When I tell you throughout this whole book I wanted to lay hands on Jada. Then Cameron needs to get somewhere and sit down and stop being ungrateful. I just knew he was gonna do right when he got out, but I guess some people never learn.
This story was hard at first, but it took on such a good life. Unfortunately, people had to lose their life but in the b.s.a that's how it goes. I really thought Aaron was gone, I was so glad to see the outcome of that. Now, Cameron needs to grow up and take accountability for his actions that played in all situations. Maybe, he will do what his father wanted for him cause he really wasn't cut to live that life. Jada grew up and finally realized who really loved her. That was such a good thing so she can grow into her roll of being Mrs. Mercer without having any remorse. I would've liked a little more of information into Julius and the Dr's relationship started did he use her to help Jada or was it actually a relationship between them? I also hope her and her sister's bond continues. Such a great ending. Good Job
Vanessa got on my nerves at the end questioning Jada about her happiness. Cameron really needed some help with his issues because he needed to realize all his problems were because of his actions and no one else. I have to admit Jada was pissing me off with how she stubborn she was. It was messed up that everyone lied to her but at the same time they risks of the what if would've complicated things further. I expected things to end for Manny and not Julian but everything unexpected seemed to happen. These characters had to learn some valuable lessons along the way that they didn't necessarily agree with but a good girl and a down south millionaire didn't have an ideal relationship but made things work for them.
Wat an ending to a great series!! Out of the many questions i had about these characters, one stood out the most: Are you happy with the life you have? Some of these characters definitely were not!! Cam made a decision that ultimately took him away from the life he was born into, and put into one that he has to decide to be comfortable with. Jada chose wat was best for her and her family to be happy. Not everyone will think your decisions are the best. I hope somewhere down the line there is an update on this crew. Hopefully Cameron will mature and accept his faults!!
This was a good series and I hope there is more to come with this series because I need to know if Cameron grew up and humbled himself cause he still seems like an entitled little brat to me. How he gonna be mad at Aaron for helping him out a situation that he caused. I wasn't feeling Vanessa that much either cause she didn't seem to understand the mental state Jada was in after being shot and thinking her husband was dead. Everyone wanted her to get back to being normal when she was living a totally new reality. I'm glad that her and Aaron was able to get back on the right track but my heart broke for Julian.💚💚
Michelle came thru with this series!! I loved this series from beginning to end! Jada got on my last nerve with all the back & forth and running away but in the end she came around! Cameron has a lot of growing up to do! Like dude take responsibility for the ish that u did!! Although Jada went through so many changes in glad things worked out for her. Vanessa seemed like she was slick hating on her girl! I didn't like that at all! I would definitely recommend this series!!! Issa great read!!
I almost didn’t read this book when it started with Aaron being dead, I was sick. I promise I wanted to fight Jada so many times throughout this book. I didn’t like how her brother treated her at all and I’m not to sure Vanessa is really to good of a friend. She was on BS with her wedding and at the end. I enjoyed this series and I’m sure you’ll have something else with some of these characters for us to enjoy.
What a good series this was my first time reading a book by this author but now she has a reader for life this book pulled me in from the very beginning I had to know what happen I'm so glad everything worked out for her her brother made me want to square up with him I didn't like how he treated her vanessa was on that b/s I wanted to square up with her a few times I can't wait to see what this author has in stored next
That darn Jada rocked my nerves the whole book. Like you knew who you were marrying and still did it. Aaron was so patient with her. Not the daddy. That was sad ad Cameron needs to grow up frfr. He would still be in jail if it wasn't for Aaron. I like their was no infidelity on Aaron and Jada behalf. Like all the stuff they went through and made it. I still don't think Jada is ready to play her role as Aaron wife. Overall good read.
This book was so good i couldn’t put it down, but wait i want to know if had and Cameron are going to make up they had the perfect sister, brother bond. I’m glad that Hanna and jada work things out and became closer, Aaron and jada finally work there marriage out, i was so glad because they been through the atoem and back, i was hurt when Julian passed from a heart attack he was so healthy.. i really hope it’s a spin off on the Reid family cause i need more lol .
I am glad Jada finally got on board she was really pissing me off. I can understand where Aaron was coming from an what he had to do. I cant believe Vanessa would act like that with Jada but Jada was right to try an make her marriage work through better or worst. Cameron is acting like a lil kid just dont make sense. I hate that their dad died i really thought Mr Mercer would die first. Love the ending....
Glad they got things together And we're able to make a home in Miami I wish Cameron Could you got over his issues and made out with his sister Vanessa was wrong But trying to make to feel bad For her moving to Miami with her husband and family.Po did the right thing By getting rid of The problem him in the mayor shared
Jada had me worried from beginning to end! Cameron seems so ungrateful to me. He made the bed he had to lay on. Aaron did what he felt needed to be done for the safety of his family and I agree with his decision. Julian made the right choices as well, except for what he had Sandra do. All in all GREAT WORK Michelle Elaine
This series was well written. The author had me feeling all kinds of emotions I went from laughing to crying in a matter of seconds..Go ahead and grab a copy it is well worth a read.
This was a great series. I am so happy for Jada and Aaron. She lost so many lover ones and those that are alive aren't happy for her. Such is life. I look forward to reading more if your work.
Poor Jada has been through so much in the last few years of her life. The amount of loss she has suffered I don’t even know how she is coping in the capacity she is. I’m happy that despite everything she still has a happy ending
My goodness this storyline was excellent. Jada was the realistic that I have read in a long time if ever. You could feel the emotions that characters were going through. The losses that were experienced in this story were hard and hit close. So worth reading. Awesome job Michelle Elaine
Yessss beautiful series!!!! Kept me entrainment and mind blowing from the very beginning!!! Character development was present in some of the characters...I love the love Aaron and Jada had for each other!!! Second time reading this author and definitely wouldn't be the last😉😉
Great story line I loved the characters. I thought Israel was going to be difficult but he wasn't in surprise at how Vanessa acted at the end I'm glad for Jada.
Loved this series, I’m glad that Aaron and Jada get their happily ever after. Aaron did what he had to do to protect his wife and son. He didn’t resurface until he handled the last Hit twin Michaela. Cameron was released from jail because Aaron took care of Shannon and the federal agent so he could be released and he came home with a chip on his shoulder because he was forced out of the game, he obviously wasn’t built for the game like Duce was. After finally moving on and getting out of the drug game Julian died from a heart attack. Glad that Aaron and Jada was able to reconnect and live happily ever after. In the end though Vanessa seemed like a hater though. Great book
I really enjoyed this series. I'm more than excited to read more of this author's work . At first I was in doubt the first couple of chapters of this book had me crying as if I could feel what Jada was going three myself. I'm so happy that everything worked out for her and she still had that happiness that she rightfully deserved
I wanted so much more for Jada and Aaron. Like more real drama not the petty I don’t want to leave Atlanta foolishness. She acted like a 20 yr old and not a women of close to 30. Cameron was a spoiled brat and I couldn’t stand him. Surprised at how Jadas best friend ended their friendship. Jada was far from a “good girl”, title definitely did not fit.
This was an emotional Rollercoaster and I really didn't know what would happen next. I love an author who is not afraid to shake things up with the main character.....everything doesn't always have to be happily ever after. Can't wait to read the next series!
I loved this series. Even though a lot of the characters needed to grow up. Jada was so busy trying to please everyone , she forgot about herself. Love this author, lookin to read more from her.
