THIS one. absolutely incredible. the time travel twist, the absolutely fury at James disinheriting Harry, then the plot twist with Lupin. Blown away every time.

A fun read and it was gratifying to see the regular and consistent updates that brought this story to a close. I haven't avidly followed a serialised story in a very, very long time, so this was a pleasant surprise and an enjoyable ride.

Harry as a character grew up quite a bit. The plotlines and threads coalesced in poetic and wonderful ways. I do think Harry has grown very strong but I trust the author will ultimately build up Voldemort to be crazy strong enough to make this a fight for the ages. It might be a few years until we get there, but I trust the author to do the needful :)

This book was awesome, love all the twist and clever ways to overcome obstacles by the characters. Love the dynamics and how it is different from canon. It took me a long time to read but gosh each chapter was beautiful written. It is becoming darker and darker. Can’t wait for book 4 and I wish the author keeps working on this project as now his time is being taken by his other commitments. Please sinister man don’t abandon this series.

niet zo super guilty pleasure! judge niet mensen dit is echt leuk. dit is echt zo'n top serie. maar tegen het einde van dit boek en zeker in deel 4 wordt het steeds meer bureaucratie en legaal gezeik. wat soms zoooo leuk is zeker de payoff met amy. maar ook tergend om te lezen. ik heb dit dus echt niet net uitgelezen maar wel dit jaar. was vergeten te loggen

This book has all of the terrible pacing+ issues as the previous entries but with an additional 200k words and time travel woven in. Everything I hate the most about this series will be even more prominent from here on.

I liked this one less than the first two. What I really like about this series is Harry interacting with the other Hogwarts students and making them the best they can be, in his maybe manipulative Slytherin ways. But in this one, Harry spends most of his time interacting with adults. Which is interesting in a different way, but not what draws me to the series. The ending was also stressful, not because it was poorly done, just because I can't handle a lot of narrative peril at this moment in time. So that's a me problem, not a story problem. I do like the predicament Harry is at by the end of the book. I will continue with the next one. The fandom continues to understand Slytherin House better than Rowling does.
