I got the feeling the description of this book was misleading. I expected to read about Mats and his life, as an adult and a former devoted WoW player myself, I wanted to know more about the story told from his perspective.
However, while circling around Mats life, this was the story about his fathers anecdotes and experiences of having him as a son. As the latter, the book succeeded. But it left me disapponted since the book let on being Mats' story and not his father's.
The most interesting parts were the stories and contributions left by his fellow gamers, those who knew a whole different person than the boy in a wheelchair. Those are the stories I wanted to read about and expected this book to be about.
