I suppose it all happened about twelve years ago. I tried to purge the memories from my mind, doing everything in my power to forget the horrid events that transpired. But the memories are still there, haunting my every waking moment and even seeping into my dreams. After over a decade of running, I can feel this dark and immense weight upon my shoulders. But it's more than just a weight... It has a name. It has a shape. There's nothing holy about that creature. Never was and never will be. But we couldn't see it back then. At least, not in time to save ourselves. We called it Raphael.

I loved this little story. I think it deserves its own category, because it kept me grinning the whole time. Don't get me wrong, it was not funny, but so twisted and perverse and gruesome, that I just couldn't help myself. I, um, I swear I'm not a psychopath.
