to it, but with some added heat. Full of the snooping antics one would expect in a small-town romance, it also contains endearing family moments, humorous banter, holiday cheer, some steamy sex, and of course, a happy ending.

Holiday with You is one feel good holiday romance with a mix of cute and sweet fun. I've read Claudia Burgoa before and her books can be complex. Grahame Claire is a forst for me. Do I can't really tell the difference writing wise. Told in two POVs Colin and Audrey. Audrey is set to acquire a BnB for her boss. Her boss is a terror but she has to or get fired.

When she reaches the town it seems there's a secret about the BnB's true owners. Winter Valley is a pretty quaint and cheerful town. The Bradford brothers are fun and interesting. Colin is a single dad and lives for his kid. The relationship with his daughter is cute too. So they started out as a meet cute turned one night stand that has an instant attraction. Colin is quite doting and sweet and Audrey isn't used to that.

Over the course of the holiday Colin, Audrey and Perry grow close.Of course the about being a workaholic, Audrey learns that there is more to life than her constant nagging boss and career. The somewhat cheesy town and the whole wacky feel of this is heartwarming and full of family. A fitting story for the season.

I think pretty much everyone out there is looking for their Unicorn. Could you imagine if yours crashed into your vehicle? Holiday With You is a super cute, sweet, funny, heart warming holiday romance. There are so many unique and incredible characters.

"I want kids and close family gatherings. I want to laugh and find my way through mistakes with a partner by my side. I want nosy neighbors. And magic." Audrey, Holiday With You.

This book was so much fun to listen to. It is one you won't want to put down. You will fall in love with so many different characters in this book. My absolute favorite was probably 4 year old Perry. She had so much spunk, and had everyone else wrapped around her finger. This book has a huge loving family, overly nosy small-town neighbors, and an unexpected romance.

I really hope authors Claudia Burgoa and Grahame Claire team up to right more books about some of the other characters in this book. I would love to see each of the Bradford siblings get their own story. But even if that doesn't happen, I truly enjoyed meeting and falling in love with these characters.

These narrators did an incredible job of bringing the characters in this book to life.

Holiday with You by Claudia Burgoa & Grahame Claire is a sweet, feelgood holiday romance that reminds sort of the Hallmark holiday movies with their feels, chemistry, humor, and romance except this book has alot more steam and heat.
This is Colin and Audrey's story. Audrey finds herself being sent on a road trip by her boss to acquire a bed and breakfast yet she ends up in an accident on her way there, running into Colin's car. This accident changes both their lives. Colin is a single father with a daughter and he's not looking for any woman to come mess his and his daughter's life up. Yet he ends up spending time with Audrey and finds maybe there maybe 1 woman he could see in his and daughter's life but would she want to stay? This story has great characters, great plot, good scenery, chemistry and awesome HEA!

My Rating: 4.5 stars ********

Thanks to her demanding boss Audrey finds herself going on a road trip to try and secure the purchase of a Bed & Breakfast that isn’t even for sale. Her trip takes a detour when an accident has her crashing not only into Colin’s vehicle but his life as well.

Colin is a single father who only needs one woman in his life and that is his daughter Perry. They end up spending time together while she tries to find the reclusive owner of the Bed & Breakfast. It is only a matter of time before the chemistry between them ignites but will they be able to turn their holiday fling into forever?

This is a sweet and sexy story that is sure to put you in the holiday spirit. Whether it was fate or chance that brought them together there is no denying that the one place they belong is with each other.
