This hero is downright delicious! So much heat and even more heart, this is why I love Mandi Beck. This is a perfect snuggle-up-under-the-blankets-and-lose-yourself read. It's totally made this not-so-outdoorsy girl want to book an adventure. *winks*

1026 Wild Way by Mandi Beck is part of the Cherry Falls world and can be read as a standalone and I loved it! Weston and Blake were great characters with instant chemistry. Weston and his brothers own a business and Blake is there to interview them and experience some of their outdoor offerings. They are attracted to each other as soon as they meet and I loved how they interacted. 1026 Wild Way by Mandi Beck was such a fun, charming and sweet novella and highly recommend it.

So, this was my first read by Beck. I think a novella is a great way to check out an author's writing style. You get a feel for how they move through a story.
That being said, 1026 Wild Way was definitely enjoyable. I actually wished it was longer so that we could've gotten more character development and more backstory. We really don't know much about them beyond the surface. I also feel like the novella factor rushed the storyline. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. This one was a bit in between.
I also wished the first spicey scene hadn't been fade to black.
I did enjoy their chemistry and Wes's reassurance in the fact that he enjoyed Blake's plus-size curves. And I liked the family aspect of the Wild brothers.
I'm intrigued by Jett's upcoming story and hope to read more from the author.

The Cherry Falls series turns small town into the epicenter of romance. Mandi Beck brings a sweetness that tempts readers to take a walk on the wild side. Wes and Blake made an instant connection with my heart. Opposites in every way they have similarities where it matters most. Blake is a wanderer. She loves making her own way in the world. Wes is a home grown boy that loves the familiarity of his world. When these two meet is when the adventure begins. It's a topsy-turvy route that pushes the boundaries of the heart with humor and spirit.

I absolutely adored this couple. They felt real, had an instant spark and their chemistry was wonderful. Oh my heavens Weston Wild is heating up the great outdoors with all of his smolder and the lovely Blake is about to be swept off her feet! Pack your gear and get ready for a great outdoors adventure in the Cherry Falls World.

WOW!! Fab*u*lous Absolutely love this one!! I couldn't put this one down. This was a nice quick, short read.
Weston meets Blake when she comes to Wild Brother's Outdoor Adventure, she's a travel writer and wants to do a story what they have to offer. What all the Wild brother's didn't realize is Blake is actually a woman. Weston wants to take Blake out on her adventure himself as soon as he sees her. Weston goes over the itinerary with Blake to see if she what she wants to do, she would rather paddle board than kayak. Weston's brother's Jett and Granite help get things ready for Weston to take Blake. Blake calls Weston to ask him about things she will need for their travel but he tells her she can't pick things out in their store. Weston tells Blake they are doing a condensed version of the excursions so she doesn't need to bring as many things. Weston's brother Jett helps them with their paddle boards and soon they are headed down river. Blake takes a lot of pictures along the way, she asks Weston if she should try to stand on her board. He tells her if she's ready, but when she tries to stand she falls into the water. Weston slips into the water to help Blake, they almost kiss while in the water, then he helps her back onto her board. They spend hours on the river taking pictures and just admiring the views. Once they are back on land they head to Weston's truck and he pops open a little dressing room for Blake to change. Weston asks Blake if she wants to hike to the campsite or they can ride horses. Blake tells Weston she wants to hike she's to heavy for a horse. After he convinces her she's isn't the hike to the camp. Blake helps Weston set up their tent they will be staying in. Later they sit by the campfire and talk. Weston finds out Blake wants to settle down and no longer will be a travel writer. Blake finds out that Weston has lived in Cherry Falls his whole life, he also wants to settle down with someone. Soon Weston asks Blake if he can kiss her and she tells him yes. When Weston pulls away from Blake and tells her he needs to stop she assumes it's because she's a plus size woman, but it's not he doesn't want to come and embarrass them both. Weston heads off to the wood pile and starts chopping wood, while Blake heads inside the tent. When Weston finally goes into the tent Blake is still awake waiting for him. He can tells she's been crying and he doesn't ever want to do that to her. They both apologies to one another, they both promise not to get upset with one another. Soon Weston is waking up Blake, he asks her to calmly and quietly walk out of the tent with him. She doesn't know what is going on then Weston tells her there's a bear and it's going through their things looking for food. Weston soon realizes that when Blake is upset she talks a lot, but he tries to calm her down. They soon get to some rocks that Weston tells Blake to stay at, while he goes off to scare the bear away. After Weston comes back he asks Blake if she wants to head off to the yurt since it's possible the bear will come back. They make the short walk to the yurt and Weston flips on the generator. Blake can't believe her eyes when everything lights up, she starts taking pictures. Blake finds out that Weston and his brothers, Jett and Granite build the yurts themselves. Blake gathers her things and goes to take a shower while Weston waits for her he falls asleep. He wakes to the feel of Blake on him, he wraps his arms around her pulling her closer to him. Blake calls his name, and she asks him if he's going to stop this time, he tells her not if she doesn't want him too. Weston starts taking off her clothes, then she straddles him. Then he tells her to sit on his face, but she tells him he'll suffocate him if she does that. When she hesitates he orders her to do it so she does. What a treat for us to get new words from Mandi Beck!!

This book is a quick read and is just so sweet, sexy, and totally a feel-good book!
Plus, it’s funny … admitting here that I laughed my a$$ off too!!
When Blake Ansley arrival to write an article about Wild Brother’s Outdoor Adventures Weston Wild was in for a shock!! I mean Blake typically being a males name left him a bit discombobulated. And since he had been expecting a man to show up it took him a bit to regroup… as well as put his eyeballs back in place!
There are so many reasons that this match shouldn’t work but it simply did. From the get-go Weston was totally enchanted by Blake. Never mind that she was a city girl here to check out his outdoor adventure business without a clue what she was in for. The thing was that Blake had such an effervescent personality she was ready for anything. I loved when they went paddle boarding and Wes couldn’t take his eye off of her. Her courage and spirit made Blake even all the more likeable too. I think the thing that struck me the most was that even though Blake is a plus-size woman and while she may be self-conscience about it, Wes could see her as the (his) total package!!
But as the time out in the wild continued the banter between them is just so genuine. There was so much chemistry between them you just can’t wait for the main event to happen. And when it does holy smoke, it gets hot as hell!! Needless to say, little did they even think about that bear outside!!
Thus, we are now left with the question of what becomes of these two after their outdoors adventure?

Their next trip is to show travel writer Blake Ainsley all that they have to offer, so that Blake’s article can spread the word about their company. Wes is under the assumption that Blake is male, but when a gorgeous, curvy female shows up, Wes decides that he will be the one to take lead on this adventure.
Being a plus-sized gal myself, I love that on one hand, Blake is sure of herself. But on the other hand, she doesn’t believe that a man that looks like Wes would take an interest in her. And what makes me even happier, is that Wes truly sees Blake ~ curves and all, and really likes what he sees. I know those feelings of insecurity. For an author to write down all my fears, and to show me that I also deserve the love and attention by a man, even though I’ve never worn a size 2, gives me hope.

Mandi Beck is back and I am so dang excited. Because nobody writes a tender brute of a man like she does. Case in point...Weston Wild.
Blake and Weston shouldn't have worked- they were opposites in every way...the outdoorsy guy and the city girl...but they just clicked on every level. Ohhhh did I ever melt over that mountain man. Mainly because of the way he saw Blake. And tried to get her to see herself through his eyes. As more than enough not just for him but for her.
This return to Cherry Falls was sexy and sweet and had its vulnerable moments that just made these characters all the more real. I am looking forward to getting back outdoors with the other Wild brothers!

Blake is a writer for a travel magazine who now finds herself in Cherry Falls to experience firsthand and write an article on the adventures that the company that Wes and his brothers offer not realizing that the biggest adventure would be the man himself.
Wes is expecting a man so when he sees the curvaceous travel writer is he not only taken back but enchanted. Their excursion turns into an adventure that neither wants to end when the trip does.
Wes is swoony as he shows Blake that she is perfect just the way she is and she needs to realize it as well.

I really have enjoyed all of the Cherry Falls books. This one was so sweet and sexy.
I loved the outdoors experience, I actually had to look up what a yurt was and now I want to stay in one.
Weston and Blake are so cute from the get go. I love watching a big burly man fall for his sweet half. Blake and Weston are seriously so cute and steam up the pages right from the beginning. They say opposites attract and they sure do in this book.
Another great, quick read with awesome characters. I can’t wait for the brother’s stories.

Weston and his brothers run a wilderness company. When Blake shows up to do an article on their company, Weston is expecting a man, but Blake is definitely an unexpected surprise. He's smitten and takes it upon himself to give Blake the complete wilderness experience.
Mandi Beck brings us wonderful characters, a bromance between brothers, and steamy connections between Weston and Blake. 1026 Wild Way was so good, I'm ready to go back and read it again.

I just love all these stories in this series 😍 But this one, holy cannoli, I’d be camping in a heart beat if there were hunky yummy men like that to take me in the woods. Especially to that yurt. Weston & his grumbly demeanor stole my heart, because of all there was beneath the grumble. And Blake was just a perfect match for him. I loved this! Can’t wait for Jett’s book! (Hope Granite gets one too 😊)

This story was definitely what my soul needed! The characters and story line were original and from the start had me sucked in!
I can’t tell you how happy I was to be able to read a Mandi Beck release! I love her incredible writing and having a new release from her was the breathe of fresh air I needed!

Weston is excited for the outdoor journalist coming to review his outdoor adventure business. This will give them even more exposure. He didn't expect the journalist to be the most attractive woman he has ever seen. Can he keep it professional?
Blake is not used to the wild outdoor and rural Oregon is very different from LA but she loves the beauty of nature. What is supposed to be the last article for her job might lead Blake to a new chapter in her life.

Ok listen. I went down a rabbit hole with a friend and this Cherry Falls neverending series. I thought it would be a total cheese fest but it wasn’t. I actually ended up downloading more books from this author! This was a quick read with a travel journalist coming to town to write a story, she meets a broody, giant of a mountain man which quickly turns into a insta-love, hiking and a steamy little romance and gave me some laughs throughout. I had a good time. 🙂↕️😝

This was a delightful quick read. It can be read in one sitting. I loved Wes and Blake. Wes was in a shock when he sees who Blake is. Pretty funny moment. This may be a quick read, but it packs a punch. Blake and Wes have great chemistry. The Yurt sounded like such a romantic spot. This is a read you don't want to pass up. Great engaging characters!

Loved this! I loved that Blake was a large curvy woman and I loved the immediate attraction from Wes. He never once saw what she thought of a flaws as anything but beautiful and never thought she couldn’t do any of the activities she thought were for ‘smaller’ people.
I loved his brothers and how they all interacted together and how they all fell for Blake a little but right from the start.

I love a quick good read and Mandi Beck does them right! This is a short love story with with a grumpy (kinda) hero and sweet heroine that get tossed together and the sparks fly. It’s hot, dirty and just a good time. It also gives us an introduction to the other brothers that will get stories too! I’m pretty excited to get more of these brothers.

This was my first read by this author and since I am in love with the Cherry Falls contribution, jumped right in. I was pleasantly surprised. The story is funny and I loved the relationship and banter between the brothers. Loved how Weston was surprised when he meets Blake but can't deny the pull towards her. The story is sweet, steamy, and funny.

This story was a novella packed full of steam and heart. I loved every minute of reading it. It was so sweet and fun and I swooned throughout the entire story. I love Mandi Beck's writing and I couldn't get enough. I only wish it was longer because I would love to read more about these characters and their journey. I can't wait to see what this author has in store for us next.

If you have 90 minutes in your day, stop what you are doing and grab this book now! Shouting to the roof tops at this amazing read, I love love Blake and Weston's story. This is the book that gives you all the feels in such a short time that you feel like you read a bigger book.

This was a fun, quick read about Wes and Blake. It was an insta-attraction as soon as she set foot in the doorway. Wes and his brothers run an outdoor excursion company and Blake is an outdoor writer and photographer. She went on a great trip with Wes and they fall in like with each other instantly. I look forward to the next book in the series. I am glad that Mandi has her writing groove back!

1026 Wild Way was a short and sexy sweet insta love story. Weston and Blake had a connection from the beginning and really great chemistry. I definitely wish this was longer! Loved these two. Wes's brothers Jett and Granite were very intriguing - I hope they both get a book!

Weston and Blake have the sweetest most perfect love story in the newest edition to the Cherry Falls series. I absolutely love Tuesday and look forward to every character in this series. Always a wonderful read and already a fan of this incredible author.

A fun and sexy novella set in Cherry Falls. Blake and Weston were great characters and they just clicked right away. They had great chemistry and you couldn't help but love them. They say opposites attract and that was definitely true for these characters. A wonderful small town romance.
