My Review:
Got this book to learn to take things less seriously. Sometimes people say things to you that put you on edge and ruin your ability to perform. This book had some tools to help with that. The only issue is the stories and techniques are not very memorable.

At times this is hard going, and I agree with other comments the examples do not feel real. Some good points, but I think lost in the not so good ones, really needed to be more concise and condensed for me.
